Rob was amazing!! He s very trustworthy and experienced with insurances. He makes things very easy for you as a result. It s like my fender bender never happened! My car looks brand new and I m thankful for him. His team even washed my car and cleaned/shined my lights! I felt like I was picking up a brand new car. Best local auto body shop for sure.

Amazing service, and best auto body work I've ever seen. I had a 8" wide dent with two deep scratches in my rear door, and when I came to pick up the car, it was like he had replaced the door completely. No sign of ever having been damaged. It was quick and easy too! I brought my car in, no appointment, he took the car and had it ready to go by the end of the day. Only accepts cash or check payments!

Rob is great at what he does. Super lax, shop is busy, but will definitely try to do what he can to make it work for you. Taken cars on multiple occasions to get fixed & very satisfied.Works with insurance but also is quality/ reasonable enough to pay out of pocket.Sometimes parts take a week or two if they need to order them but we live on an island, that s to be expected.His actual work is impressively timely & meticulous.Thanks ron!

This is the place ! Great discovery in my OWN neighborhood of Kapahulu, most friendly , fast & professional results for any auto body repair big or smallI found them on google and he answered the phone and saw me immediately that afternoon , ordered the part and boom ! He even checked the rest of my gentry and found important problems that were needing to be fixedThank you so much ! What a great shop

Love this shop! They are easy to book with, we we weee able to get an appointment the same day. Theyhelped us out when we showed up with the wrong part and waited for us to go to the dealership to exchange it. I went back a second time to get a passenger mirror installed. They helped me out immediately and gave me a great deal :)So refreshing to find an auto shop that will genuinely help you out!

I am a first-time customer that brought my BMW in for paint splatter from my neighbor's construction. Rob was able to take care of very labor-intensive repair on my babied car, and he did an amazing job! Rob is trustworthy, gave me a fair price, and I will definitely come back for my future needs. I needed some body work done. Rob's shop was in my neighborhood and I couldn't be more grateful that he is! I was able to pop in on a Thursday evening, he provided me an extremely reasonable quote in the matter of a minute from eyeballing the damage, I dropped my car off Saturday morning and he called me Monday saying it was done. The work is impeccable and I couldn't believe how quickly he got it done. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Rob for any work you need.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have taken my car to Rob at least 5 times. He never lets me down. He does consistently awesome work and never disappoints.Although he had a lot of cars he took me in and did my car in a day and a half. I will never have to go to anyone else. Went to Rob at RN for a scratched and dented passenger front fender and wheel well and he delivered! It was a very casual and fast process. Rob quoted me 2 days and that's exactly when he called me back for pick up. I'm thrilled with his work and value. Rob, did a very nice job and was very easy to work with.The insurance company created some problem causing the vehicle repairs not to be completed first time we dropped off but once insurance was corrected Rob completed the remainder of damage as perfect as the first.We will go back for sure if we ever need to.Thanks Rob, our old car looks showroom new again.Floyd and Cathy

Used several times before with no issues. Even recommended him to others.This time with a very slight insurance claim scratch he kept we waiting for over a week with no communication. When I called him today he said Sorry too busy I couldn t believe it given I m a (good) past customer and referral.Sorry, no more RN for me.
