Ryan the crew chief was awesome . He was very informative and always updated me. Everyone there was also helpful. Great customer service. I only write a review if the experience gives me an impression and it certainly did. Keep up the good work!

First time here had an oil change done today and it was great service overall!! No appointment, just drove up got lucky with no line surprisingly for a Friday ~9am. Got greeted immediately by a mechanic (forgot to get his name) waited a few minutes then he took our car info then we were all set. Service was pretty quick about 30min in total since there were only two cars already getting serviced when we arrived. Plenty of chairs inside to wait. New manager Sherran helped us with checkout, great customer service she is super friendly, helped explain in detail the service that they did and other issues that they found, along with what they could/couldn't do. She didn't pressure us at all!! Overall a great experience!!

Save My Life!I hope this is translated into correct English.I came here because a wheel part went bad at another branch and they said they couldn't do it at that branch and that Jiffy Lube in University City could do it.In fact, they said they couldn't do it.But when I told them what happened, they were very kind and listened to me and finally, I just had to wait here and they took care of everything.They also prepared parts that were not there.While I was waiting, they told me they were sorry about that and that it was unacceptable.The first lady who helped me was very sincere in listening to my poor English and explained everything slowly.Thank you so much for your kindness.I felt relieved and at the same time my heart was warmed.Of course I will come here from now on!

Yes Excellent customer service started when I drove in, I was assisted by Technician Ryan, he was Pleasant, helpful, and friendly,Manager Lana Awesome! You have a great team! Office is cleanEveryone very professional! I should do a commercial I was so satisfied!

I was charged for services I said no to. I was overcharged on quoted prices. They suggested services I didn t need. They were ridiculously slow. It took two hours for them to change my oil and change a hose that didn t need changing. Their manager is a ginormous waste of space. She never apologized for my ridiculous wait time. I spent the two hours I sat waiting remembering why I don t use them to service my car.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

The day before I came in, I was driving down the street when I noticed white smoke coming out from the front of my car, I could smell the burning and pulled over to the nearest 7-11 as soon as I could. I was stressing for hours, and had help from some friendly people stopping to see if I needed help. I was recommended to put some water in the radiator, and then drive home safely.Upon arrival to Jiffy Lube on Beretania the next day, I was greeted by a friendly woman who made sure I was attended to right away, despite them being already packed at 7:30am. I stopped and asked her to listen to my story, after a few minutes, she brought over Aimin, the Master Mechanic at this location. He listened patiently awhile I explained the problem I ran into the day prior and he immediately diagnosed my issue, a leaking thermostat housing. Aimin went in the back to check for parts, and luckily they had it!He assured me that he would take care of it, and said I could go eat breakfast while he figured out the problem. I really appreciated that. I came back to find him working on the vehicle, and was hard at work. In addition to fixing the issue, he also pointed out a few things to look out for before I went on my way.Rest assured that if you come to this location, the team will take care of all of your needs, and if they are unable to, they will definitely point you in the right direction.Thank you Jiffy Lube Beretania! If you need your car serviced (oil changes, safety inspections, etc), I recommend you check out Jiffy Lube on 2550 S Beretania St. I took my Toyota Highlander in for an oil change on a Saturday morning. Here s why I like going to this location:FACILITY Very clean.TIMING They are very good with their estimates in how long it may take for the service to be completed. How long it may take is dependent on 1) how many cars are ahead of you, 2) type of service, and 3) how many staff members are working at that time. And usually, they finish earlier than the time they estimated.LOCATION The 2550 S. Beretania St location has a nearby Longs, restaurants, coffee & boba tea shops that are walking distance away. If you don t want to stick around and wait, you have options to busy yourself while your car is being worked on.CREW Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had the privilege of bringing my Toyota Highlander in when Johnnaca was the Team Lead. Johnnaca and her team are amazing! Much mahalos for taking care of me.COMMUNICATION Whenever my car needs something extra, not only do they let me know, but they also show me why. I feel this is great customer service especially to customers who are not car savvy.You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!

My truck, which is a lifeline, started leaking power steering fluid, so I called Jiffy Lube and Lana the manager calmed my rattled nerves by reassuring me that they would take care of my problem.Iman the mechanic did just that. He assessed the situation, gave me a fair quote, acquired the necessary parts and fixed the problem right away.It was a pleasure doing business with this group of professional, caring folks. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

Brought my car in to get my windshield wiper hose replaced, as the old one had melted after 13 years of use. They didn t have the tubing on hand so they had one brought in immediately, and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Service was great and highly recommended!

Friendly and efficient. I was told after I asked about brakes that the brakes mechanic had called in sick that day would have liked to have known that from the beginning since I wanted to check my brakes. Otherwise, very good service.

A simple oil change service not done completely and took over 2 hours to complete. In addition to the 2 hour wait, the engine air filter was not checked, the cabin air filter was not checked and the service maintenance warning notice was not reset. I had to return on Monday to get it reset as they were closed on Sunday.

Read good reviews and decided to go for safety check. They need a system to check people in so you don t get behind a full service customer and others that come later are serviced first due to lane they pull into. Then did not pass due to brakes needing front pads and rotors. Quote for replacement was very high for a Toyota and I had just had exact type of work done on a BMW 3 weeks prior for $200 less. Mechanic that assisted me was very pleasant but I feel they are over charging customers or maybe because I was a woman thought they could get away with it. Won t be returning, wasted 2 hours and $26

Always love coming to this Jiffy Lube location, everyone is super friendly and helpful, and I truly feel they have the most expertise that I've experienced on island for everyday car needs. Aimen in particular was amazing, took GREAT care of my car, and was super communicative with updates throughout the process. My car feels brand new again (:Will be coming back again for any future needs !

My son took his vehicle to have the oil changed but was told that he needed to replace his brake fluid. A complete brake job was just done 5000 miles prior so there was no way that the fluid needed replacing. I feel that he was taken advantage of due to his lack of knowledge.

Lana and her team were amazing! They took fantastic care of my car, and although they were busy they took time to address my needs patiently and respectfully. I will be driving to town from the Windward side just to come here when I need something done. Definitely recommend.

It was a good place and had great service. Waited about 40-45 mins. An enthusiastic employee greeted me. The only issue was the lobby. It was a bit small and crowded. It has free wifi. Highly recommended.

Always hands down a delightful visit when i come to get my cord flex serviced the team always friendly and helpful especially Lana what a wonderful human being always a on doing a job well done been coming to this location for years and it s because of the service!!!!That goes a long way in my book thanks again jiffy lube for all that you do

I found a dead mongoose stuck underneath my truck and could not figure out a way to get it out. I went to other shops and they said they wouldn t do it, but the staff at Jiffy Lube Beretania happily removed it and disinfected my truck even though it was closing time. These people are awesome!

I was here 7/21 to get a first oil change on my brand new vehicle. I left the island and returned only to find that the check engine and low oil lights were on. I returned and was informed that it was four quarts low because the filter was not installed correctly. I asked to speak with the manager who wouldn t talk with me. If there s damage you can speak with the District Manager . The check engine light is still on in my new vehicle with 5400 miles on it. Thanks Jiffy Lube! Headed to the Chevy dealer to have the vehicle inspected. I would use caution at this facility.

Came here for oil change, but they went above and beyond checking for other things that my car needs. I just took my car for maintenance recently at the dealership, and they don t even bother telling me that I need oil change. This jiffy lube at king street have tbe friendliest workers and very efficient too. I will definitely come back here again for any other needs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

They are so kind here! They work as fast as possible. The assistant manager, lana, the man who does safety checks, Ryan , and the mechanic, Aimin, here were so so much help with my truck! Great attitudes and will answer a million questions since I don t know much about car stuff lol. Quick safety checks! It does get busy at this location but they move the cars along quickly.

Have to say they're great people that work there service was awesome they really went above and beyond vacuuming my car out and washing the windows only problem is they only cover 5 quarts of oil on their oil change and they really get you for every court that your car takes over the five I have a BMW that takes 8 chords and they charged me $18 for each of the three extra courts I wish I would have known that going there I would have changed it myself but if you have a 4 cylinder that only takes five quarts that's a great deal

Quick, friendly, and trustworthy service. This is the best location on the island in my experience.
