I stopped them to get some break work and tires as well as my safety inspection and plan to make an appointment but it was pleasantly surprised when they said they could take it today. Bryan explained what needed to be done after a brief inspection and gave me lots of options. I was surprised they had a good price on the tires. That was happy I could get everything done and one visit. When the car was finished they showed me all the used parts and explained to me exactly what they did. I'm not used to that, normally you just pay the bill and hope they actually did the work. But not at Oscars, they showed me the parts that were removed and asked me if I wanted to keep them. Very happy to see how bad my brakes were and now I can drive safer vehicle. Great place to go if you need some work or friendly advice!

Oscar s is my place for auto safety checks . Have been going there for years. This year took my wife s car, we were in and out of there in a flash. She couldn t believe going to Oscars, no more going back to her must appointment place ?!@ !(, again.

This place is AMAZING, the service was the Best! Drive up early no appointment and had my Safety inspection completed in just a few minutes. My check engine light came on that morning after I left the lights on and it wouldn t turn over but eventually started. I was super stressed, The guy checked the code and cleared it and i couldn t convince him to at least take a tip for checking and clearing it, no charge he said. This type of service is hard to find now a days and truly I am so thankful for them. I should have gotten a name but to the gentleman with the long hair and mustache, Thank you! - Nina

Can t recommend this bough to NEVER go here. I had very loud noises coming from underneath my Honda CRV and took it there. After looking at it they quoted me $3200 to change the control arm, sway bars and struts. I take it home and find out the only problem was the bushings on the sway bar had disintegrated causes the sway bar the bounce against metal. Easiest fix cost me 40$ to do my self. They will definitely trip you off

Work van had a flat tire the day after Thanksgiving. After going several shops that was closed, a shop that doesn't do that kind of service recommended Oscar's. They accommodated & service was fast! Awesome staff!!

My husband and I live on Kauai. We were trying to decide whether or not to purchase a used car from a dealership in Honolulu. We needed someone to check it out for us and Bryan came highly recommended. We asked him to check it out and he was kind enough to accommodate us on very short notice. He was very professional, polite, thorough and, in the end, saved us from purchasing a vehicle with a massive oil leak that would have been VERY costly to repair. Seriously! If I could give Bryan more than 5 stars, I would. I really appreciate his honesty and candor and will absolutely send any business I possibly can to him in the future.

Don t come to this place while they re on lunch, which is around 1pm. They ll turn you away. Went in for safety check, all 10+ workers eating and no one acknowledged. I asked about a safety check and they told me to come back. This is my second trip to them this week. I asked if it was going to be the same the following day. We don t know. We don t know when we will be hungry again, was the response I got. Very unprofessional. Apparently not 1 of them could do what I needed until lunch was done. And there were no other customers waiting. Such a shame too. Been a loyal customer for all my car needs for the last 6 years with my car.

The service has always been really good at Oscars. I've had the clutch replaced on my truck there once I dropped it off in the morning and it was completed the same day. That's good considering that have to remove the transmission to get to it.

While visiting my son at Hickham Air Force base found his 2011 Durango had a bad oil leak front crankshaft seal.Talked to Hector at Oscars Auto repair, dropped it off Monday 8/16. Picked it up 4 pm same day. Came in under what he quoted, he cleaned all the oil off that had leaked and topped off all the fluids. Great job Hector. Highly recommend this place for service. Safety inspection was fast and simple. Try to get it done at least 5 days before expiration or get stuck waiting if they're busy.

Called made an appointment for the weekend, told them what needed to be done and to check my brakes if needed to change because it sounded as if it is time.Great communication, great services, and the aloha spirit they have is there.Thanks oscars will be back again for service my me hanical frie d was correct and A on spot for this refferal.

Was turned away at one automotive to get a safety inspection so scrambled to get one done and chose this place at random. Glad I did I was in and out in no time. Lastly customer service was A1.
