This is my favorite gas station on the entire island. I've been stopping here pretty much exclusively for 3+ years. It's easy to get in and out, even around rush hour times, which is rare around the city. I love that they have an exit and entrance on Nuuanu Ave and on Pauoa Rd. You can take the 'adjacent to Pali' exit down Nuuanu Ave, grab gas, coffee, monster drinks, smokes, etc... then pop off the Pauoa Rd. exit and the interstate is the first right. You cut through all the backup traffic and are already in the exit lane after the turn, so you don't have to merge in or any of that stuff. I love the people who work here. I typically see the same amazing lady every day. I've read reviews that say she's rude, she's actually incredibly warm and kind. It just takes a bit for her to decide if you're crazy or not... lol... hello! It's an interesting area with very colorful people. You can't just BFF everyone at first glance. They take Safeway rewards at the pumps, they have a body shop and an air tire pump thingy. All the things you need in one stop.

Use your Safeway rewards, you'll definitely make a saving. They also have preloaded gift cards, that save you money at the pump as well. The gas station store is small, but has basic needs.Apparently because their air pump gets broken a lot, they lock it up. You have to let them hold your keys/license in order to use it. I tried to come here to do a safety check once, and was turned away. Make an appointment or something.

Horrible customer service. I'm handicapped and I asked the Asian lady if I could use the restroom and she rudely said no use the one across the street at the park. Well, the park was a school ground with elementary students engaged in physical education class. I told the lady not only am I handicapped but that I don't think you're supposed to enter a school campus during school hours. I then asked if I could offer her a couple of dollars and she rudely snapped ,"I don't need your money" and told me to get out. Then I let her know I was waiting for a ride and she said "Well don't get in the way and glared at me as if I was ruining her day. I can't believe she would treat a person with disabilities this way.
