This is THE place to go for good used tires and great customer service! Not to mention the cheapest used tires I have found on the island so far! JB was very friendly, funny and very professional at the same time. Wait time was not long at all and in the end I left VIP Tires a happy customer! Thanks Guys!!! Highly recommended!!!

I have been going to VIP tires for several years and every time I go I get expectional service. On 12/12/23 was no different jarvve and victor provided me with excellent service so quickly and efficiently with a price I definitely can afford. I recommend VIP tires the men and women that work are awesome

I was recommended by a friend to check out the place. Staff was super friendly and helpful. A guy name Persi assisted and took his time to help find the right tire for my car. Will definitely be back again!

Don t look at the old reviews and get intimidated. This place it may not look that good but you ll get the best and fast service for really cheap prices.Edit!!! It s been run by a different people now, it s a ripoff DO NOT RECOMMEND. It s sad to see how it became

I called them a couple of days prior to going to make sure they had my size tire in stock. The next day I stopped by with my boy friend who spoke with the lead guy who quoted him a different price than what I paid for the following day alone. The pricing is a bit confusing? They were able to give me a used new tire for $75 because I left the old Tire with them. I was originally told the cost would be $55 oh. There was a $20 difference. I drove back a 2nd time around 4:30pm before they supposed to close. I was told they were closed already! Guy says, " I'm off the clock" Their website says open til 6:00pm!!

Changed front tires, didn't have what I was looking for however, Leo suggested another brand I never used and or unfamiliar with. Price including installation was very reasonable, thanks Leo " great "service. Not easy to find this location, bring cash " no credit card " excepted.

This place is awesome!! They actually had my tire size There prices are reasonable..fast service..and the guys there is super cool, talkative, funny and nice..made small conversation with them they look like type of guys that knows how to have fun but work hard..ATM on-site..highly recommended definitely coming back..

They charged us a 25$ FEE stating that they held our car for ONE WHOLE DAY (24 hours) but literally had our car for LESS than 30 minutes!!!! Rip offs!!! Terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The phone number on the site does not work you have to go searching on Google for the real phone number when you arrive there don't expect five star customer service because there is none and it's only on a cash basis so you have to make sure you bring cash before you get there they do have an ATM but it charges $4 per transaction limit $200 per transaction

Terrible/criminal do not buy tires here. Employees are EX convicts. The small Korean guy on steroids threatened me. bought 4 used tires for 260$ 1 tire blew out on the highway almost killing myself and others. All I wanted was a replacement they had me come down 3 times to tell me they didn t have the tire. They have many people come down and try to sell off tires. In all honesty your gambling buying used tires here bc they give you hand written receipts that mean nothing. If you are an honest person stay away. These people are the lowest of the low. Scum of the earth. BAd bad vibes here you can see how everyone is really shady bc basically this business is illegal

Loved it. They were quick in finding the tires, changing them and moving the line of customers. When my family and I arrived, I must have been the tenth car in line. Well my husband got out talked to one of the workers. He came back to the car and we started debating if we should leave and come back later cause the line was actually longer than what I thought it was. We was only talking for about 5mins. And the gentleman came and said that we can move our car in. When I looked up all the cars that were in front of us already got serviced and we were the last car before they go to lunch. I was completely blown. Just watching all the cars drive away with a big smile say alot.

Terrible really really bad, i wish i can give negative stars d, went to get tires changed, they damaged my rims, chips on the rims lip scratches everywhere, i dont dont recommend them at all, you can go somewhere else unless you want your wheels to look really bad. Oh and beware if you try to complain about how bad they did they're gunna get mad.

Went in to get my tire changed and not only were they fast and affordable but they were also very polite there. Highly recommend getting your tires there.

I ve been there for 1 hours staff doesn t care about there costumer, everytime I ask who or were should I go to ask a tire.. they keep telling me to wait somebody gonna assist me.. I waste my time never ever try to comeback in this shop

I call before, they told me had my tire I drove 40 and then they says wrong size. And tried to told get two with a different size really!!

Really helpful and replaced all 4 tires within 30 minutes.Just remember to bring cash because that's all they accept.

Tires started to come apart within a couple of weeks. The company won't refund or even discount replacement.

Be carful everyone bad service less than a month I bought the used tire the tire exploded and the owners did not change the tire and had to buy another tire good price low quality!

Got a great deal on some used tires
