Purchased set or tires with free flat repair. Needed repair and technical told me my car was old and tire sensor was bad. I just needed a flat fixed. After 3 hours picked up car and next morning tire flat. I call store and was told to hold for technician but disconnected 7 times after being so called transfered. I had someone air up my tire to get back to the Sam's in pearl city and the store was closed. Why didn't they just say that when I called. Dirty service. I have been a Sam's customer for year's. So sad and a waste of my time for no reason . Lost trust and work hours due to this nonsense.

4/25/22 Brought in my car for a battery change, person at the desk was friendly, advises that it should take about 30 minutes to install and so we headed to do some shopping, Received a call about 30 minutes later the new battery was installed and to pickup when we re ready. Upon starting my vehicle it wouldn t start at all. Prior to calling an attendant I looked under the hood of the car and to my surprise the new battery was NOT connected to the cables, on either sides (see photos). The young man apologized said he got distracted when another customer asked him a question (not acceptable). He should have double checked his work or have a Manager check !! What if I was installing new tires and he had forgotten to tighten something and I drove off the lot?

My hunny and I popped our tire on the H3 we decided to change all 4 came in 3 days ago and one of the workers said come back tmmr at 745 am and we can fix it since we plus members . Came around 815 the next day and they were booked up till tmmr . My fault tho he did say 745 I came at 815 so I come back today alone and the workers who opened today were amazing he took me in didn t make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about cars . My hunny paid the other day so I didn t have to pay a thing extra . And they do everything with a smile . All the workers there are great but the young guys !! They re the best they made me feel so comfortable leaving my car with them . 10/10 will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I know . Everyone who opened today Friday November 10 . Y all work hard and do it with a smile . Amazing job

They re not bad. Had my tires installed without issues and the staff are generally helpful and nice. Installation time was fine too at about an hour and half. The only problem was when you order a tire, expect them to be installed a week after due to their appointment queue.

The last time I punctured a tire, the service took 30 minutes. Today it took 3 hours. Then they tried to sell me new tires. When I said that I needed repairs, I was told to go to any other service. When I had a bmw, it was fixed for me in 30 minutes in front of me. Then I looked inside and found my broken pyzel surfboard . Its cost is about $ 1000 . The employee smashed the nose of the board by simply sticking it into the passenger seat. When I showed him the scratches on the seat and on the plastic and the broken nose of the surfboard. He told me I don't understand anything about surfboards. Such repairs cost $ 100-150 . To which he told me that the manager would call me. I left my phone number. A day has passed and the manager is still busy to call me. By the way, I teach surfing and this is my working tool and I need it every day. They broke my surfboard an hour before my class. The repair will take at least two weeks. And all this time I will have to rent equipment. I don't recommend this service. If this is a job for people, then the staff goes to such work in vain. In their place, I would have fired myself.

Was very good. Ordered tires online. Got them installed 2 days later as a walk in. Only took 2.5h.Went there first on a Saturday at 5pm. Was already closed. They left early. Went back Sunday morning turns out they only take appointments on weekends.

Put a sign regarding your hours for premium members or have a different hours of operation online because it s such a waste of time to show up at 8am when your hours say open at 8am but no where on there does it say you have to have an upgraded membership to be there when the store opens. Change your hours, people who pay extra to show up when the store opens will know they have early access. People looking to get errands handled in a timely matter will be misguided by these poor, confusing , hours of operation

I recommend coming in really really early when you're a Plus member. The lines get really long and they get really busy as the day progresses. I bought my car battery here (in and out within 35 mins; got there at 8am), went home (car was dead at home), went back out around 1030am, and the wait was a bit more than this morning (turned in my old dead battery to get my core deposit back). I saw one of the guys buying tires ahead of me early 8am just leaving when I returned (he bought tires). I overheard the flat tire repair had 8 cars in queue! Wow! But the person in the register remained calm, professional, and pleasant. Thanks :)

I bought a battery from them for my Nissan Frontier and my truck wouldn't start from time to time. I found out later from another shop that they didn't tightened the connections good. I'm not sure if I can trust them for future service. Also sometimes they don't answer the phone because the service desk is not always manned. They need to work on better staffing, attention to detail, and quality workmanship. I will try other tire and battery shops instead. They did ok with my windshield wipers. Even if they mess that up, I could fix it myself.

Placed an order and Sam's called and left a message, I was told my tires were in. Tried multiple times calling to set up an appointment to no avail. Nobody answers their line. Customer service puts you on hold and hangs up after 25min. (4Xtimes!!)Drove down there. Spoke to the gal who was manning the desk and she told us the next available appointment was 2 weeks away!Why call a customer to tell them their tires are in and come pick them up only to go there and find out they cannot install the tires today? Noone ever mentioned this prior to ordering or even after ordering.

Lots of parking. Walmart is right downstairs. Bought new tires here a couple of weeks ago. The mechanics are very helpful and professional. Sam's Club's grocery items tend to be in smaller portions so it's great for small families.(They don't rot as fast). Checkout time could be long though it's improving.

this Sam's Club which is located on the third floor of a 3 deck building. The bottom floor the street level floor, is Walmart which at one time we were told had the largest volume in the United States. It is within walking distance of the Ala Moana Shopping Center. A shopping center that is made up of many high-end and modest price stores. The composition of shops in the Ala Moana Shopping Center has changed over the years. At it's conception about 50 plus years ago it was the largest open air outdoor shopping mall in the USA

Stopped by the tire center for air check with no appointment, worried...two very kind gentleman, Jared and Chris graciously checked and filled air for all four of my tires.I was grateful and appreciative of their service much Mahalo and aloha! Merry Christmas!

Wait time is a pain. Waited for over 15 mins to get serviced. Who puts only one person at customer service while there are a couple of people in line? There should be at least 2 people to keep the line moving. I would've given it a 1 star, but when it was our turn the worker was friendly.

Efficient in check in and amount of time to change two tires wasn't too bad; however they replaced the wrong tires so we had to wait again for them to fix their mistake

Customer service is horrible. Wait time is crazy long. One time i came in for tires at noon and they could not install them that day, while seen employees just walking around and the bays was not full.
