Roy is like a doctor...how he treats your car and keeps meticulous records. I have been coming here for over 20 years.The other day my transmission broke. They found a tow truck driver for me and had my vehicle towed to their shop and fixed in 24 hours.For those who want this quality of service....call Roy's.

Roy's has been servicing my family's vehicles through generations literally. They have helped my grandparents, parents, and now myself and they go above and beyond! My breaks were going out and I called them in a panic and even though they were closed they told me to bring it in and kept their shop open AND THEN they fixed it THAT night! I was beyond happy and surprised that they got it done so fast! They will always have my loyalty! In fact I'm taking my car in today to get it tuned up. Thank you Roy's!!!!

Very nice and helpful service. They went out of their way to assist me one morning when I had a flat tire. Helped me down the street and took off my flat for me. I was very grateful for his kindness!

I HAVE NEVER TAKEN MY CARS OR TRUCKS TO AN AUTOMOTIVE SVCEXCEPT FOR TIRES. HOWEVER MY TRUCK THIS TIME HAD ME STUMPED.I WONT GO INTO TO MUCH DETAIL BUT THESE GUYS SURE DO 24/7. I HADCALLED A COUPLE MOBILE MECHANICS ONE SOUNDED MEAN AND THEOTHER WUDNT DO MY DISTRICT? I THINK THEY JUST DIDNT WANT A TRUCKSO OLD TO WORK ON. SO I LOOKED ONLINE FOR A TOW N AUTO SVC ANDCAME UP WITH ROYS. GAVE THEM A CALL AND WUDNT YOU KNOW THEY ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE IVE TALKED TO IN A WHILE. NOT ONLY DID THEYFIX THE MAJOR PROBLEM BUT GAVE THE WHOLE TRUCK AN EVALUATIONTHEY CALLED ME ON EVERY PROBLEM AN GAVE ME THE OPTION ON MYEXPENCE LIMIT ON PARTS N LABOR. OVERALL WITH KNOWLEDGE ANDHISTORY WITH AUTO REPAIR ROYS WAS VERY CORDIAL,PROFFESIONAL,COMPLETE AND WORTH EVERY CENT.THEY HAVE GAINED MY TRUST 100%.ROYS WORK ORDER SHEET EXPLAINS IT ALL...PS HE NN A BIGGER WORKORDER FORM/KEITHTHATS ROYS KALIHI TOW N AUTO SVC
