Truly an unresponsive company. This one has multiple locations in town. I called several more than once, and visited their website, to make a request to have a starter motor repaired this week. After contacting them at least four times this company never bothered to respond. Their customer service is terrible and I imagine their actual service, if you can actually get someone to come out to your house, is probably no better. Companies that don't want to take calls for mobile repairs shouldn't be business advertising that they do mobile repairs.

They are very honest with you about what needs to be done to your car. They will tell you if something is going to cost more than anticipated, but they don't try to sell you anything else or push for unnecessary repairs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional they always greet me with a smile when I come in (and even when I don't)! I highly recommend Mobile Auto Mechanic Oahu for anyone looking for a mechanic in Las Vegas!

Impressed with their customer service. They made me feel like I was important, and not just another customer. The service was great, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic on Oahu!

excellent mechanic He was able to get me in straight away even though I was in a bind. He was able to fix my automobile without charging me a fortune! We're glad we came across this store!.

Total jerkTotally left my wife stranded on the side of the road broken down.Hired him to meet her there to help said he was coming then never answered his phone again.The worst part was we called him over and over and he would just hang the phone up after we hired him unbelievable to leave a woman on the side of the road in the rain at night.
