Unreliable and worst communication ever. We called and said to drop off Monday and he said okay. Then he decided not to show up. He has full time job. We went there as agreed, waited an hour and no show. His angry neighbor is also rude and mean stating why you don t trust us , you can just drop it off and we ll give it to him. Ofcourse we don t, we just met the guy duh! So we left and don t want to argue and brought it to another shop which btw charge 50% less and no diagnostic fee. Done deal. Save your time and don t go to this unreliable guy! Theres a lot of better ones out there!

went in last minute to get my stolen moped fixed up, bunch of things wrong with it. Aaron helped fix it up and I was out of there in no time, can tell they are good people. 10/10 would recommend and come back!

Aaron was incredibly helpful and fair! Pick up / drop off for a reasonable rate according to miles. Excellent communication. Felt so comfortable trusting him with my moped!

Owner is an expert and trust worthy. Buy a bike or part and know that your getting the experience on the island. Most other shops are going to hustle you.

Incredibly friendly, efficient, and reasonable. Top recommendation! Pickup service rocks. Aaron is super responsive and flexible. Only drawback is no safety inspection.

Great customer service, the hours are outside most shops and as a shift worker it s cool to have flexibility, especially with pick up and drop off services being more affordable than ubering myself or using a tow company. Other companies close before 4/5 and usually too busy on weekends. Also pretty flexible with communication, a lot of other shops only use landline, Quik fix updated me via calls and text and took payment by card/cash, even for drop off.Aaron took care of my moped and even did little things for free like adjusting brakes and mirrors out of curtesy, and gave me advice on oil change, etc. I highly recommend him, even tho it seems like his side hustle, he really care s about his business. Prices are very reasonable too, labor was inexpensive and the battery was the same as other shops. I called him because someone stole my battery and I was stuck at the mall during a weekend and he was able to come short notice to pickup for only $20. Pickup, battery, labor, drop off, and oil change under 200. I m no expert, even if he s not the cheapest, the service was excellent.

Aaron is the man, he came and picked up my broken down scooter and had it ready and running better than ever in less than 24 hrs. He even had other repairs before mine and his prices are beyond reasonable. He does all this while studying to be an engineer!! Thanks my guy!

WOW! If you need ANYTHING done/ help/ assistance whatever it is with your scooter CALL THIS PLACE! I had recently spent a pretty penny on a scooter from a private buyer and within a week it totally stopped working. I then paid $60 for some mechanic off Craigslist to come take a look at it & he did nothing but make it worse then quote me $500 for a fix. At that point I wanted to just throw in the towel and take it as a lesson learned but decided to call this place as a last resort. And I m SO THANKFUL I did Because Aaron was the nicest, most straight forward and accommodating person from start to finish. Within 10min of picking up my scooter he was able to list off what he thought was wrong with it & how he can fix it. I had it back and running within days and the price was BEYOND REASONABLE. Especially when I had just been told it was a $500 fix. If you want honesty efficiency and reasonable prices CALL THIS PLACE AND ASK FOR AARON!! Thank you again so much

This shop is right on. Aaron the owner is a great guy. Both him & Matt are very knowledgeable. I bought a moped from a co-worker about 3yrs ago. I used to take my moped to The moped company on kapahulu. But I found this sop and have had nothing but the best service ever since.

I showed up having lost my keys to my moped. Matt went out of his way to take care of me while I waited. I appreciated is fair pricing and honest approach. I highly recommend the shop to anyone who has been up sold by other shops.

Excellent service!!! We've been there twice now and both times were very impressed. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and accommodating. As soon as I told them what was going on with my moped they knew exactly what the problem was and didn't charge me for a bunch of stuff I didn't need. The staff is always friendly and got us in and out super quick. We will definitely be going back again

The staff is very helpful. They fix my nephew's moped very quickly. They make professional recommendations that allow us to keep the old wreck going. The price for repair is just right. Let's face it, how many of these shops are in honolulu, that have competent staff.These guys are the bomb!

Aaron was quick to approach me and get me set up with what I needed. Explained the installation and possible performance options in the future. If you want aftermarket parts for your moped, this is the spot.

Took my bike in just to get it started. They told me 3 days because it was a simple fix. It got to day 5 I still hadn't heard from them. When I called to follow up a girl working the phone said they didn't have any bike registered for work under my name or bike make. She told me she would call me back. I had to call the next day just to have the same girl answer, when I told her who I was and that I had spoken with her yesterday she hung up. I tried calling back just to get no answer. This went on for another day before I went to the shop in person. When I get there I immediately found my bike and it was completely taken apart. Pieces were everywhere. When I inquired they told me it's not my bike. It absolutely was my bike. There are major definitive Mark's that let me know that was my bike. They said they had to take out my engine. That was never told to me. We will call you is what they said. They didn't. This went on for over 2 weeks. In the end they told me a grand story of repair and replacement with a total of $450. That's $200 more than orginally quoted. I get my bike home and my engine is different (serial numbers dont match) and it still didn't work. Up to you if you want to go there. This ws just my experience.

This place was fast and friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody I know for any scooter or motorcycle repairs or upgrades. I was in and out less than 30 mins replacing my back tire getting me back on the road. Thanks again guys.

Went in for a 125cc big bore kit installation. They said itll be done in a week. They kept giving me excuses why it didnt get done. After missing about 20 deadlines and 6 months later, there was absolutely nothing done to the moped. At that point i said put my moped back together. They wanted to charge me labor because they dissasembled my moped and also wanted to charge me 6 months of storage fees and also keep my deposit. After $2500 i never got my moped back.They used to be known as quik fix cycles, but they now changed their name to quik fix garage because they want to keep their similar name. according to the asian lady with the bad attitude this was done to flee from legal issues
