I really appreciated the prompt service I received from O'Sung's when my car battery died. The service member who met me was able to give me a thorough assessment of my battery and many tidbits of helpful advice. It felt less like a business transaction and more like a family member willing to help as best he could. I would certainly call them again if similar issues arose!

Yun at O'Sung Auto Body and Paint did an excellent job repairing the rear end damage to my Tesla. He kept me informed with respect to the progress and his crew were detailed and conscientious in bringing my car beyond "new" condition. My car was purchased new 3 months before the tragic accident and now I feel it is actually better then it was then the first day that I picked it up. I strongly recommend O'Sung Auto Body and Paint. Hopefully I will never be in another accident but if I am I will look to the services of O'Sung Auto Body and Paint.....no one on the island is better !

HORRIBLE SERVICE- especially the owner of the establishment.Been to multiple places on the island but I have never had an experience as I had here today, shouldn t even say experience as the interaction didn t last more than 1 min. Drove to O Sung to inquire about the possibility of getting a car safety the OWNER - YUN- was incredibly rude, completely dismissed us, and said we are the way to the bush for that as he brushed us off with his hand. I understand being busy but the lack of customer service and his overall attitude are not the way to run a business

I found myself in need of a car repair, and O'Sung did not disappoint. The moment I left my car, Yun and his associates kept me updated with pictures via text. The portion of the car they worked on looks amazing, and operates as it should! I do have some word of advice for future customers, be patient and respectfully persistent with them. They do not have a secretary to stay on top of the paperwork, or schedule. I had to call a few times to confirm estimate, and scheduling BEFORE I left my car. I agree with previous posts that Yun can come off as curt (especially in person). However, once my car was in the shop, communication between Yun and myself flowed easily and dare I say kinder. Also, huge shout out to Justice (sorry if I misspelled name), for his great costumer service and communication skills. Thank you O'Sung Auto Body & Paint for your impeccable auto repairing!

O'Sung made my wrecked car look like new. Very professional job. What would take 3 weeks to accomplish they did in 1 week. I got updated on the work but text.

You can tell from the get go that these guys are good at their job. My Kia Soul was a junk compared to all the higher end cars that they we're already working on. Took a few days to fix my rear bumper but it came back solid.

I absolutely love the service at O'Sung's! Awesome services, and the quality of work is outstanding. They totally kept me informed of when my part was coming in and got the job done, and in a really timely matter.And Enterprise picked me up and dropped me back off at their location on North King Street, making the whole process super easy.I have Triple A insurance, and they always cover my back with any problems I've ever had, & at a reasonable rate.I would recommend that everyone use O'Sung's for all services and safety checks, too.

SCAM, be careful I called AAA because my car battery died so they sent out one of O'Sung workers to replace it. When he got there he told me my alternator failed as well. I had him only replace my battery and had my car looked at by another mechanic. He checked everything and re tested my alternator which he said is in good condition and I have no reason to get it replaced. They were just trying to take my money.Service: Battery

I had a very good experience at OSung. Yun was professional and friendly. He answered my questions and sent me pictures of the repair during the process. The finished result was great and they finished faster than expected. Very happy. Not all auto body shops are this way so I will be coming back to OSung for future repairs. Mahalo Yun!

I had an urgent car problem and called more than 10 businesses and only O'Sung was able to come to the rescue. They were quick and also very professional, especially Matt who guided me through the emegency with kindness and with capability. I will go back to them for all possible car needs! Thank you!

Yesterday my car's battery died while I was at a restaurant on Isenberg Street. I called AAA and they sent Osung Auto to jump start my vehicle. The service agent, Josh, showed up and jump started my vehicle. He then informed me that my alternator was not working. Since I live in Mililani, he said that the battery probably would not last for that distance. He advised me that I should probably have the vehicle towed. If it wasn't for Josh I probably would have stalled on the freeway. He was a lifesaver. I called AAA again for a tow truck. They sent me a tow truck again from Osung Auto. Kaipo was the driver and he was so awesome. His personality was fantastic. He made me feel so safe during the tow experience. I have had experiences with other tow truck drivers, but Kaipo is head and shoulders above them all. All in all I want to compliment Osung Auto for their tremendous service and would highly recommend them.

O'Sung's were very professional and provided excellent service. My alternator went bad and they replaced and repaired in 2 hours. My 4runner runs great and their charges are reasonable. Definitely recommend and would come back again. Services: Electrical, BatteryServices: Electrical, Battery

You know how you get to a car place and you run into guys who are there specifically to be nice to you, and then there are the guys who are there to actually fix your car? Well at this place, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was really impressed by this.The quality of the repair was top-notch. Car looks better than before my accident. I was kept in the loop so I always felt like a priority. They respected my time and got me in and out without delay.Don't let some insurance company tell you what to do and where to fix your baby. Insist on O'Sung Auto Body. They'll take care of everything and make you feel like a valued individual.

Great customer service over the phone and great field technicians. O'Sung serviced my vehicle several times for different issues, each time they was very professional. I end up calling their dispatcher straight up instead of my insurance. I will continue to call them and highly recommend them.

First off, they were timely. Second, their assigned driver, Sean, was very friendly and professional, telling me what he was going to do and was very thorough. He had an acute attention to detail, wasn't rushed or rude, just very professional through and throughout. On the way there we had a blast, just a great guy. Their tow truck was clean and the right fit for the job as I had an AWD car. Upon arrival at the dealership he offloaded my car and helped me push it into the dealership, actually he pushed and I wrangled the steering. The paperwork was simple and straight forward. At no time did I ever get the feeling anything shady was going on. Highly recommend this company!!

As a 67 year old lady first timer using O'Sung Auto Body through AAA I was so taken with their truthful and professional services was more then I expected. Everyone was willing and helpful with my problem they looked for the problem and fixed it. I will tell all my family and friends to go to them with their problem. Took both of my vehicles there twice for my toyota sienna and once for my kia sedan for body and paint job both due to auto accidents. Their professional and communication is above and beyond satisfaction it shows in the result of the work done. This is the only shop I would remain loyal to. Thank you Chen and your crew for Always meeting my expectation and more.

Great customer service and extremely patient and helpful both for roadside assistance and at the shop (which my car eventually needed to be towed to for repairs). Very reasonable and always felt like they were doing what they could to get me the best deal. Would definitely recommend their service, after all AAA uses them! Thank you so much for everything!

My van didnt start this morning. We called insurance and they linked OSung and tow truck came before ETA. Driver was Francis and he is super nice and professional. Also he had knowledge about car and he helped me started the car. He wouldn't mind to go under the van in rainy day to figure out the problem. So I gave him a shot to take my van to their shop to fix the car even though OSung is known for body&paint shop. BTW, tow truck was almost brand new and look cool! Highly recommend for towing service.UpdateMy van was fixed same day!Service was excellent. In fact, I've never had this wonderful service in car shop before. They sent updates throughout the day with pictures and all crews were super nice! I was totally amazed!

Around 3:30pm yesterday, my car wouldn t move forward after shifting to Drive AAA sent Roadside Service from O Sung to my house to help out. I guess my wheel brakes wouldn t release, probably due to the recent flood on the street I park on & my car not being used in awhile bcuz of Covid-19 (no job). It must ve rusted real bad? Anyway, I was offered to have my car towed to their shop for a diagnosis & estimate with no pressure whatsoever to have them do the repairs. The tow truck showed up not too long after & my car left around 4:45pm. Both drivers were professional, courteous & informative. I got my estimate within an hour, along with pics of the parts needing repair. This is the first time an automotive company did this for me & I really appreciated it This morning I was sent progress pics & was told my car would be done by noon Their shop is easy to find & everyone I spoke to was so nice They even provided an oil change for me!! Thank u so much O Sung, I highly recommend your business

Best shop hands down. Destroyed my rear quarter panel rear bumper and trunk. Pulled up gave me a quick look said get with insurance it s gonna be a lot. Insurance quoted 5300$ and that s what they fixed it for. Incredibly fast and very easy to work with. Gave me updates on progress and the repair was ridiculous. Could never tell. This isn t a cover up bandaid shop. You want it factory fixed they got it no problem. Definitely a great experience. Would give more stars. O Sungs is the best body shop I ve ever been to easily. Thanks guys

Great service from start to end !!! The tow truck driver was super professional and eased my stress with his professionalism.. Chen, Yun and team communicated throughout the whole process even though I had a new 2019 Honda Passport and the parts were hard to find they did the best job possible!! Quick to answer the phone but poor customer service after that. Called and someone answered and gave me the straight up deal. He seemed salty but maybe that s just his personality. Either way not good for business. Sent my info and claim and they ordered the parts with out my go ahead. I emailed questions over to Yun and all he said was the parts have been cancelled. He never even bothered to answer my questions. Emailed him back to see if he could answer my questions and nothing. From business man to another they need to hire someone who knows how to listen and hear what the customer is saying. Was going to use them because a friend recommended but disregard. Proceed with caution!

Went in talk to owner told me to get photo claim and come back. He went to the extent and check my jeep. I did what he said went back. They went ahead and ordered my hood and text me it's in. Went back to have them tell me that they can't do. Owner had bad attitude. He should have told me from first time they couldn't do it. I could have been looking for somewhere else to do it. He should learn to treat peoples time with consideration. I'm sure he feels the same about his time.

Mae, the assistant was great, but the owner/manager was terrible. He was rude when he called me to tell me to pick up my vehicle. He failed, as he had promised, to call me a day earlier so I could plan when to pick it up. When he called he told me that I had 6 hours to pick up my vehicle and was rude when I responded that I was working and had obligations and might not be able to make it that day. I would definitely NOT recommend their services.
