Highly recommended! This is the repair/service shop for the Moped Garage. They work closely with the sales shop. And they, like the sales shop, are excellent. Honest, thoughtful, accommodating, and thorough. Everyone we have interacted with at the service shop and the sales shop have been excellent.

I ve gone to them for my motorcycle safety check and after the best customer service I ve received in a long time, I decided to go back to ask them to check on my bike for maintenance. After doing a test ride, checking out the bike, Russell straight up told me that it doesn t need anything for the time being. He was still helpful and gave me tips, some air in my tires, and lots of helpful information. They are incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and refuse to rip you off. Thanks Russell and KJ, you guys have a customer for life!

Haven't used this place for service or parts, but I did get a safety check and it was super easy and quick. They have two walk-in periods each day (M-F) so you can just show up and get it done with no need to make an appointment. I'll be back when it's time to renew.

Good place to get moped parts and to get your moped/motorcycle safety inspection. Replaced belt and got various bulbs that went out. Will go back and get safety inspection. Convenient, organized, and efficient

Easy to find locations, they have a Wide selection of mopeds to choose from, for unmatched prices around town. If you're feeling environmentally friendly they have electric options for mopeds also.Moped garage service technicians are smart and can fix just about anything if givin the opportunity and time. They do require mopeds to be at the store for quotes on services and maintenance.

My first time and impression of this shop and employees was Happy I found them online. I went for a Moped Safety Check. They have a certain time for Safety check only, So I went early to get one, As I waited for that time and turn, I watched how the employee took care of their other customers not there for a safety check. Better than my many years of being a customer at my previous moped shop won't mention who. Got my Safety check and back on the road. Try them out, I'm sure you'll be as Happy too!!! Thanks

Finished my repairs very fast and staff was super helpful and communicative. Special shout-out to KJ for being the best mechanic you could hope to find!! Definitely hit this place up over any other moped repair places on island!!

First I would like to say I found Mark to be a great salesman and a wonderful person I spent some time at the store in conversation with him and there service depth too.But this is what I really want to say, I was involved in a very bad accident within 2 weeks after my purchase the Honolulu Police Department said if it wasn't for the HELMET i was wearing, I would have been pronounced dead on the scene, I beg and urge both parents and individuals purchasing motorcycles or mopeds please make sure you purchase a HELMET, I was given a second chance at life by the man above and I really believe that. Don't be a statistic.

KJ is the best! I look forward to coming in considering he is the most accommodating worker at an auto parts shop I've been to. Was nervous when coming to get my first service done on my breeze due to the hostility of the worker at the kalakaua location but KJ switched my opinion on moped garage with his clear knowledge and considerate work style.

My Metro moped broke down, I usually take it to Moped Direct, where I bought it for fixes but this was 2 blocks from where it broke down, so I tried out this place.First guy I talked to quoted me "a couple of days" to have it fixed.Second guy I talked to said "it could take up to three weeks"It wouldn't start, figured it was a battery or something pretty simple. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I went and asked what the status was. The guy (first guy who quoted 'couple days') was there and said Metro Mopeds were "their own beasts" and theyre tough to fix.. He also said his electrical mechanic was out of town and nobody knew how to fix it until the mechanic returned.I asked if anybody else was available to take a look at it, as I thought it was a simple fix.The guy smirked and said it was something more complicated than just a battery.I then said "I thought the electric mechanic was out of town, and you said nobody has looked at it.. how do you know it's not the battery, and it's something expensive or complicated..?"I then asked him to just give me the key so I could take it somewhere reliable.I took it to Moped Direct on Kapahulu, they had it fixed within 30 minutes. It was the battery.So, seems like Moped Garage doesnt know what they're doing, and they are using sleezy tactics to upcharge people for stuff they dont need.

I went to purchase a lock, and first I will state that I have purchased a new moped , three 120$ locks, countless service checkups as well as several tow fees. Many of the charges for the fixes and service checks were priced in a predatory way, meaning they were in contact with my mom, who lives in Rhode Island and I am aware that she can be decieved by kindness and a general expectation of people who are professional to operate with those guidelines. But I went a week ago and waited for the guy to finish talking with a customer about potential job that superceded my announced visit (I had called about 10 minutes before to be sure that they had one in stock.) to the tune of my waiting for one hour..All in all I have no plans of ever going back there. It's a shame that the showroom location was a great experience with excellent quality of service and overall experience 5star but I'm sure that if they totally revamped the service and parts location that they will be better. MOPED SHOP! GO THERE! MOPED SHOP! GO THERE!

moped garage was great. they were flexible and easy to work with. they had my scooter fixed and back up to the north shore in 4 days. very clear about the whole process and what exactly i was paying for/why it needed to be fixed. also included the 30 day warranted which was very nice. will definitely be going back to moped garage for all my other needs

Always a good experience here. JP greeted me personally as I pulled up for my safety inspection and Russell took care of it quickly and professionally.I wouldn't go anywhere else.

At this particular moped shop I have only dealt with the owner JP (I hope I got his name right). I consider him to be an expert with mopeds. He has helped me in identifying parts I need and having it in stock when other shops where unfamiliar and not having parts I needed in their stock. He offers competitive prices too. I don't respect his crew of mechanics. To me they seem like used car salesmen. Too bad because they seem very competent in their work its just not consistent. They choose who they will pass for a safety check, they choose who they will be honest with, and they choose who will receive their best work. That's sad...., especially to those unlucky customers.

I've been a customer of theirs for only 2 years. They are a good business and have steady people employed there. I've purchased a Kymco motorcycle from them. They concern themselves with the quality of the products sold. Not just moving product out the door. I trust them and trust that they are willing to work with you if something isn't right. This is a solid company. My money is hard earned, I'm not giving it to someone who doesn't care or is flippant to me. Support this local owned Company that works hard at their jobs. Loyal customer

Mark was great, helping us consider all aspects of acquiring and maintaining a scooter in our remote area. He's a real "safety first" kind of guy, so you know you're in good hands. Shipping was no big deal, as he ships his products all over Hawaii practically every day.

Just purchased a moped from Mark at the showroom in Honolulu. I was very impressed and grateful for his expertise and honesty about not just the bike but safely operating on Hawaii streets. I was particularly grateful for his advise on helmets. If you want honesty and professionalism in your purchasing experience - go see Mark. Mahalo Mark! p.s. I did go with Arai helmets for us, you were spot on.

I bought my scooter from them. Everything has been working really well except one day I had a hose leak from my gas tank. I called and texted they came by and picked up me and the scooter and repaired it for me. It was ready the next day. As always they greeted me with a smile and I m glad to have them to service my scooter

Don't buy anything from this garage, we bought more than 10 mopeds and they all broke.My moped broke 3 times in 70 days, my girlfriend's broke 2 times, and they are not responsible.They are scammers, they are only interested in selling and then wash their hands of the problems with the mopeds they sell.

Dropped off my moped about 11am picked it up around 4:30pm. They went above and beyond !! My battery wasn t charging they found the corroded connection, changed the head light, did a full tune up, shocks, spark plugs, changed the oil, air in the tires, and a safety check. My moped definitely runs better then ever, the prices are really fair. This team is trusted and highly recommended.

I have been getting my moped fixed by JP since I was going to UH in their old Pucks Alley location. They are great, honest and get things done in a timely manner.Big Mahalos to KJ that helped me the other week and went above and beyond to fix a small mistake they made, showing their customers values ans integrity. Thank you!Ps. I think their Young location closes at 5pm nowadays

Knowledgeable staff and semi-stocked for providing moped parts/accessories on island. Prices are high and if your patient I suggest ordering from Amazon, Parts for Scooter or VM Chinese online and then message me to help you repair your moped needs. Aloha..
