Really liked the drive up and pull it in within minutes service. No appointments weeks in advance, no hassle oil change. Quick service while I waited in my vehicle and had no issues. Friendly and helpful staff let me know what they found and even went to an auto parts store to get the filter I needed (Range Rover) kinda rare vehicle here, but they got it done! I'd recommend these guys and will return.

Max price, minimal service. The description on their website doesn't include changing the oil filter, so I had to ask them to include that, yet it says it includes tire rotation and a free car wash but they didn't mention anything about either. They never gave me a choice of their two packages, either half or full synthetic, but assumed I wanted the higher priced package. I left feeling stiffed. Mostly friendly people and relatively quick service though.

I saw this place being built and knew I d want to check it out once it opened.There were a few cars in front of me when I pulled up. I ended up having to wait for several minutes. Once I got in though, it was simple and easy. I never had to get out of the car.As I waited in the car, it was pretty warm from the heat of the day. That said, it was great service and I ll be going back.

Had my brakes & rotors done in October by this place, and 4 months later I have to get em done again. Place is a rip off don t go here!

This took forever!!! 3 bays,1 in use. 2hrs 45 min in line!! They're slow and unorganized. We'll never come again and hope to steer others away. Don't lose a part of your day for this mess.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Do not go here.. Such a rip off. Waited 1.5 hours for an oil and filter change. When I finally was seen, they charged me $75 in labor alone. All parts were another - $50. It took 18 minutes. I asked if they had window wipers in stock. Instead of giving them to me, they put them on without asking, and charged me another $20 in labor.TOTAL RIP OFF.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My experience started of great when I scheduled an appointment for an alignment. The guy I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Sadly, the day of the appointment another issue with my car surfaced and I had to cancel. Once the car was fixed I called to reschedule and my appointment was refused. The lady I spoke with accused me of changing my story when I did no such thing. It was very confusing that I could schedule with no issues and then a little under a month later I was refused. I live by my word and did not appreciate basically being called a liar when all I wanted was to get service and pay for it. I ended up getting an appointment much faster and for cheaper at another shop and I will never bother to think of using Maui Express Lube again.

Only came here for an inspection so can t give much more experience than that. Line was super long even after I came back in an hour. Waited another 30 minutes or so and than another 15 minutes or so for them to finish the inspection. I think the car in front of me in the same bay had an oil change. So maybe that s why I had to wait longer. Lots of people in the bay. Some doing stuff, others watching other people do stuff. They seem to have fun here. Just wished they were faster.Not much space here and can get packed. I think there s a car wash and vacuum here too. Also saw people getting dropped off, so maybe also a car rental?

Oil changes are Twice the price as Walmart. And took the same amount of time.After my oil change, I couldn t leave the bay because they parked cars in front.Very disappointed. Go somewhere else.Service: Oil change

To say I m disappointed is an understatement I brought my car in today to have my brakes replaced. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am, and the receptionist told me that I could drop my car off, and leave the key in the designated box. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was a van blocking the entrance, so I parked on the street and left a note accompanied by the car keys explaining the situation. Because this is my only mode of transportation, I asked a coworker if they could give me a ride from Maui Express to work in the morning, and back to this business at the end of the day.I understand being short-staffed, but I don t understand simply forgetting to service my car for 7 hours. When speaking with customer service representatives, they offered me less than proficient remedies. Long story short, I wasted my whole day. My advice - avoid this business as best as you can.

First of all, I made an appointment for 8am for an oil change, safety check, and for them to fix my door lock actuator (which was why I needed an appointment). Over the phone during scheduling, I told them what I needed done. I was speaking with the owner. He never mentioned the $125 diagnostic fee. So I drop my car off at 8am. The parking lot was a disaster. I did not realize there was a long line to wait for an oil change. I go inside to check in and drop off my keys. I m discussing with the technician what I needed done. The owner chimes in and said don t forget to mention the $125 diagnostic fee. I questioned the fee because I knew for sure that my door needed an actuator, so why you gotta charge me to identify the problem when I told you the problem I told them I will not have them repair the actuator because I refused to pay the $125 diagnostic fee. So I then say I will just have the oil changed and safety performed. The tech asked if I knew where I was in line when I pulled into the parking lot. I explained I was unaware of the line. The parking lot was a disaster and confusing. The owner again chimes in and says well you don t need an appointment for an oil change or safety. I told the tech the car I saw I was behind when I pulled into the lot. He said he would squeeze me in behind the car. The owner pipes in yet again and said well are you in a hurry? And I told them not really but I d rather not wait all day because i scheduled an appointment. The tech told me it would be about 20 minutes for my oil to be changed. It ended up taking over an hour.The only reason I decided to try this new location was to get all of the above done at once in a timely manner, otherwise I would ve gone to the place I usually go to..Their website advertises a package for bringing your car in (rotation, car wash, etc)..well ALL I had done was an oil change because they wouldn t do my safety due to my tires being in bad shape. Not even a car wash haha. They still charged me $100 which is quite steep in my opinion when I can get it done at my other location for $60.The technician who helped me was wonderful. The owner on the other hand was misleading and arrogant. I was excited for this location to open but sadly will not be going back.

Excellent service! I stopped by at 3:30pm without an appointment. I was greeted with a friendly smile and explained the services.My car got an oil change and tire rotation ( and a free car wash) in 15 minutes! Way better than leaving your car all day at other shops.If your car needs some maintenance definitely check this place out!Service: Oil change

9/3/22 afternoon, I was looking for a quick oil change for my son's car. There were 2 cars in line. I spoke with the attendant to obtain pricing information before waiting, but was only told it would be between $65 and $129 depending on how much oil was used. While the staff was polite, the inability to answer this basic question caused me to leave. All they had to say was _ quarts are included and each extra cost $_. The business is difficult to get into having to negotiate all the other vehicles on the car lot and using the car wash. I might try them again sometime once they get their pricing established.

Aloha today 8/2/22, I finally got my oil change and add air on my tires also replace the bulb on my taillight. It was quick, easy and most staff are friendly especially the mechanics, they mean the business well. I am writing the review not because of that, but because when I was finally checking out, I realize I left my wallet at home, I double check my bag and saw my checkbook and ask if they accept check, but NO. I had the idea of leaving my stuff behind just to make them sure I will come back and pay, I am 6-7 minutes away from where I live. The guy who assisted me did not even hesitate for a second to say NO instead he said "It's OK just call us and we can do it on the phone", His Manager was on the side looking, and it was ok to him as well. I was surprise for the amount of trust this business had in their team, Of course instead of calling I went back and complete my bill with the manager. I think the mechanic name is Josh. Their inexperienced technicians did not put the wheelhouse panel back on securely after a lightbulb change and the panel came loose while I was driving and now has a big hole because it was grinding against the tire. Took my car back and all they did was put the panel back on and didn t offer to repair the hole. Talked to manager on multiple occasions and got nothing but runaround (like telling me she has to run this by the owner and call me back and then NEVER CALLED BACK) So far they have not taken responsibility for the damage caused even though the manager admitted to me that their technicians put the new clips on and they must ve popped off. Take your money and go somewhere else because this place will just give you the runaround and waste your time if something goes wrong.Service: Oil change

Swift and friendly service. No pushy sales to upgrade or anything. They include airing up the tires which I appreciate. Very convenient. Went on a Thursday morning around 10am only waited about 10 minutes to get into the bay.

If you need anything done, this is the place to go. The staff was so friendly and so helpful and it was very reasonable in price. Thank you everyone at Maui Xpress lube for helping me get my car registered. You were all exceptional.

I waited 20+ min in line without any direction from staff. The sign says to wait in your car and someone will be with you. I finally went out to speak with the attendant that was talking to the car in front of me, I asked her how long it would be before I would get inside to get my service started and she said about 30 minutes. Which means I would have to sit in my car for about an hour and then have my car serviced. But once I get in, it would be fast, okay. I decided to leave, as did a couple cars behind me. Won t be going back to this place.

Super Professional, Friendly, Quick and Efficient!Even on my VW Tiguan which does take a little longer. Clean and cool waiting area for you if you don't want to sit in your car while they perform the work.Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to perform your oil changes as well as wheel rotation at the same time! The technicians rigged my oil pan and caused the plug to seize inside. Next oil change it wasn't able to come out and now they're saying I need to replace the entire oil pan. They're fault and not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Never going here again. Do not go here!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
