SERVCO Lexus used to be The very best dealer in Honolulu . I was a repeat customer. 15 yrs. The service on my 2020 Lexus has been very mediocre & the service in 2024 has been poor. Free Safety check was a travesty . 1x time: claimed edge worn tires (only 15k miles, no explanation) cost me $1000. 2x time window tint too dark - same tint was on previous safety checks, no issue. I took it to a walk in safety check passed with flying colors. I overheard 2other owners failed safety check for tires. Sounded fishy. I also own. a 2022 model. Seems they are over taxed with vehicle service capability. . Shuttle service is limited . I will look elsewhere for my next vehicle . -A disgusted (former) customer .

Enjoy bringing my car in each time. Whether it's just for an annual safety check or service, the experience is always awesome. Every service advisor I've dealt with is so friendly and professional. Love the compliment car wash & the cleanliness.

If you're looking for a place to treat u well have nothing but smiles and a good attitude come here. The deals were amazing the customer service was a 10 out of 10. I would recommend. Their service guy definitely got me with his spilled coffee gag. Good people and I cannot stress enough how great the experience was.Shoutout to Jason Thai. If u need a car he's your guy. Amazing salesman Steve Choi a Servo Lexus of Honolulu helped my girlfriend find the car she wanted and the price was very reasonable. Also needs to be mentioned that David in Finance was also extremely helpful and organized. Everyone has their own unique dealer experiences and i can say that after years of interacting with the Servco Lexus service team and now sales team I m impressed. When an automobile dealer makes the experience painless everyone ends up being the winner.

I'm a fortunate owner of a pre owned Toyota hybrid that was listed for less than 24 hours. My salesman Ethan M was very resourceful and made the transaction process simple. I recommend completing their online credit application ahead of time to minimize the duration of the visit. Ethan's very knowledgeable about how each vehicle works and we are very happy with the experience. I recommend Ethan M and Mike G for a superior experience.

Service was great and fast. Associates were awesome. Location didn t honor our mainland maintenance policy. We were pretty disappointed as we purchased from Lexus (Lindsey) certified pre owned for the specific purpose of having a maintenance and warranty plan.

Sales reps are not friendly. We went down to look for a car and was interested in one particular suv. Not one person approached us. Your loss someone would sold a car that day! So we left. My partner and I have good standing credit of over 740 and good income. I guess we weren t dressed rich enough? lol

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used car at Servco Lexus, and the experience, guided by Ethan, was absolutely incredible. Though I can't speak for the new car department though I've heard good things from friends the used car department exceeded my expectations in every way. (I bought a Certified Used 2021 Mazda).Ethan's deep knowledge of various models and keen understanding of my preferences streamlined the entire process. Even though I was trading in an older Lexus, not buying a new one, Ethan treated me with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. He attentively listened to my needs, efficiently narrowed down my options, and provided comprehensive explanations that enabled me to make an informed decision.One of the standout features of this experience was the speed and efficiency. I have plenty of experience buying cars, but never have I had the keys in my hand in just 1.5 hours. This was a refreshing change from a tedious 6-hour session at a Mercedes dealership in Maryland, where I was frequently put on hold for lengthy consultations with the manager. Even compared to Windward Honda it was faster than the 3 hour session...Ethan and the team at Servco Lexus eliminated all unnecessary delays and haggling from the process. Yes or no answer on negotiations came out quick and firm.Additionally, the car was washed and detailed to the point that it looked and smelled like a new vehicle. I drive a 15 year old Lexus and one of my body panels came off during the complimentary car wash, likely the fault of a previous owner/repair and not the service department or car wash. The Service Manager got in touch with me shortly after and went above and beyond to turn the experience around. He ordered new parts and got my car into the body shop overnight and sent me home in a loaner. Communication was on point throughout the entire process. Thank you again.

** Updated review: I was able to reach out to my service advisor and he was able to accommodate. Huge shout out and a big thank you again to Doug. In addition, I'm glad some one from management was able to reach out and attempt to resolve this issue. **I've been a Lexus owner since 2001. It's unfortunate that I have to leave such a low star review. Recently my car battery died. I've reach out to the service department and ask if standby was available on the day I called or if there was any cancellations that they could fill me in. They were only able to offer me an appointment 2 weeks out, this is such a let down. For these kinda services, how am I supposed to get around till then. Is there no quick service available for these kinda situations? I've been trying to call their service concierge every morning, no one picks up nor the option to leave a message is available. I hope they don't turn into one of those companies where the customer service stop once they take your money.

I came here for a safety check and I was helped by Doug. He continued offering unnecessary services that I did not want and kept insisting I would fail to pass my safety check. I went to another location to get inspected and I was passed. What kind of service is Lexus providing??? I've been coming here for so many years.

They really need to work on getting their drop off vehicle area fixed. Once it backs up, the line backs all the way out into the road and causes traffic. I would think that if they are aware the cars are starting to wait into the alley, that they would start moving the other vehicles forward. There is also construction going on right now on the road that is limiting space and our ability to turn into their drop off area.When you make an appointment and actually stay to wait for your vehicle, you have a better chance of getting in and out in an hour or so. If you choose to have them shuttle you somewhere, even with an appointment, it will take them 3 - 4 hours to finish your vehicle. When you choose to drop off your vehicle, even if your appointment is at 8 a.m. you won t be done until 4 p.m. I ve experienced all 3 of these and it takes so long when you leave your vehicle and leave the premises.I understand that they are so backed up, but I would wonder if this issue is not resolved during scheduling? I am so reluctant to bring my vehicle in, every time it takes forever to wait for it and I m not receiving updates on the status of my vehicle when it passes the 1 - 2 hour mark.I brought my vehicle back in within a day for the same issue. They weren t able to find anything wrong with it the first time around. But the issue still arose the next day so I had to drive all the way back down to this location. They finally found what was wrong with it the second time around. I was right when I informed them the day before that I thought it was a leak. They told me they didn t find anything wrong with it the day before. Come to find out they didn t even take the tire off the wheel to ensure that there was in fact no leak. So now, I ve wasted an entire 2 days to bring my vehicle in. If it was done correctly the first time around, I wouldn t have had to take time off again to come back down here to have them re-check.I wish they had a second location that was in the Kapolei area for others who live all the way on that side of the island. Maybe it wouldn t be a half day or all day affair to bring in my vehicle. I wouldn t mind the drive either, except I live on the opposite end of the island from this location.Their customer service members are really nice. Their facilities and bathrooms are clean.

I required some assistance from the parts department, and Marvin Mosuela went above and beyond to help. I really appreciated his patience with me as I have very little knowledge about car parts. He responded very quickly, was respectful and polite--although I'm sure I tested his patience by changing my mind at the last second to cancel my order lol. Give him a raise! :)

Waited 8 months for a vehicle ordered with a deposit. Car arrived. Due to some new internal rules I be been asked for bank statements, mail which comes to my address, electrical bill. Proof of payment of my electric bill. Just to be sure, I am not getting any financing, left a paym my draft at the dealership 1 week ago, still no vehicle. From conversation with GM today, he now have to present it to upper management on Monday. What is going on with this people now. Said to say but this is the very worst treatment received from any car dealer. I will update this story if I will get to the button of this. BTW I did see my vehicle on the lot.

My car got totaled so I was in the market for another vehicle. I first inquired through email about a 2016 RX 350 F Sport. Max Miller of Servco Lexus emailed and also called me soon after. We worked on a time for me to check out the vehicle and everything was smooth sailing from there. At the time I was waiting for my insurance payout from my previous car so Max worked with me and made sure that the vehicle I wanted was secured. Max maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout the experience. The same thing can be said about David who took care of the financial documents. The Rx 350 is an amazing vehicle and I am very thankful that everything worked out well. Such a great experience!

Not happy. We purchased our 2002 Lexus GS 300 new and had all maintenance serve done at the dealer. The salesman Rodney is the best. However the service department is something less to be desired. About a year ago we started getting rather large repair bills for a well maintained car with 50k in mileage. Our recent repair bills estimate amounted to 8k some of which was not properly done during the 50k service that cost around 3k. This time the a/c went out and along with other repairs some of which was not done correctly the first time was added to our 8k estimate. The a/c was the main repair needed at a 4K estimate. We ordered a new NX and the trade in Value for a well maintained vehicle offered was a shocking $1,500. We had an independent mechanic review the finding and it was determined that Lexus service should not have tried to charge us for earlier work that was not done properly. Once we brought this to Lexus attention they stepped up and offered to honor the warranty for the original work not done properly with no labor charge for other things associated with the original repair to replace the timing belt. We cancelled our order for the NX and they honorably raised our trade in from $1,500 to $4,000. My point is they should have done this the first time around. We will no longer be using this dealership. We bought another vehicle instead with an acceptable trade in offer. Rodney is a great person and excellent salesman. So if you go to Lexus ask for him but do not trade in your vehicle unless you want to be insulated. It s not the money but the principal.

I'm grateful to have a choice of a Service Rep and I try to get the same person every time I take my car in for service. I understand that sometimes that's not possible. When I walked in, another Service Rep started to work with me. Then he noticed that there was a note that I requested someone else & he immediately referred me to him. My first thought was ... this must be a cohesive team. I must reveal that if I tend to say a lot, and am very observant , it's because my professional background has been in Human Resources. Thank you for taking this step to continuously improve..

Do you believe in love at first sight? I do. Ricky Thai made me a believer. Who knew that salesman Ricky was cupid in disguise?!After I told Ricky about my past, my likes and dislikes, he figured out my type and knew the perfect car to introduce me to.When we met, I instantly fell in loooovvveeee. Ricky showed me all her fun talents to help me get to know her. Then he gave us alone time where I told her how much I want her in my life. I was a little nervous to find out if I could take care of this beauty as it seemed too good to be true, but Ricky made sure we were a perfect match. This was definitely meant to be. I heard inventory has been tight everywhere. Luckily she was newly single and back on the market!The very next day I asked to pick her up. She was all dolled up and ready to go! We took a few pictures together and Ricky wished us well.This is my happily ever after <3(Seriously though, ask for Ricky Thai. He's an expert and patiently guided me every step of the way!)
