Absolutely wonderful staff, the gentleman that helped me with my phone call was patient and professional and provided me with the best customer service. Very satisfied and impressed with the staff and this store.

Julian helped me test my battery, which was dead, and replace it. They were busy, but he made sure his coworkers and customer were taken care of. Excellent customer service. Thank you Julian

On par for an O'Reilly's. Has the usual stuff for home auto repair/customization, etc. The staff are helpful, but not overwhelming or pushy the way some places are.I wasn't there for paint, but found myself looking at, and taking pictures to show my bf the options, for a while. I don't know what I would use peel off spray paint for, but I'm pretty sure I need it.

Hubby had to come here cause the starter he bought wasn't working properly. After talking to a senior sales associate, hubby was sold the wrong size. But ask is good, they got him the right one and even tested it out. Really friendly people working there.

Conveniently located at the old Cinerama Theater location on King street. I need some primer and paint for my project and O Reilly s had it. Quick smooth in and out transaction.

Within business hour, refuse to do free testing for battery and free installation for battery as what they advertised. Not even willing to borrow a tool for us to do self-install. Don t go to this store. Go other Oreilly

These guys really know their stuff and are very willing to help. I went in for advice about a problem with my car and Ryan was super helpful. He gave me precise instructions and although they did not have the product that I needed, he offered several recommendations on where and how to obtain them. Impressive customer service!

Quick service, very nice stuff. No changes except more expensive now. Important to sign up for the rewards card " free " and always ask, when purchasing multiple items of the same " price " can drop significantly.No updates as of March 2024One thing needs to be said how sufficient and willing to help these people are " Bravo " for everything you do.

Impeccable customer service providedBy Brian at this O reilly store! That gentleman was very patient and went above and beyond to ensure the successful accomplishment of my pressing needs.I was positively surprised. Needed DOT4 brake fluid. They had two options. Cashier double checked that my bike needed DOT4. My master cylinder specifies DOT4 on its cover.

They're always willing to help us and be professionals even though they're super busy. I have a little knowledge about the vehicles but i feel very safe to seek answers from any of them. (I meant No need to worry about they are selling me unnecessary stuff!)

They always help me get the right part and have even taken calls to help me during repairs after picking up product from the store. Everyone that has helped me at this location has always been professional and quick to share their knowledge.

This is the most convenient location for auto parts for myself, so I find myself there more often than I like to be. This location is usually busy, but it has a decent stock room, so they normally have what I need.

Staff at the King Street store are excellent at helping customers professional service n great work attitude all bases covered like baseball. Shop here every time I need something to get the job done right away. Management n team on point.

Great store with enough parking. The staff is super friendly. Our car battery died and they had more than enough new ones in stock. Plus, an employee named James was kind enough to install the battery for us! That was pretty cool. Will be returning to this location for any future care needs.

The girl there was helpful in finding the right fuse I needed. She was helpful in store and over the phone. Good customer service. I tend to spend more than what I went there for because there's so much I need there.

I came here this morning after my battery died. I Checked around and they had the best price by almost $40. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They sold me a battery. Lent me the tools to change it and refunded the exchange fee for my old battery immediately once I returned the tools and gave them the old battery. I highly recommend them. The price was right and the service was everything you would hope for.

Has alot of tools and you can rent for cheap. Sometimes we can't afford (or too pake) to buy the tools so this option is great.

Tom was amazing! He helped me out so much from finding the part I needed to setting me up with a mechanic to fix it. I was on a time crunch and he made me feel like it was just as important to him that I get the truck fixed as it was to me! Stop by and see him! It was a great experience!
