Called them with a marine aftercooler core problem. They were very nice to me and receptive to my problem. Had it dropped off, and they condemned it as not repairable. I shipped from Tenn. another used core with a full gasket kit that didn't look too bad, and they condemned that one also. In forty years of marine repairs, I had one other core problem. Ok, I guess I was due. I paid them for what they did and told my customer to pick up the 2 cores and the new gasket kit. They claim they never got the kit. I packed it myself, and the package was intact when they got it. I now question if cores were bad as they're worth near 4 grand new each.

I m not sure what happened to this place, but they ve gone waaay downhill. I had them re-core a radiator out of a 67 Econoline, but when inspecting it upon pickup it looked like a toddler did the work, so I had them do it again. Brought a radiator out of a 69 G10 to be re-cored this time and the dude I spoke with straight up didn t want to do the job. In fact, he really gave the vibe he didn t want to be there at all. First he quoted 2 weeks out without even looking at the radiator to see what was wrong then he quoted double what they charged last time; once again, without even looking at the radiator. Look, if you don t want to be in business any longer, it might be time to pack it up and call it a day. Or, in other words, I used to recommend this place all the time, but I will not be recommending them again, or bringing them anymore of my business. It s not worth the waste of time. Good luck. You re going to need it.

I am just leaving Ifuku now. I asked if they do radiator leak tests. They went above and beyond by checking my fans and and blowing the leaves out of my engine. I have never been here before but was referred here by people I work with. I told them that because they won t have the radiator here until tomorrow hat I have to buy it elsewhere. That never changed their friendliness or excellent service. For that alone I would pay extra, but my boss told me to take the rest of the day off to get my car fixed. Excellent friendly service. I would gladly come there again and even pay more for that service and friendliness!!!

I have a 2003 Buick Le Sabre and in September 2012 my car started to over heat. I heard about Ifuku through commercials. I met the owner Derrick, very nice man, fixed car in one day. But the bad experience comes from his office worker Bob. He is really rude. Three months later it broke again. I called to see if there were any warranties. he said there is but I need my receipt. I could not find my receipt asked him to check the computer and he gave me hard time. said they don't keep customers names in the computer only receipt numbers. total rip off $900 to replace top hose, bottom hose, thermostat and put a brand new radiator and it broke again. Now what do I do. I am very upset with this place he talks to you like he doesn't even want your bushiness.

I took my radiator to Ifuku with 1 visible leak that showed an impact point as well as a visible trail coming down the front of the radiator. There was no other leaks in my radiator that has less then 300 miles on it. I was quoted $120 to fix one hole and when I asked why so much,I was told I have multiple leaks.I say b.s. and I went and picked up my radiator.I would not recommend Ifuku or Kuroda, cause both of them are rip offs...

They charged me over $627 just to replace my radiator! Terribly over priced! Better go somewhere else! Very dissatisfied! They could not repair a crack in left side tank!

I wouldn't trust my radiator repair or flush to any other mechanic. They are hard-working to an excellent job.
