I recently had an appointment with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu]. I wanted to share my experience and provide some feedback, both positive and negative.To begin with, I specifically requested a loaner vehicle when scheduling my appointment. In fact, I selected the date based on the information provided by the service department that a loaner vehicle would be available. Additionally, I received an email reminder three days prior, which explicitly stated that a loaner vehicle would be provided and outlined the necessary documents I needed to have ready.Imagine my disappointment when I arrived for my appointment only to be told that no loaner vehicles were available. Unfortunately, I had important commitments and couldn't afford to wait at the service department.What bothered me most about this situation was the lack of any alternative solutions provided by the service department. No offer of compensation, a shuttle service, or any other means of ensuring customer satisfaction was made. I had expected better from a service department of this caliber.On a positive note, I did have pleasant interactions with both the valet and my service advisor Jacob. They were courteous, friendly, and professional throughout the process. However, it's disappointing to experience yet another negative encounter with this service department, as this is the second time I've had an issue.In conclusion, despite the positive interactions with staff members, my overall experience with the service department was far from satisfactory. The lack of loaner vehicle availability, despite prior confirmation, and the absence of alternative options left me frustrated. I hope that my feedback will prompt the service department to address these issues and improve their customer service in the future.

I've only used this location a few times, and the latest visit was probably the worst service I ever had on any vehicle I've owned. I picked up my 2007 C230 (with fewer than 51k miles on it) right before closing, and lesss than a mile from the dealership my vehicle started smoking. I had to have it towed to the emergency after-hours lot, and be without it for 3 days simply because the oil cap was not installed properly.

dont even bother calling this place. if they answer, they bounce you around to different people, they sent me to a toyota dealership in seattle when i was calling mercedes of honolulu, someone different answers the phone each time and i think they just press a random button of where to send your call. youll never get through to buy parts. EVER. just order from somewhere else!

Devin Kusaka has always taken great care of us here at Mercedes Benz of Honolulu. He is personable as well as professional. He invariably delivers five-star service anytime we ever need anything for our Company vehicle. We ve been with Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu for six years now, and we have never had a bad experience with their service department, sales department, parts, or anyone. We have GLE couple and Metris in our household. When you buying Mercedes you should understand it s not cheap to take care those cars. But with right maintenance in time we never had issues. Price for service A ( oil change etc) was around 550$. Guys did everything in time, got me some options for free. Good location ( like for me). No lines. Friendly ppl. I like be part of our Mercedes ohana. Hopefully they will be same good with electrical cars as well. We are all waiting electrical car in our garage)Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Oil change

You get what you pay for with this dealership. Why would you go to some B service mechanic to save 10%? Excellent everything. From the first phone call to the receptionist being super nice. After hours drop off for the vehicle. A ride if you need it. Sean in the service department was on it. Dude knows his vehicles. Great communication and they repaired everything per our agreement and price. I will definitely be back with my Sprinter Van. I am very happy with my new battery and tune-up but I am most happy that Devin and the repair team fixed my lift-gate issue. They discovered that my extended warranty was still in effect and it covered the diagnosis and repair! Thank you so very much! That pro-active service was extraordinary!I also appreciated the loan car which was complimentary and obtained quickly and easily. When I picked up my car, it was sparklingly clean. All members of the Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu Team were professional, helpful, and pleasant. Much appreciated!

Super grateful I purchased the extended warranty as I had a number of things that needed to be fixed, but most of them fell under the extended warranty. Gabby was great and helped me get everything fixed. I also was able to get a loaner, which helped out tremendously. Devin is so very helpful when he works with me. I was running late but he still took me in. He always gets me the best care for car. Craig Hironaka is truly exceptional and provides the best customer service as my service advisor. I'm so happy with him, he is very personal and a hard worker, but more importantly, he has this integrity and work ethic that you don't see often. I trust his decisions and advice, he even gives me tips, I'm still learning about some of the features. I take my car in for the required service and he also makes recommendations to maintain other components of my vehicle. I know that he truly cares about my vehicle and want what's best to have it running smoothly. I have over 110,000 miles and as long as he's there, I will continue to see only Craig. I know he has a great following, MB is really fortunate to have him.

I am so relieved that we have a true Mercedes service center here on the big island. I started using them last year. I am happy to report that my experience this year is as satisfying as last year. My service was done as asked, in a reasonable time frame and the price was fair. My car has performed so much better since I switched to you. Thank You Paulette, you are the best!!

Excellent customer service from check in to check out. Representatives are knowledgeable and friendly.We were offered a loaner car but we didn t need one.Service Bay Area is a heavy traffic area so staff guided my husband out safely.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Warren was professional and efficient. He noticed i needed a safety check and did it without charging me for it. I was impressed to have the service done by close of the day since i brought it in at 11am. Everyone was cordial from the time you entered until you left. Most impressive. We are mercedes owners for a very long time and happy with the staff in service dept.

Had battery problems and needed a safety check. Mercedes offered me an appointment immediately, replaced the battery, did a safety check and sent me a short video of it, and washed my car. All taken care of courtesy of Mercedes. Great same day service and Warren went above and beyond learning and showing me how to lock the hood (Smart Car).Service: Battery

Excellent service. Efficient, accommodating of my constantly-changing schedule, and polite. Thank you so much for resuming the shuttle service. Craig is the best in the service dept. He s knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful!Actually I was recommended to him by someone at there when I had several bad experiences. Others I experienced there don t return calls promptly and are either not knowledgeable of the way the cars work or rude. Maybe I got unlucky in the past and got assigned to new employees.I believed I fired several before going to Craig! The only complaint I have is that he may get a nervous breakdown one day because he is such high demand!Thank you Craig!

Great service. I called for maintenance appointment and got it right away on the next day at my convenience time. Dropping off and pick up my car is so easy and fast. Also great shuttle service that MBenz arranged driver to pick up me at my location back to the shop when my car is done. Thank you Mercedes Benz. Truly luxury service.

Excellent service by JEFF DECORTE and the staff in the service department! My service appointment was seamless and everyone is focused on pleasing the customer. From the time my car arrived at Mercedes to the time I left, everyone works as a team to provide superior service and assistance. JEFF is excellent in every sense of the word, SERVICE! Thanks again and Great Job. I Called in and received a same day service appointment, just the normal service A items. The tech also found another small item that needed to be addressed while completing the inspection, ( A leaking hose from the turbo ). Everything was done by 5pm as promised. It was perfect timing leaving work. Car was cleaned and ready. Thanks again Benz of Honolulu. Be back in 10k.

The service is alright but in Hawaii our competition of luxury car dealer is limited so this is the best you can get. Most of the staffs are friendly, facility is outdated but usable, service adviser just did her job nothing more and nothing less. Aside from that, they are still better than JN dealer in Hawaii (Audi,Land Rover,etc)Update 12/7/2019:Service went from alright to awful now. My vehicle now is asking me to take it in for the same maintenance again. Staff claim it they just forgot to reset the alarm. But if something this simple is left out what other routine maintenance was not done to my new car?
