Very simple explanation from my recent experienced from them. After my car maintenance, I drove it not even a half a mile and I already hear noises from the car and I went back and told them about it. And then I found out that two of the lug nuts from the wheels are missing which is very disappointing. Small details from the car that wasn t done professionally can cause risk to yourself but also people driving around you. Hope they will do better next time.

Took 2023 RAV4 for its first service, checked belts, fluids, and rotated tires 3plus hours after my 2:15pm appt. Also requested a Toyota front plate cover, as required by law. 66$. Installed kit and tech, didn t include all the screws purchased, so still couldn t hang my front plate. Returned multiple times to have multiple service writers search for missing/correct screws. Then they Installed improperly on first visit, took the service manager, and multiple service writers to figure out the issue and install proper screws, on the return trip. I would have been able to do better with the 15$ after market bracket from Auto zone myself, blind folded. Hopefully the Waipahu Location has better communication, and abilities than this shop has shown.

Did routine service on my RAV4 today. Been going there since I purchased my car in 2017. Chris gave me an estimate of $147. He called me later and asked me if I wanted to do additional repairs which would cost approximately $560. When my car was done I went to the cashier and the bill was over $1000. I realized that they ripped me off! Will look for another place to maintain my car.Service: Brake service & repair

I took my vehicle for full service. Four days later battery was dead. After I came back from my vacation, I talked to the service supervisor. He is not a friendly customer service person. I will not take my car for service to them anymore. Toyota is a better Company. Need to hire some quality people.

Had a 9 am appt. My vehicle sat for almost an hour before being taken for service. It took 3 hrs for my new vehicle to be checked out. They didn't even change my oil or wash it as promised.

They gave me a good schematic of my 2007 Scion tC motor mounts on trans. side. Very courteous at parts counter.
