Very misleading with pricing. They initially told me $50 to mount two tires. Then charged $25 per tire to also dismount 4 tires. Also told me that they balanced wheels (another $30). They definitely did not balance them as they are shaking/wobbling pretty bad. I Left feeling robbed. Highly recommend not going here for any kind of service.

Fast service is the only good thing about this place. They damaged my vehicle after I told them not to jack it where they were jacking it. No compensation for damage. They also do not balance your tires, so you'll have to go somewhere else and pay more to have them balanced, and they charge you a $10 disposal fee per tire after while most other places include that in their price. So I hope this review convinces at least a few people into going elsewhere. You'll be happier.

Mike and Boom are the Best. Not only did they go to the repair shop my truck was at, pick up my wheels, replace and disposed of the old ones, took the new ones back to the shop, Boom came to my location with a receipt, picked up my payment and I didn't have lift one finger!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received Anywhere. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Called Mike not once but twice in the morning and he gave me the quick breakdown of options in a professionally and friendly manner.Walked in at my convenience that afternoon and within 5 minutes it was done!CHEAPEST of all of Oahu!Told my family circle about him instantly and saved it for future reference.

They became greedy especially if you deal with the boy. $200 to change all 4 tires without balancing and over torqued wheel lugs or nuts. $25 to balance each tires. While discount tire will only charge $180 with balancing and works fast too. Be careful with these guys.

Great people, great prices. But but do not expect them to hand screw on the log nuts. They constantly throw the impact driver on to the studs... When I had my brakes done by another business, literally 3 of my studs were stripped..

Whatever you do don't take your business here. My gf got one tire replaced, they put on an old tire that had a bump in it. The whole car was shaking after. They charged her $105 for one used old tire. I took it back and showed them, they agreed it was bad, tried to charge again to replace a bad tire they put on?! I was blown away, more than their old tires. After basically arguing with the owner, he spitefully said he he won't charge but we have to take the old tire, the one they put on that was bad and dispose of it ourselves? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or just go get a new tire, the cost is almost the same.

These guys are fast, fair and friendly. I arrived when there was not a line and drove right up. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I got two "cherry" used tires for my Spark installed for a great price. No frills here, just a solid tire shop.The location can be a bit hard to find but once you get there you'll be set.

This place is amazing. Called with an urgent need to have two front tires replaced at the end of the day. They said to come right in and they could take care of us. We arrived at 5:30 and they were super helpful and friendly. They had started in less than five minutes of arrival and wrapped up super quick. Will not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be repeat customers!

Trust me when I say these guys will RIP U OFF!!! got my tires replaced $200 rotate and balance! Got a flat 3 days later, came back and they said it was caused by tires not Rotated and Balanced Little did they know that they were the ones that Replaced,Rotated, and Balanced Tires 3 Days ago! NEED TO LIE BETTER BRADDAHS!!! Peter denied the lord 3 times!!! Put that on your wall

Had a cracked rim and took the new rim I bought to these guys and they had the brand new tire on the new rim back on the car in under 10 minutes. After paying they had me on my way in under 15 minutes. Very solid place, highly recommend

I'm blown away. Came to Mike's tire shop needing tires swapped from one set of wheels to another. I expected to drop them off and come back in a couple hours. They did it all in literally under five minutes. Three tire machines running as soon as I pulled up. 6 or 7 friendly and motivated guys ready to go, it was like a nascar pit stop. Didn t even have an appointment. Only cash though, which makes it hard if you don t know the price in advance. I had to go find an ATM and come back. Definitely recommending Mike s to my friends EDIT: I called again since I ve been happy with them in the past to see if they had a particular used tire in stock, I give the guy the size i need, and before I can specify what kind of tire I m looking for he says yes they have it and hangs up on me. i give him the benefit of the doubt, I call back to verify they have what I m looking for in stock and he yells at me saying they have every tire in every size which can t possibly be true for used tires. Absolutely awful customer service. They lost a loyal customer with a 30 second phone call.

Amazingly fast and very cheap. In and out within 10 minutes with a "used" tire that looked brand new. Doesn't accept card but has an ATM on-site so it was easy! Will definitely go back whenever we need tire service again!

Fast and friendly, cash only with ATM on site but there s an ATM up the road with a smaller fee at CPB. Good price, and there is a tire disposal fee that I see some reviews mentioning, but that s standard for lots of shops because you can t legally just throw away tires, and you still have the option of keeping your old tires and not paying the fee.I would suggest using them and will definitely return.

I tell you what man! Ive been to every tire place in Oahu island. This place is the best. Service is on point the workers are respectable people s who know what they doing, local friendly and straight up the prices are unbeatable. Make sure to hit these guys up before you f@rk up going somewhere else ok. Just being real. Stay Pono everybody Aloha!

They changed my smooth front tires to 2 used ones with great tread. Everything was done and paid for in under 15 minutes. They were nice helpful guys with a true sense of Aloha. Price is very reasonable too.

This was my last time going through them... and the second time they charged me $25 for tire rotation and i a purchase a tire . That was five months ago, today I went back just for a tire rotation... the kid ask his dad how much to charge me for just for rotation, his dad smirk with his boy and said to charge me $40.If your out of luck and need a tire, desperately in town... prepare to get squeeze, prices in service aren't set. Ask for price for service and double check if they ain't charging you per tire, per service.... too

I was in desperate need of 2 front tires.Many Mahalo s for the speedy service. The customer service was A1,Mike and the rest of the crew were very respectful. I d most definitely recommend them,to anyone needing tires.

Outstanding service, from start to end. I was very surprised(happy) that they had my size tires in stock. They took me in at a short notice, were quick on installing all 4 of my tires, and were reasonably priced. I appreciate you guys and thank you again for making it extremely convenient to get my tires replaced and installed without an appointment.

They were awesome. Called in to find out about some tires, The staff was really friendly & helpful, especially when recommending when I would need to replace tires. Affordable & very professional. Will be back to replace tires in the future. Loved this place.

Told them I needed 4 tires swapped. No balance, didn't even need to provide them. I had the tires. They got mad because I wouldn't buy their tires and said buying online I could get scammed. Yeah, Amazon is a big scam. Fake pirellis. Told them to swap them. Then they come at me saying $200. $200? To swap 4 tires? Ten minutes worth of work? This place is a rip off. Overcharging for basic work. I'm a mechanic. I know what actual skill and labor is worth. I don't recommend this place. Will not be going back. This is how you burn repeat customers.

I called Mike tires to get a quote on some tires because I want to support local businesses (the little guys). Mike gave me a quote and stated he was the lowest in town. I conducted a search of the big guys, Goodyear s, Costco, and Firestone, and found that Firestone had my tires at seventy dollars cheaper than what Mike had quoted me. I contacted Mike to give him the website information so that he could verify the price and see if he could match the price. I also wanted Mike to be informed about what his competition was pricing their tire at to make him more competitive when quoting tires. I informed Mike about my research and asked if he could match their pricing; he became angry and rude and then stated, just get those tires, and hung up the phone. So much for helping the little guys. I made an appointment with Firestone.

Best tire shop ever. Saved us on a Friday night after we ran over a screw on our way to town. Quick and super helpful. Highly recommend .

I trust Mike's Tires 100%. They have always been very direct, honest, and if something was a quick easy fix, like a gas cap change to turn off my engine light, they tell me. Which would save me money. Tires and oil changes here too. Highly recommended!

These guys were available right away after I called last minute around 5:30pm. They were super fast and quick to change my spare tire out for good used tire. They also found a nail in one of my other tires and qas able to patch that as well. Very professional! I'll be going back again in the future. Thanks guys
