Worst customer service I ve seen in a long time. I have gone here on multiple occasions for service on my Lincoln and been disappointed every time. The oil changes are over priced and they don t even check or change the air filters with the service.They gave me the run around for months when I tried to get an extended warranty. I had to call and physically go to the facility several times to get someone to put me on the schedule to see a warranty specialist. Obviously, I didn t go with them for my service plan.I had a cracked rim from a pothole, so I requested an extra rim for my car. I gave the service department a picture of ID number for the specific manufacturer rim three months ago and never received any feedback. My particular car model came with a tire repair kit and not a spare tire. I was in an emergency situation where I had to put air in my tire daily day to keep my tire from going flat. Luckily, I found the only place on the island that could guarantee a weld on the rim or I would have had to buy 4 different rims.I recently went back to request the rim again so that I can have a spare tire with rim. I still have not received a call back!Forget about calling because they don t pick up or return calls. I haven t been called back one time over the past 2 years! That s why I stopped taking my car there for service.I have another minor issue that is specific to the Lincoln mechanics, but I refuse to give them anymore money at this time because of how I have been treated. I wish the customer service matched the facility.I hate to say this, but maybe I m being profiled and they just don t answer my calls. I can only speak from my personal experience. I work closely with the military and I tell them to stay away from this place!

I went to turn in my leased vehicle and ended up picking up a 2023 Lincoln plug in hybrid SUV. Great service by The GM Kurt. Paper work was delayed but I drove the new vehicle home.

Love the car. Salesman was great! Purchase was very difficult. Unfortunately, they re the only dealership on island that supports this brand. Not the best business practices.

We worked with Leo and Mark to buy our vehicle. They were both extremely kind and stayed late to let us come look at the car since we were coming from North Shore. Not only were they quite knowledgeable about the vehicle in question, they also helped us work out a favorable deal for both us and the dealership.
