If you are reading this and need Hybrid or EV battery work done call Jordan! He was amazing! My 2012 Toyota Prius Hybrid battery pack failure alert came on at 101k miles, I called 3 other shops and they all quoted me over $150 just to diagnose it called Jordan at Voltek and he said I could come in later that day and he would run his software test with me too see what was wrong. Turns out a few of the original cells were failing and he gave me 3 different solutions he could offer. I can t stress how smooth this interaction was and how little he pushed, nothing like service writers at a dealership being over pushy. I chose to have him replace every old cell with a completely rebuilt one and he did it in about a day. Super flexible on scheduling times to accommodate your schedule. I waited a few weeks to write this review so I could also share the batteries usage since and it s been amazing. Better MPG than I ve gotten the past year I ve had it AND it comes with a 2 year warranty, which is huge. Seriously, I can t recommend him and his service enough. Thank you, Jordan!

Jordan took great care of my Prius and got a new hybrid battery installed quickly. I had also gone to the dealer for a separate issue with my dashboard, which they told me would cost $3k. He fixed it for less than $500. I can t thank him enough for getting my car working again

I recently bought a 2007 Prius with over 200k miles and multiple lights on the dash -- certainly a clunker compared to other vehicles I've owned. However, now that Jordan is finished working on it, I have the utmost confidence in this old Prius. Jordan Brandt is a true expert in the world of hybrid and EV repair. Most importantly, he is honest and makes every effort to save his customers money. Jordan has earned my trust and my future business. He does a safe, quality job for an unbeatable value. I cannot recommend him more enthusiastically!

I have a 2004 Prius that had the dashboard light up in August 2020 with indication that the dreaded, long- expected death of the big battery was happening. I called around for options---new battery from dealer or reconditioning my battery replacing the dead cells. I found Voltek Hybrid & EV Repair on the internet with good reviews raving about the owner, Jordan Brandt. I talked with him and he gave me options. I love my old car and even though I had 217,000 miles on it at the time, I went with the better option of having him install a younger battery with a longer expected life rather than replace the dead cells in my existing battery and having to worry about more cells dying. (Yes, sadly a Prius had to crash for me to get this, but it saved another Prius's life.) He swapped out the battery while I waited outside. The guy really cares about electrical cars and does a very good job. It is almost 2 years later and my 18 year old Prius is still on the road. All is good, thanks to Jordan. They fixed up my toyota prius battery and speed sensor I had problems with acceleration due to the battery and the previous owner did a horrible job with changing cells, could've cause the battery to catch fire. They kept me updated about the problems with the car, and did a great job fixing the car up, best place to go to get your battery fixed.

Jordan was a huge help when our Civic Hybrid was having some issues. The diagnosis was very high tech and thorough. He walked me through my options for a battery replacement and taught me many things about these cars in the process. Highly recommended!!!

I found out about ,Voltek through a friend of mine. I had bought my 2005 Prius about nine months ago and it was working great until last week. The previous owner had put a used hybrid battery pack in my car about three months before I bought it .I was faced with having to put another battery in it in less than a year.Jordan one of the owners is very knowledgeable and he has all the equipment to test the batteriesIf you go anywhere else to get your battery checked out, I would say you are wasting your money and time

Just had the hybrid battery replaced in my 2005 toyota Prius. The quote was spot on to the final price. Extremely professional and courteous. The job went flawlessly. I cant say enough good things about them. I strongly recommend them

Had my toyota Camry hybrid battery rebuilt. The first pack was bad and I gave him a call and he was out the next day and replaced it and now the car drives like a dream. He stands by his warranty i would definitely recommend

I tried contacting Voltek twice by phone and once by email. At no time was I able to reach someone to address my hybrid battery problem. After waiting days for a response and receiving none, I went elsewhere.

Professional service, quality work, and great pricing!I recommend Jordan to anyone who is having problems with their hybrid vehicle. He had all the equipment necessary to diagnose and repair our vehicle and gave us different options on what we could do to the vehicle depending on how much money we wanted to spend on fixing the issue. It's a small shop but very professional and competent. Being an indie it can (and did for me...) install an aftermarket replacement pack for my beloved Insight.Oh, and despite my using a Star Trek pseudonym, I'm a real person...
