Can t recommend Sky Auto enough. Adele was amazing to work with- he s very kind and communicative. I m someone who knows very little about cars and often feel very frustrated communicating with car repair shops. Adele explained everything going on with my vehicle and what my different options were with patience and clarity. Prices were fair and turnaround time was very fast. Will be returning for all of our vehicle maintenance in the future.

I went in to Sky Auto Repair to have my brakes done about 10am. When inspecting my brakes; they found my right motor mound was gone and is the reason I was hearing that clunking sound. They immediately showed me my motor "bouncing" up an down when the gas pedal was used. I was freaked out that I was riding around with the motor not secured!.They ordered the parts and my car was done by 2:30 (delivery of parts was the delay in service).I definitely will return and recommended Sky's for automotive service to other's.

If you are looking for fast, friendly, and cost effective auto care, Sky Auto is THE place!!! My rear drum on my car locked on me, and I needed it fixed ASAP. My neighbor recommended SKY AUTO which (fortunately for me) is about a block away from my house. Adel sent me a full quote within minutes after my initial call and explanation of my needs. He ordered the parts immediately for me, and he & his team began to work on it immediately. I can't express enough how efficient Adel & his team are. SKY AUTO now has a customer for life with any/all of my automotive needs. Thanks again, Adel

I had the absolute best experience this past month. I had troubles with my European vehicle and needed it fixed fast and affordable and that s just what they did. Adel helped me get my car back the very same day that I brought it in. He also helped me with figuring out the best prices, where to get parts, and was super friendly the entire time. He was phenomenal. The entire staff has the best communication skills and I never had to wait or leave a message when I called. I will forever be going here!! You should too.

I would definitely recommend SkyAuto. I didn't have an appointment, but they checked and were able to take me right away. Adel was helping me in the office, and I really appreciate how he gave me updates on the progress, told me in advance how much the service would cost and got my OK to go ahead before starting. From hearing the conversations around the shop, I can tell they make a point to be sure their customers are comfortable and happy with the service. Adel and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and I enjoyed talking story with them and the effective and efficient service they provided.

We purchased our Kei Van from Sky Auto's sister dealership - JDM HI - and stopped by Sky Auto to service our vehicle. They were extremely attentive, immediately responsive, and very friendly. Adele, the manager, addressed all our needs right away and we drove away extremely excited to have a repair shop that not only specializes in Kei Vans but also delivers exceptional service right away. Drove in without an appointment, asked if they could do an oil change and they accommodated me with a short wait. Very helpful, courteous and friendly. Job was done efficiently. Only downside was the steering wheel and door panel had grease from mechanic s hands. Would definitely go back.

This is my 3rd time coming to Sky Auto for Repairs and all 3 times were excellent. This 3rd time was in a week from the 2nd repair. But as these really old gems go, things popped up. Again promptly gave me real time estimates as they go and explain the problems. Sky auto has quite a bit of ordered and stocked parts ready to go. Better than spending useless time ordering yourself parts from Japan. Again Adele and the mechanics are excellent and timely. I thrice highly recommend anyone for Kei cars and simliar cars. Exceptional customer service, attention to details, extremely professional, competitively priced and accommodating. We live North Shore and dread town runs, their shop has proven reliable with communication, coordination and their mechanic and shop delivered top notch service for our Suzuki Carry truck.This truck is everything for our small farm, and critical for our operations, knowing we have a trustworthy mechanic assuring our success is peace of mind.
