Everything island-price, so expect MSRP++ not a good place for trades, super expensive, and they give you low-ball offer, even if you are buying a new bike from them.....then I had to go in again after they were supposed to "service" and set computer in the new bike. "Pain" and took 2 hours to plug in and reset, wasn't ready when.... I'll try a different dealer next time.

Montgomery is hands down the best MC dealer/service center on the island. I had a engine issue late in the day and they were able to diagnose and get me back on the road in a few hours. Saved me a lot of headache by going the extra mile. Service and sales staff are extremely friendly as they are a big family. This is the only place I will go to get a Safety Inspection. Oh, and the have a great selection of bikes, parts and accessories! I won t go anywhere else.

I run a business and my motorcycle is a key part of it - even if it serves my greater passion of cycling! These guys have been on point every single time - a fantastic local crew is running Montgomery PowerSports! I have had nothing short of great service on my Kawasaki Vulcan! They are as enthusiastic as I am, and treat people well! I just went in yesterday and had another great experience. I highly encourage you to check them out! Those Indian motorcycles are stunning...

Got a new battery for my motorcycle from Battery Bill's, then walked a few feet to Montgomery Powersports. I was just checking it out when I remembered that my Suzuki bike needed a filter breather in its airbox.The guy at the service counter politely suggested that I go to the parts counter. The parts guy, Dave, was very nice and ordered the part for me because it wasn't in stock. I asked a few questions regarding maintaining an old bike and got helpful answers.I noticed that their service department labor cost is $120/hr, up from $80/hr three years ago. Lots of nice bikes in there! They sell Suzuki, Indian, Polaris and a few Victory motorcycles.

Bought my 2021 SV650X a few days ago and it is absolutely great. The sales team that worked with me did amazing and we re very friendly. Winston went out of his way to help me and was more than willing to answer the questions I had.if you re in the market for a new bike, 10/10 would recommend these guys.

Besides my purchase I ve been to this shop for mods, upgrades and repairs and the customer service has always been top notch. Super fast techs. [ Popped a flat front, dropped it off and rode home within an hour. ] Prices are within a thin budget and if they don t have a part they ll order it. They honor military discounts as well! When you get in ask for Winston.-Suzuki GSXR-750 (2013)

Their customer service is pretty good. The guys here have a better attitude than some of the other places on island. I think that's a result of a shop that's been around for a while.They were very accommodating with their safety check, being that they tried to get you in as best they can.Being on island, you have to take many things into consideration when it comes to in-stock items, variety, and most importantly, price. Unfortunately with price, you will be paying a premium here, and they know it. No price matching, no military discounts on tires, and you're looking to pay much more than normal MSRP. Like I said, you have to take things like shipping into consideration, BUT companies like Amazon make it so easy now.All in all, they get my business for my motorcycle needs while I'm here, but it's a relationship based mostly on necessity. Their friendly attitude and atmosphere make it worth to check out.

Everyone is always so nice. Russ has gone out of his way to help me out as well as Adam. Noah on the sales team is awesome to talk with. If your looking for a new bike definitely stop in and check em out.

Had to go several times for a safety inspection. First guy was fine and no nonsense. Second time I came back because I had to get registration taken care of after inspection. The guy doing inspections did 3 people in front of me then spent most of his time away from the inspection area chatting with someone else. Was clear they guy he was talking to wasn t urgent. Other workers in the service department just sat around even though they saw people waiting for inspection and it was well past the start time of 3:30p. Zero customer service from this guy and when he finally came over for my inspection he provided little explanation and assumed I knew what to do. No bring your bike here , or anything. When he finished he didn t even say he was done. He just walked away. His behavior is a good way to lose customers. I thought I could go there for parts, accessories, buy a bike, but I m not wasting my time there unless I have to for inspections.

Very professional. The team is ready to answer any questions and they let us test ride one of the bikes. They also offer a military discount and the prices for gear compare to revzilla. I highly recommend if you don t want to wait for shipping

I have been a customer since 2018 when I bought my first scout. 2020 I bout my Indian Chief Dark Horse and Noah and the team has always treated me right. 2022 I bought my 3rd bike. The Indian Challenger Limited. Montgomery powersports and all of the staff care about customer service and care. Looking for my 4th bike soon.

Wasn't able to actually purchase the bike due to me moving, but working with Montgomery was super easy. Great sales team, got me a test ride super quick. The team wasn't pushy at all, very friendly. Was very easy to refund my deposit after I had to move. Would have definitely purchased a bike from them if I didn't move.

Awesome company. Wanted to replace my front tire and Kim in the parts department found exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price.An enjoyable experience and great customer relations. I look forward to bringing my bike in to get serviced when it arrives at their store.

Went to get a service check performed, arrived at the place, waited for 20 minutes, no one came to help, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do as I didn't see any signs and the employees working at the service department were clearly avoiding eye contact. What is one supposed to do in a situation like this exactly? Well, I post reviews.

Great customer service here from Stanford the owner and everyone was so friendly! None of the extra stuff was done except exactly what was needed and I was in and out and on my way very quickly and happy!! Even got a flat head when I needed it and a great tour from one of the sales associates showing me what they had in a totally no pressure to buy experience. Will return here from now on. If I ever need another bike then they will be my first choice.

The service at this place is phenomenal. I parked my bike and walked in and was greeted instantly. I wanted to get a safety check and the president and owner was the person who asked me what I needed AND he did the check himself. All of my questions were addressed and even a couple I hadn't thought to ask. Going back this weekend for service and will definitely be a returning customer.

Probably the LEAST customer friendly Indian dealership I've been in, in ALL of the United States .My wife and I were there visiting from Kansas... I was excited to see/visit an Indian dealership in Hawaii!... Only to be let down... we were there almost 1.5 hrs and NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE asked if we needed help or tried to assist us. It is not as though they appeared short handed, as there were small groups of employees standing around in the dealership talking amongst themselves.I reckon Kansas courtesy is different than Hawaii courtesy!Thanks!John 14:6

Great looking shop, they have most of what you'd expect. I didn't get service done to my bike there so I don't know how to rate that process, but I got a safety check. They were fast and easy, didn't try to b.s. me or anything. Not the most personable bunch but honestly, nobody here is too personable when it comes to work or customer service, it's something you get used to. But I won't rag on these guys cause it seems like a reputable business and I'd trust my bike with them.

Parts department is professional and friendly. They don t carry many bikes in their showroom anymore. I d recommend you go anywhere else for your safety check unless you re retired or unemployed; was told safety checks start at 10:30, but the service guy was chatting with his buddy in the parking lot until 10:45 before I gave up and left.

I've been an off and on again customer since 2000 and familiar with the place (at its old location) for many years prior. It's changed a lot in 21 years but what hasn't changed are the people like Kim. Professional, informative and helpful...he is one of the reasons I go there. Now, if they only carried other brands that I'm interested in, they would be perfect.

Compared prices to several other motorcycle dealerships and this one is consistently cheaper. Had my bike serviced there once and they had professional quality service. Sometimes it's nice to have the local feeling but when my bike and safety is concerned professionalism is the best.

Honestly, I should have done a review back when they were named Montgomery Motors and located on a side street. They did great work back then and I'm pleased to say that same quality hasn't been diluted even though they've grown in size and scale.The service department is very professional and knowledgeable, the parts department is very helpful, and the owner is goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.In one instance, I had them install tires on my little V Star that, despite being around for decades, is hard to find tires for. I dropped off my bike and came back after grabbing a bite next door at Liliha Bakery. Since my bike wasn't ready yet and the customer lounge was closed due to Covid, I found something serviceable to sit on while I waited. After a few moments, the owner came out with an actual chair and offered it to me.Definitely didn't have to do that, but that is the kind of customer service that many riders will attest to when they visit this place.Highly recommend

The staff that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and assisted to the department I was interested in checking out. At the time I was looking at getting back into riding, so I was looking at the new bikes as well as some of the pre-owned ones. Dave, the salesman that was helping me, took the time to learn about my past riding experience and what I was looking to get out of my next bike. He then explained the different models available, both good and bad. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything. After getting a bike, I needed new gear since the last time I rode was about 5 years ago. Kim in the parts department helped me find a helmet that fit well and showed me some other accessories that I was interested in too. Overall, the assistance and selection makes this a good place to take care of my motorcycle needs locally.

If you plan on purchasing a motorcycle, I strongly recommend going through salesman Winston. His loyalty clearly lies towards the customer and has an indefatigable love of what he does to ensure you get the best deal possible. Although the dealership and I did not agree to the multiple offers I proposed, Winston tirelessly went above and beyond to try and negotiate a win-win situation for both myself and the dealership; the aforementioned experience itself earns a 5-star rating from me. Do note that my overall experience here with sales has been remarkably better than the experience I had at Cycle City the day prior. Thanks Winston and God Bless!

Firstly, I am in Canada. I reached out to Montgomery Powersports in hopes of getting an old invoice for a collector's bike I was buying from someone local to me, who bought it from this Hawaii dealer new in 2010.Noah, the manager that I was referred to, was very polite and wasted no time searching through old records for me (which most dealers would've probably disposed of after that many years). He couldn't find it right away but told me he'd email me if he came across something. After providing some additional info, a dozen minutes later I receive the email with the old invoice from 2010 I needed, thus adding to the collectivity value of the bike I was buying.Most of the reviews here are great and it was easy to see it is for good reason! A big thank you to Noah and a massive thumbs up to Montgomery Powersports.
