We were referred to this place. Staff fixed the dent on our car for free and they are truly down to earth. Would recommend without a doubt.

I was visiting honolulu using a rental car. There was a fender bender on my way to the airport to leave HI. I called because I was told that autobody companies do not provide free estimates for work. This is not the norm in the contiguous US. I wanted to make sure I wasn't "being taken for a ride." The employee on the phone was so kind. They explained that most shops charge a fee for estimates on the island because there aren't as many shops and the estimates take away time from working on vehicles. He also explained what the different options are as far as going through insurance or not and how things varried on Oahu vs in the contiguous US. The information they gave was incredibly valuable. They were so helpful, generous, and kind. I would 100% take my car there if I needed work based on this interaction. It was full informed consent with all the information.

Been going to this business since the 70's. Quality work compared to any other place that I was forced to go too. I rather bring my car here since other party pays for the repair.

Super quick, easy, seamless process. They also dealt directly w/the ins co of the driver that hit me, to get supplemental costs that weren't covered by their initial payout. Roy and Glenn are the best! Their crew is so helpful, friendly & courteous. Thanks guys!!

Tried to get a quote on a broken side mirror. Guy on the phone wouldn't help because he said "I have to plug the information into the computer." I felt like I was bothering them trying to give them my business. Other auto body shops were more than happy to give quotes. It's a quote not contract set in stone.

I delivered xerox copies and they did very very good auto repair work for me on my 2002 Honda Civic EX, red. Around the year 2010. They have the contact for the city of Honolulu Hawaii for HPD. They do very good repair work for all the officers who represent HPD.

Bad service, brought my truck for repair and while in there shop they damaged it and put a big dent in the bed and didn t inform me till I found it. Then told me to come back later to fix it. Don t waste your time way better shops out there.
