It makes me sad to write this review. I ve used PAC Honda for all of my car needs for the last 7 years. Today I called and asked about getting my car in for something that s covered under warranty and a known problem with the 10th gen civics and they want to charge me upfront a $500 diagnostics fee. I called Windward and they said the diagnostics fee for that specific problem would only be $170. I hate to say this but if I m gonna save over $300 just on the diagnostic fee then I will gladly drive to windward for the rest of my services.

.5 star for basic maintenance, .5 star for the advisor who did an average job. ZERO or negative stars for the expensive detail job that left overspray on inside front windshield, water spots on the back rear and side windows, a bad swirl looking like they toweled off the hood (not polished?) and they didn't even clean the truck bed.....about the quality of a fundraiser group on the roadside. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HONDA'S PREMIUM DETAIL. FWIW their "please give us feedback/review" form failed to connect to (required) sign-on services, and the advisor didn't call back when I left VM to discuss detail issues. Pretty much a big FAIL.

It s best to have appointments first thing in the morning because they will check you in fast and then you can catch a shuttle home or to the office without too much of a wait.
