The staff was excellent, communication throughout the maintenance was outstanding, and the shop is really well kept. Only reason I didn't do 5 star is because of the price for maintenance both corrective and preventative was high. Not the staffs fault. Just porsche I suppose.

I had a good experience purchasing my Porsche at the dealership. Unfortunately, when I have scheduled service over the last two years, it has been a very unpleasant experience. The person will take a message, and you will never hear back from them until you call a second or third time. Unfortunately, there s only one Porsche dealership in Hawaii. Don t expect the usual Porsche professional service from this dealership.

Service department doesn't answer phones. We lefts messages. and still no replies after 1 week. Tried several times to use online web site, but that also lacks the Porsche reputation. One "Plus", Our sales rep (Aaron) has been wonderful, he returns our calls, answers all our questions and is very helpful and kind.

The BEST customer service ever! Servicing is not a problem with Tama behind the desk. Whenever I schedule a service for my 911 and 718, Tama always greets me with friendly conversation, educates me on my car services and they are really down to earth staff.

Jason, Tama and Ernest provided such excellent service. I really appreciate their help and I am glad these guys are taking care of the service and parts department. Super professional and on top of everything. They made my Porsche service experience great!

Service at Porsche Hawaii is sleek like the Porsche s you see in their showroom. Customer service puts you on first gear by dropping and picking you up after you bring your Porsche in for service. At second gear, your already blowing pass the competitors. Porsche of Hawaii will put you in another loaner Porsche vehicle if your service require additional attention at no cost from your piggy bank. I dropped my vehicle off and had it ready before the wifey noticed it missing from our garage. So much win, I am tempted to flying to Vegas and putting all my money on red at the roulette table.

They were able make an accommodation to identify an engine whine. Then had the part shipped overnight to fix my car the next day. Exceeded my expectation. Mahalo for the team work to fix my car quickly.

the service is unprofessional and they damaged my car...when all i needed was an oil change...then they tried to extort money from me by charging me several hundred dollars to determine what they did to my car
