After almost a week of looking for a car, I visited New City Nissan. I went in looking for a used Nissan, but after test driving a couple of cars, I decided to try test driving a new one. My sales person, James, was very helpful and made the whole experience a whole lot more enjoyable. He was very informative and made me feel very relaxed and not pressured into buying any car. This was a breath of fresh air, especially compared to the treatment I had received from other sales associates at the places I had visited prior. He took the time to show me multiple cars and I never felt like he was getting frustrated when I asked to view a different vehicle. When I decided on a car for purchase, I was also visited by two more members of the New City Nissan team. I unfortunately do not remember their names, but I felt like I was met with the same professionalism and grace that I had received from James, which was greatly appreciated. The entire process exceeded my expectations and I was able to drive out with a car I am very happy to have purchased. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience and have already recommended New City Nissan to my friends when they are ready to purchase their next vehicles.

Earl was fantastic to work with and he made the process simple and exciting. This was my first time buying a vehicle alone and I was weary of the usual sales nonsense that occurs. New City Nissan, Earl and Kevin run a modern business model that is customer centric and I felt like the process was easy, worry free and transparent the entire time. I got the car I wanted for a price I could afford in a short amount of time. I wouldn t go anywhere else at this point. Thank you Earl and Kevin!

One added to acknowledge,the fact, Nissan has provided great "uber back " service for me to go back to work after dropping off my car! Thought it was great and very efficient!Customer service, are friendly and know what they are doing.Thank you for the ambiance coffee corner, for customer to take a "sip either coffee or tea!" Clean and organized!

Ashley never fails to provide the best in customer service when I call to make an appointment and take my car in for maintenance. Her attentiveness is very much appreciated. The Uber service provided makes taking my car in for service very convenient too. Mahalo New City!!!

Worst experience of my life. First they show me a 2015 Corolla because i said i was looking for something inexpensive. It was 10k above book price and i showed Gavin the assistant manager the prices of other ones that were newer with less miles he said that they just got that car and his manager wouldn t budge on the price. I said that s ok im not in a big hurry to buy right now and i can wait. So he had his sales guy go get a Jeep Compass. It was much better for my needs. It was newer and several thousand dollars cheaper. I agreed to the price and terms. He told me he needed my 1099 and my award letter from the VA stating i was 100% disabled. So no problem. I went straight home got him what he needed and emailed it to him like he asked me to do. About a hour later he TEXTED me I was not even worth a phone call. After I took the day off work to buy a car. He TEXTED me saying that he sold the car I was buying to someone else. Now please explain how can you be working a deal with one person then turn around and sell it to someone else? They ran my credit through lots of different finance companies now my score will be lower. I missed a day of work and I guarantee you that I will NEVER do business with NISSAN AGAIN. I just got done paying off the loan early for the last Nissan I bought.Super rude and no explanation at all just a text saying they sold the car that we shook hands on. I was lied to. When you shake hands as a man that is supposed to mean something. Well the assistant manager Gavin is no real man when he goes back on his word.

Antonio and everyone was so welcoming and kind. I was grateful for all fast help and assistance we recieved, especially in my situation..I love my new car! Still trying to get used to it, never had a push start button or back up cam ever!..haha! Antonio was patient and great at going over car features.I feel super comfortable driving it so far...Thankful for my father, Joe, ..thank you for all the service you've given him as well...

I have no complaints about the service for my vehicle, my only complaint is that you folks need to update or company website when it comes to making appointments for service. One area is that you need to list all available service repairs that is offered at dealership and a rough estimate of a starting price for that service, when you make your appointment online, customer should also be able to say which service advisor they want handling their car, and lastly, you folks need to tone down the a/c inside the showroom/waiting area for those who wait for their cars while being serviced. During the cold months, raise the temp a little so as not to feel like an icebox inside the showroom and during the warmer months, keep it cool.

My family and I came to New City Nissan to buy a new car. The experience was pleasant and smooth. The staff members are nice and welcoming and they made us feel at ease. Each of the staff we spoke with explained things well and made things easy to understand with no pressure. The place is clean and spacious, with customer lounge, and they offer free coffee/tea. We highly recommend New City Nissan.

I selected a vehicle online and was immediately contacted by internet coordinator to setup an appointment with sales associate Ben the next day. Upon arrival the vehicle was already prepped for a test drive. Ben explained all the vehicle options. It was a friendly buying experience. Prices listed on the internet were as advertised. No surprises. Great customer service and we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you.

The customer service provided by your technician exceeded my expectations. He was friendly upon my arrival and continued to give me updates throughout my waiting. He also informed me of a service that I was not aware of and scheduled my car to come in for the complimentary oil change on a day and time that was best suited for me. I will recommend New City to all of my friends who may be looking to purchase a car, because of the excellent customer service that I received from the first day I visited your location.

The whole experience of test driving and buying my truck was fast, informative, low pressure, and comfortable. Ben, the sales associate, really knows his vehicle stats and user scenarios. I first spoke to Justin in my initial conversation and then he forwarded me to Kevin who I had multiple phone and text conversations with him. I told him the day/time I would be there and what car model and color I wanted. I also told him that at my last lease, I was there for 3 hours and I purposely went at 4:30 pm to force them to speed up the process. He assured me it would not take that long. When I arrived, the car was not cleaned nor charged up. There was so much back and forth and waiting. I did not leave until 7 pm. By that point, I was extremely upset and the one guy yelled at me for being upset and that it wasn't his fault. Kevin and another salesperson started blaming each other in earshot of me about what I told each of them. This is the THIRD car I leased from New City Nissan and it is my last with the absolutely UNACCEPTABLE customer service.

Went in for a safety check and interior air filter replacement. I was tended to quickly and told the service would be about an hour. My car was completed within 45 minutes and also WASHED!I appreciate the pleasant and quick service (I think it was Stu & Gavin) and free car wash.Thank you New City Nissan!

I came to New City Nissan a few days ago looking for a used car that was on the lot. But I didn t go I stayed in the Rogue area. Mr. James Yoo greeted me. Super profesional and a firm handshake. I am ver impressed and I told him what I was looking for and the best part was he wasn t trying to sell me the high end model told me straight up and gave me great information on the Rogue. Instantly I was sold. Mr. James Yoo made me and my mom feel really comfortable In which I was so nervous before where my two trucks were breaking down consistently and it didn t make sense to fix it. I needed to not worry and I bought my truck from New City Nissan in 2002. Well made! Hats off to New City Nissan and Mr. James Yoo

As a regular customer the service department and technicians are top notch when dealing with car issues. Especially for a Nissan Rogue that has a bad reputation. I guess it all depends with the driver keeping up with maintenance of the vehicle. Mahalo New City Nissan.

After leaving New City Nissan fron picking up my truck. I found an automotive part on the inside passenger floor. I called back to the service adviser to let him know if this part came from my truck? It gave me a sense of insecurity and confidence in your service dept.

New City Nissan is the best. Ibought my 2023 Nissan Rogue last year in March and had a flat tire today no appointment and they replaced my tire and checked my other tire I also didn t have to wait long and it s conveniently located near where I live as a single mom this ls a bonus

100% Excellent customer service from beginning to end starting with Sales Consultant Earl Simeon n ending with front desk receptionist Liza Lattimore.RESPECT!! for their customers was one of the important reason for my rating. I will never buy a car from this Nissan dealer. I want everyone to know so that they won't be victims of this offensive business practice like I am right now. I hope the Nissan dealer and Nissan Motor Company can correct this practice ASAP. (Story Below)After completing the payment on the car, we were sent a lien release from Texas, which is from the Nissan Motors Acceptance Company. I needed to go to the Honolulu DMV toobtain a Certificate of Title. But the DMV would not accept the lien release because it was from out of state. They suggested that I go back to the local Nissan dealer and get a notarized application and obtain a satisfaction of lien. This process was very time consuming, and the local dealer charged me a fee of $51.00 to have my application notarized from the local King Street dealer. Also, the DMV is going to charge me a $10 fee to issue a copy of certificate. I have already paid off my vehicle in 2022 and I am entitled to my certificate free of charge. And that Nissan Motor Acceptance, or the dealer, is liable to provide me my copy of the certificate of title which they failed to do. And now I am running around to get it myself, something that I am not supposed to do because it was their responsibility. Just to set things straight, I did not receive my certificate of title after I paid off the loan; they only sent me a lien release paper. I want the dealer and Nissan to correct this problem.

Ashley was superb in managing the routine servicing of my Leaf. I had a problem with one of my key FOBs. I changed the battery, but I used the wrong battery. The key FOB still didn't work. Ashley replaced the battery with the correct battery and my key FOB works fine now. I'm so thankful for her assistance! Kudos to her and your team.Edit: 11/17/23 I took my car in for servicing because my air conditioning was just blowing hot air. It turns out that the evaporator needed to replaced. I didn't like the fact that the service advisor called me and told me that the part wasn't available and it had to be ordered from the mainland, then he tells me that the part is available. He should've done his homework before calling me. The main reason why I changed my rating changed was because I was upsold for two services that weren't really required. I hate when this is done to me. One of my rear tires has some tread missing, so Nissan recommended that I change both rear tires. If I need new tires, I would rather save money and got to Sam's Club. I was also told that some boot for my steering was cracked and that it needed to be replaced. From what I gather, the boot being cracked does not affect the steering.

I had scheduled a safety inspection as well as brakes diagnostic. The service advisor, Joel explained thoroughly what they would be doing and looking for and asked if I would be waiting for my car on site; which is what I was going to do. After about an hour or so, Joel found me in the showroom and explained what they found and gave me quotes. He wasn't pushy about trying to sell me anything, and I just felt since I was already there I may as well get the work done and wait the extra 3-4 hours. He was always pleasant and professional.
