Been going here for over 5 years, I would say I had the best customer service from Gavin one of the service guys dropping off my car. He wasn't the first one to approach me but when he saw I was waiting longer than I should he took initiative to take care of my situation. Even insisted that I take a loaner car when I refused because I usually just uber it back home, which I'm glad I did because my car was there until the next day.

Be aware whenever you come and fix your car please don t forget to take picture on your car engine, I came early just to diagnose my car for my ac problem and when they gave me my car i saw this light check engine, I go back and tell them why that happened and they just say it was there since I gave the car with them, I don t have proof if i knew I should take picture but its OK. So all the costumer like me at this location at nissan service BE AWARE take PHOTOS on your car especially the ENGINE!!! I SHOULD not gave feedback like this but I want everybody to be aware.

I enjoy New City's clean and comfortable facility and have only experienced friendly, professional service. Awesome location! Convenient ride service if I need to get to work. I will definitely continue purchasing my vehicles from New City Nissan!

Mark, our service writer in automotive repair was amazing! He did what he said he was gonna do in the time frame promised and he had our car washed for us as well! We could not be happier!

Easy to find located in the beginning of N King Street can't miss on the right side! Big area lots of cars to choose from. Our 3rd Nissan Car since 2017 this time it's a 2019 NISSAN SENTRA! Casey was our guy assigned to us from Manager Gavin who actually helped us when we picked up a Rogue & Pathfinder! Great bunch of Guys & Gals! The Service Center you will see first as you enter then there Showroom! Came to checkout the "Kick" at first took a drive with Casey who was very down to earth been with Nissan for over 15yrs, made you comfortable, very knowledgeable and friendly approach not your typical hardcore Salesperson! The "Kick" was a bit smaller and that's when he suggested the "Sentra" of which Casey drives now also. I would encourage anyone who's looking at a Nissan to come down and ask for Casey!

Made an appointment to get a recall cleared for brakes and an oil change. Had an early morning appointment and the car was ready within about two hours. The price for the oil change was really cheap and the brakes are working better.I highly recommend this dealership over the other one we were using. I only wish we had tried this one sooner. The service department runs much more smoothly and professionally here.

Clean and spacious service desk with nice amenities. The service staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing was our service rental took a long time to get since they knew we were coming. Overall a good place to do business New City Nissan does a good job

Great dealership, nice service folks! Ask for Berns he is very helpful and polite. Kevin is very nice as well. They did a great job servicing my car. I will bring my car here again. They are very speedy, reasonably priced and professional.

Polite and professional service - what more can you ask for? Went I. To have a key cut and they had me in and out within 10 minutes while answering all my questions about the next gen Frontier (will be here this summer).

Ok plain and simple if you want to be treated right then go here for your new vehicle. Don't go in with an attitude and a new car with a good deal might end up in your garage because they have better deals than any other Nissan dealership I've been to..along with good people to help you. 2 out of the 3 brand new cars I've ever bought came from this dealership.

Asked about Nissan Leaf battery replacement, they rstimated $9000 fot thr 24Kw. I have seen them for $3,000 , 40Kw $6000, 60 Kw $8000, What gives? Also free chargers routinely blocked off.

I called ahead to pick up a part. It took about 20 minutes for me to see a representative to pick up that part. I didn t get any actual auto service done so I can only speak about picking up parts
