For the service department: after reading some of the one star reviews I was worried to say they least and have never brought a car to the dealer for work. But after 2 days and what I considered a fair bill my 911 top was back in business. Only thing I could have asked for was for the entire back to be put back together, but can do myself in 5 minutes. They even noticed something very small that needed repair and ordered that for me. Thanks guys will return for sure. Happy customer!

Love their indoor showroom filled with beautiful Porsche's!!! I came to visit their showroom for my first time and brought my camera with me to take some pictures of the cars and was very impressed with their showroom! I had a chance to meet the general manager Jim G and we had a great conversation. I'm planning to come back again to see their new inventory soon.

Had good experience with Ash buying CPO Porsche, but bad experience with service department. Service department did incorrect 4 wheel alignment for pre-sale. I had to have alignment fixed by another Porsche dealer for $700. Called service department about problem, but they wouldn t admit. They were also reluctant to release service records (I got some; not all). Felt like they were hiding their mistakes.

contacted service department 5 days, just need to talk to one of the service advisor, but they always ask me to leave message and no one never called me back. even service manager, every time ask me to leave voice mail. after I bought a vehicle with them, they don't want to take care customer anymore.

Sales experience is decent, but the service and parts department are an absolute joke. Had an issue with my brand new car, but I cannot get the service manager, Ernest Fontes, to return any calls, messages, or emails. I have to drive all the way from the other side of the island to visit in person, which is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like I have been fairly patient with him, but I have been waiting 2 months on updates and have yet to receive a single one. Unbelievably lazy and unreliable.

Worst Porsche service ever experienced so far! My car was sent to change oil and to check the break pad light. It turned out break pads, tires, and suspension as well. They asked me to contact my insurance company to estimate. Although my insurance paid the suspension fee more than $5000, the whole fixing process took more than a month without any car rental options. The quote even changed after my insurance company approved the estimation. I need to pay more than $5000 for the whole thing too. They changed the date for getting my car back consequently while I am working on moving out of the island. Thus, I have to postpone my car shipping date over and over. What a miserable experience! To emphasize, I went other state Porsche dealers and services before. I was proud of having a GTS with good services. On the other hand, this service center doesn t care consumer s life at all.

When the finance manager snatches a paper out of your hands out of anger when you re purchasing a vehicle, that s a red flag to stay away! Love my Porsche, but sales team can be more professional. Also had to wait 2-3 hours (when I had an appointment set up to even just purchase vehicle) Finance manager running my credit without my consent wasn t cool either. Pretty unscrupulous behavior

My wife's new 2023 Macan was recently tinted at a very reputable tint shop in town and after two months of enjoying the new ride with the new tint, we just recently realized that the rear driver's side window wasn't rolling up smoothly, possibly off its track. We scheduled a service appointment at Porsche and they graciously took us within a couple of days with a loaner. Not many places have loaners available at such short notice so we jumped at the first opportunity.Robert in the service department called to say that because the door panel could've possibly been taken off by the tint shop, Porsche would not be honoring the warranty on the window.You could imagine how disappointed I was so I dropped the loaner off, picked up my wife's car and booked it immediately to the tint shop where we have been taking all of our vehicles to get tinted for the last 20+ years.The gentleman at the tint shop explained how they tinted my wife's car and specified that they would never take off the door panel to tint the windows since they didn't have to so I took his word for it. Honestly, I wouldn't expect the tint shop to fix the discrepancy, especially on the Porsche but I was really hoping it was a simple fix. Obviously it wasn't.So I return to Porsche already frustrated and spoke to Robert again explaining my ordeal. I really didn't want to speak to anyone but the service advisor as several other employees in the service department were trying to justify why the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty. All I wanted was someone to take a look at it as I really don't know if the tint shop took off the door panel or not.Robert was gracious enough to take my wife's car and hold it over the weekend to have it looked at the following Monday. Before lunch, I get a text with the pics of the door panel removed with obvious signs of the panel being removed before: two-way tape missing, glass off the track, missing or broken clips....man I was really disappointed of the fact that there was a strong possibility that the reputable tint shop really DID take the panel off and possibly never planned on informing me or my wife that something went wrong. This almost guaranteed that I would be out of pocket for the entire cost of the repair.Now Robert did call me when the panel was off and after discovering all the discrepancies, told the tech to fix it and put it back together. I appreciate that he took it upon himself to make the call but now I'm liable for the entire repair bill, parts and labor!Robert did us a solid by discounting the repair so it was manageable for us to accept that through no fault of our own, the window broke. Who knows if the tint shop even knew what really happened...maybe the tech was a newbie and didn't tell the boss that he messed up. Or maybe everyone knew and just didn't say anything.Whatever the case is, I walked away very satisfied with the level of customer service Robert provided to me and my wife as this is our first experience as Porsche customers. We have owned Mercedes and BMWs and the reason we left Mercedes was purely because of the lack of customer service with both the sales department and service.We went to BMW and sales and service have been stellar for the last 10 years.Trying Porsche for the first time and I gotta say, thanks to Robert in service, Porsche Hawaii has earned another customer for life (my wife lol since I still love my BMW haha).

Never coming back here. Took my car in for service because water was getting into the car. They said it was clogged drains. Asked them to unclog all the drains. They quoted me $220. When I came to pick it up the total was $365. They didn't even unclog all the drains! When i called, they said it only included uncloging 2 drains. Wow $365 to unclog 2 drains?! To make things worst, their multi point inspection turned out an oil leak which was not there before.Went back for the yearly maintenance which was an oil and filter change. Also asked them to fix the new oil leak which they said was caused by sheered bolts. I was quoted $1001. When i got back, it was $1065. Not worried about $60 but was annoyed that the total was different than what was quoted... again. Then I checked my invoice and realized why it was soo much. They they charged me twice for labor. $330 labor charge for the oil change and $330 again to replace a couple of bolts. Really Porsche? You need my $330 that badly? Very disappointing! I thought i could trust the Porsche brand but it seems like they're just looking for the opportunity to gouge somebody.

Had to bring my car for recall. Robert provided me excellent customer service from the time I made an appointment til my car was done. My car finished sooner than the estimated length of time. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable.Having shuttle service is so convenient! Ernest Fontes was on time from drop off to p/up. Very friendly, patient and responsible driver. Over all, very satisfied with the service provided at Porsche Hawaii.

Bought a used 4Runner from here in October of 2021. Probably the most honest dealership I ve ever worked with.Wish I had came back last month to replace my car HERE instead of the other dealership I chose to work with. Will be back though for sure.

We're super excited with our new ride. We love the comfort, style, and drive of the Cayenne S. Our experience with Ash Eyre was superb. Being our first Porsche buying experience, he was very patient answering all our questions, provided excellent communication throughout the process, and never rushed a sale. I am still waiting for the manager at Porsche to call us back after numerous calls and emails and spending 105k two months ago. (Ron) and (Ash). I bought an extended warranty and I m still waiting to get contacted by above because I don t have the data on it except the sales information from you buying it..... That is when everyone walked away and abandon us with no follow up at all. Not what I expected from Porsche. What is happening?This has been so disappointing especially since I drive a Porsche, (have forever) and now invested in a Maserati due to this kind of service. Never seen this. Hopefully JN auto group can fix these concerns!!!! Would be nice to have a call back at some point. Very disappointing especially after now 200k invested in JN in the last month.Maserati is awesome. Go there. My sales guy (Ethan) was amazing and ALWAYS available. The manager there was also awesome!!! He sat on the phone with me and explain numbers on his own time just so I understood the purchase. True representation of luxury service. Maserati, keep it up. Jan, Porsche has been very disappointing and I expect a callback from a leader regarding the service.

I recently visited this dealership to browse their floor selection; even though I had no intentions of purchasing anything, I was greeted with a smile and got treated with utmost respect. Their department is in immaculate condition and extremely sanitary.I highly recommend this location for any services you may require for your Porsche.

Tripp and the crew did a great job. My first time back since Keith and Melissa who always were a pleasure to deal with. Great dealership. I needed to get my car in quickly, and actually was able to get an appointment for the next day. Serviced on time and since I was going to be late, the keys were left with the sales department for me to get the car later. My only note is that the oil gauge is a bar low.

My expectations were very high, and they were pretty well met. One exception may have been my own misunderstanding; it concerned the nature of the complimentary service offered shortly after I bought the car. The second was that the car had not been washed as promised when I returned to pick it up. Those aside, Porsche can rest assured that I will have all of my servicing done there.One fine point: Most fine car dealers offer impeccable service, so it is difficult to find that one is "exceptional" in such good company.

Owning a Porsche means you are part of a family. The guys at Porsche Hawaii treat everyone like a family member. It s truly great place to visit even if you don t need any car service. Today they comped my safety check and a small repair on my horn switch. They get more amazing every time i go there. There is no substitute!

Melissa, Duke, and the rest of the Service gang at Porsche Hawaii have always been professional and accommodating to my needs. Ash from Sales was always professional, cordial, and attentive to my requests and concerns during and after I bought my car. With the replacement of Melissa with Tripp Redmond, Tripp has stepped up to the plate and made my experience as pleasant as when Melissa was still there. I hope Melissa will come back and join the team again as she provided a great service to the Japanese speaking clientele. Great bunch of people.Customer for life.

Great experience with Porsche of Hawaii. Took my vehicle in for recall and service department was top notch. Gave me a loaner and off I went. The process was a quicker than renting a car. They keep me updated throughout the repair and returned my vehicle hand washed.

Straight forward pricing and deal making. Car was detailed and waiting for me, I didnt have to wait for it to be cleaned after closing the deal. My salesperson was easy to talk to and not afraid to make a the experience lighter and more fun.

Aaron, Dan, Gerald and Ash were spectacular in guiding us in the process of our Cayenne purchase. We could not have asked for a more clear and kind customer service process, and Aaron even offered us a courtesy ride to our place since we did not have a car to drive there (after trade-in). 6-star service; go to Porsche Hawaii for all of your Porsche needs.

Tama Nino was my service advisor, and he provided excellent customer service. He took care of all my maintenance concerns for my 2006 Porsche Cayenne S. Additionally, I needed a safety inspection. The young gentleman that greets you when you pull up to the service area was very pleasant, and he was a warm person to meet and left a good first impression. At the end of the day, a technician (I think his name was L.J.) offered to install the Porsche Hawaii license plate border on the newly installed front license plate holder even though it was the end of the day, and the shop was technically closed - I very much appreciated him taking the time and offering to entertain my request. My overall experience was excellent! I look forward to returning for any of my maintenance issues.

Tama and Ernie were extremely thorough with diagnosing the issues with my 2011 Cayenne. After the first repair and wash, the "check engine" light turned back on, and they did not feel comfortable returning my car to me until all the issues were resolved. My car came back to me in perfect condition.Mahalo, Porsche Hawaii!

Best experience. Friendly and courteous....no formality. We are in Hawaii and this is the best approach. The Macan courtesy car while my MacanS was being service was a superb touch. A free car wash is most appreciated. This is definitely a 5 stars rating. Special mention for this achievement goes to Tama, Service Manager. Again, overall the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer, any where (US, Europe, Asia), any brand (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus). Thank you.

Went in a couple of days ago for an oil change. Was informed I was due for a two year service. My service was completed on time, and the final cost with discount was less than i was quoted. I left happy with my Porsche performing like new! Great job Tama. Just got my Porsche Panamera Turbo back after an extended stay. While my incidental visit for minor service turned out to be more serious than I expected Robert kept me apprised every step of the way. The virtually new Porsche Cayenne loaner kept me patient. I'm loving having my car back. Fletcher Jones Porsche Hawaii provided fantastic service!

This is my second car from Porsche, this is the first time dealing with Aaron the sales person he is outstanding, after purchasing the car he made sure I understood all the featuresThe day I picked up my car I knew he was busy, because they received several cars in at once and it was the end of the year. When I showed up unannounced, Im sure he had more on his plate than he can handle...but he was very polite and took care of me as soon as he could.I also want to mention the service department because before purchasing my car I went over and ask Melissa who I should deal with at sales and she introduced me to Aaron.I always got my car serviced here if Melissa is not around Keith will defiantly help me out and he is also very easy to work with.The car is always service on time and 100% of the time, they will give me an ETA and meet that deal line. This is not one of those service departments that you have to chase down to get things done they will chase you down to let you know whats going on.
