It took 4.5 hours for a standard oil change and a 30 minute safety check. I can't help but feel that Glenn's Automotive doesn't respect me or my time. I had a 9am appointment, but service on my vehicle didn't begin until 11am. When I arrived, the office employee did not tell me at that yesterday's customers would be getting my appointment window and that I would have to wait two hours before the mechanic would touch my vehicle. In fact, she agreed with me that the service should only an hour and a half (withholding any firm assurances of that time frame, to be fair). Someone could have just resechduled me, I could have gone and handled the other affairs of the day instead of wasting my time thinking my vehicle was actually nearly finished. So at 11 they finally begin the work to my vehicle. Oil change takes about 45 minutes tops, so I wait an hour and check again. My vehicle is still lifted in the shop, work still underway. Not surprising at this point, so I wait another hour. Surely oil change and safety check should be done by now. I call the office, they are only now ready to start the safety inspection, 4 hours later. Fortunately the saftey check was complete half an hour later.They seemed nice enough but I won't be going back. If I'm going to pay someone for services, I expect to be communicated with honestly and shown very basic respect for my time and my business. It's a matter of integrity.

Lovely people and excellent work! I can't say enough positive things about Glenn's auto repair shop. Joey and the rest of the guys working there are respectful, trustworthy, and all around nice people. They were extremely accommodating with me and my eight-month-old baby girl. I really liked how they thoroughly explained everything to me and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured to choose them to repair my car. They were the cheapest option I could find without lacking excellent service. I highly recommend Glenn's Automotive for any car repair or safety check. Thank you guys!!!

I had such pleasant experience with Glenn's Auto! I was having battery issues and dealt with Joey. He was very helpful, informative and very professional. I called in the morning and that same afternoon I was driving my car again. If I ever have issues again I know exactly who I'm calling!

Hello review readers,I thought my breaks were shot, but it ended up being a rock wedged in an odd place. Joey is great with communication, knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He took the time to move my car and listen, discovering the rock. He could have done my breaks and rotors and I would never have known it wasn't necessary. I am so happy that I found a great mechanic who is also an awesome human.

I was looking for oil change of my Honda civic and while calling many automotive for oil change they were all quoting long wait. Glens work is super solid and within an hour my car was ready. All of them are super friendly and extremely professional at work. There were many minor works which they did without any cost.Will always go there for any car related issue.Warm Regards,Liju Simon

The service and fair pricing was awesome! They went over and above BOTH times I needed car help! I am so glad that I finally found a company that will look after my car needs . I am an expert in shoes, not cars and I'm glad I found a place I can trust to treat me right and keep my car running safely! Thanks guys!!!

I called spur of the moment to see if I could get a safety check...I didn't have an appointment. Glenn was very accommodating since I was in the area and took care of me. Very friendly and quick! Thank you!

Needed promote service on my daughter's car. Joey returned my call and gave me a time next day. Fine work replacing shocks and safety inspection. Treat people nice, it goes both ways. It's a different world on the island, apposed to the main land. You don't just drive up for oil change, everything needs an appointment.

I'm not sure why this guy gets recommended by the DMV but he is super rude and refuses to inspect vehicles. Check out the Shell in Kahului across from Walgreens or the Chevron just down the road who are less busy and inspected my car in 5 minutes.
