I got an alternator done at this MIDAS a couple of years ago, and was really surprised how fast and good the work was. With some of these franchise shops, you don't know always know the quality of the work but they really are great. Never had to leave a car there for more than a day, and they guarantee their work. Prices are fair (fixing cars costs a lot no matter what) considering how difficult it is to get parts out here. The front office is always patient and helpful, and that makes a huge difference.

Did a full brake job at the Beretania location. Everyone I was in contact with provided me with excellent customer service. Things didn't go as planned originally had to back 2 days later mechanic Ron did a lot of troubleshooting to find out why my brakes kept squeaking. Ron went above and beyond to rectify my problem. 5 stars all the way highly recommended to use this location. They have a great crew there, thanks guys!

This Midas place is outstanding. I always tell them that it's one of the friendliest and most helpful businesses in town. The check up on my car was fast and explained to me when I picked it up. The technician loaded my walker into my trunk without being asked and I was on my way knowing that great service had been had. I recommend this Midas to friends.

Excellent customer service! I needed a safety inspection and oil change. They were able to get me in immediately that morning and completed everything quickly so I could make it to all my other appointments on time. I m beyond grateful

I came in with a rear brake problem, was charged for a quote (that was a first ) and given a quote over 600 USD for rear pads and rotors, 330 for parts and 300 for labor. A quote elsewhere for the exact same thing was free and the total including the labor was almost half price.That bit I could still understand - after all, that s how business works. What makes me leave a poor review though is that I was given a much higher quote for a leaking front caliper (plus flushes etc) . Interestingly, a brake specialist elsewhere told me my front caliper was just fine and was not leaking at all. Their overall repair quote was 6x higher than what I ended up paying. I could see they were not busy that day so I imagine they wanted something to do, but this is not the way to go about it. Hope this feedback helps.

Really great experience here that made some nasty car trouble way more manageable.Brant in the office in particular was great about walking me through the priorities of what was must-fix/should-fix/could-fix, given that I was on a tight budget. Super refreshing to be able to trust a repair shop to get to a price I was able to do.The service was super fast, too in and out same day. I d definitely come back here if I need to and would recommend it to others.

I had been there 3 times in 2 years and my overall evaluation so far is, A WASTE OF TIME. Besides a grumpy brown old man answering your questions with a relentless: Whatever! I just stopped by to reset my TPMS, after having all four tires changed and serviced at this same store 3 months ago, and since that I ve been struggling with tire pressure reading error and couldn t figure out how to reset the TPMS system.Resuming, I checked all 4 tires pressure they were all on 34psi minutes before the employee touch my car, and after 2 minutes he told me my car was good to go that he had inflated a little bit and that the TPMS system had went back to work properly, BUT I just checked and the tire there was 34 psi. Now it is 36 psi and on the dash the TPMS sensor says it s 30 psi.So, nobody fixed the anything but my time time was spent there.

Walked in (on a Saturday ) and they were able to take us in for an alignment. Gave us an estimated time to be back, took a nice stroll along street to eat and come back to get car. Car is riding nice and Smooth Awesome service. Mahalo gentlemen

Would highly recommend! Ron was friendly and went above and beyond for my tire repair. Everyone was kind and the price was fair. Easy parking, easy walk to local Cafe on pensacola to wait.

I hadn't used Midas much before except for tire repair. But our '07 Subaru needs some care so I took it there for the courtesy inspection. The report they provided was spectacular, even though I just got the very cheapest service and used a coupon to knock down the price even more. The report provides 5 pages of details and is full of high resolution photos of the problems that I can zoom in to clearly see details. Really high quality service!

Once again, Midas has provided outstanding service. We were regulars at a Midas in California, always super happy with the service and care we received. We just moved to Hawaii and had to take our car in for a safety inspection. They took us immediately, provided quality service, and exceptional customer care. We love this place!

Setting an appointment was easy, and they were very responsive in getting back to me with available times. Staff at the front desk were friendly and even remembered my name when I came to pick up my car and pay. Got a call and an email with my vehicle inspection results when the car was done. Overall great experience.

I was very appreciative that these folks squeezed me in on a Saturday and were very fair in assessing what I needed done. They called me multiple times to keep me informed as to the status and estimated cost of repairs. I will continue to go to them for automotive needs.

I appreciate Brent who was able to help me resolve some issues on my vehicle that I thought needed to be done and that I liked about him. He was honest, thorough and upfront with me and was able to save me $$$. It s important to trust the people who are working on your vehicle.

Have been using this location of Midas since living in the area, 9 yrs. If I need something checked, they'll do it for me and don't charge me. Fill up my tires with air is free. Convenient days/hours open and great staff.

I ve come here several times for everything from safety checks to tires issues etc. and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. As someone who barely knows anything about cars I appreciate that they take the time to explain what s going on with my car and give me options of what I can do.

Tire was flat on thanksgiving and it wouldn t pump at the gas station. Called these guys today (Black Friday) after my shift at 2pm and brought it in, the front desk person remembered I called and they took my tire with quick diagnosing and placed it back at quick time! Great service, quick too and now I get to go to my gig on time without a spare tire on mahalo braddahs!

I had a flat tire and called several shops near me. I spoke to Lea at Midas and she was really nice and helpful. They were able to fix my tire (had a nail in it) quickly for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend for any of your tire needs.

Ron, Brant, Lea and the whole Midas Beretania team have always treated us right. Prompt to confirm times to meet and services needed we have trusted our fleet of work vehicles to them for years. An honest opinion on vehicle needs and preventative maintenance is so hard to find these days. Never a worry with these guys!
