Great oil change experience. Stopped by around 1130 on a Wednesday and I was the only customer. They were quick, friendly, and professional! Finished up around 25 minutes later after adding a tire rotation. They also offer a military discount! (Thanks, guys! If you're reading this, my tire pressure light turned off )

Came early for my car maintenance! Nawai was super kind to explain to me what I needed for my car. They also have WiFi in the waiting room, so I was able to get some works done. Overall, I am satisfied with their services and will come back again!

Brought in my truck this morning, the guy Johnny checked me in.... I had a few questions and he was very informative, super professional and quick service, and they even vacuumed the interior. Overall experience was great, and this is why I bring my cars to this location, never fails every single time.. keep up the good work

The first customer experience I got from Jiffy Lube was good. The location is close to my place, the staff was nice and quick service. So this was why I decided to come back again. However, this was a wrong decision I made. I was very disappointed this time!I came for the oil change with a $25 off promotion. When I saw the staff at the beginning, I did ask him whether they received the $25 off promotion, and he said yes. Before I paid, I did mention to him about the $25 off again. But when I checked the invoice, it turned out that he didn't offer me the $ 25 off. I asked the staff whether I could get the $25 discount back since I just paid cash, not a credit card.He refused and said it would take too much time to do a report for the refund. As I know, a credit card refund is more complicated than a cash refund. It seems like he just didn't want to refund even though he could.I also paid extra to change something else because of his suggestion. He was probably busy ringing up the extra charge and forgot the discount. I felt like I got scammed!And what he did next was very unprofessional and disappointing. He just handwrote "Next Service $25 off" on my invoice and asked me to come back next time and would give me the $25 off. I was shocked by it. This was very unprofessional. Anyone could write anything on it!I didn't waste too much time arguing with him. It wasn't just about $25 anymore!

Alvin was very knowledgeable and helpful, did a great job and had some recommendations for the next visit. I have never had a oil change spot I was loyal to, but I do now. See you soon.

So grateful to Manager Brandon and Johnny for the top notch excellent service. They were very friendly and helpful. They communicated the process and what was going to happen detailing the different services they provide and what it entailed with the price breakdown.They were also very respectful and spoke to us as if I was their Kupuna ( grandma).This team obviously receives excellent customer service training. It is a totally different experience we received from Jiffy Lube in Kaneohe which is why we left the Kaneohe Jiffy Lube.It is worth driving 24 miles from North shore for.Thank you Brandon. Awesome customer service very friendly staff they took good care of my car treated it like it was their own automobile. Consulted with me before doing anything else.And I was in and out in no time i would definitely go back there again. And I would also recommend this place to my family and friends. Sewa was very personable and nice. All the techs working on my vehicle got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The manager (I can't remember her name) was also quite knowledgeable and courteous during my visit. Good work!

Jiffy lube is my go to. I didn t catch the workers name but very thorough and friendly. Lobby was nice and I liked the experience of not staying in the car. Overall Very good experience, coming back in the future.

145 dollars for a damn oil change and they couldn t even put my glove box back after cleaning my cabin filter. Small details show what kind of service you re really paying for. Support local businesses.

I flew over from another island and because my flight was delayed hours I didn't make it in time for a safety check. I still got an oil change. The attendant who is qualified to do safety check heard me tell someone in the waiting room my situation and did my safety check along with my oil change. I am so thankful for her kindness. I always come to Jiffy Lube. Not only is their serice great, I was able to use a $15 off coupon I go via text/email. I Jiffy Lube

I usually go to the one by DTE since I stay closer there but they were slammed. Amazing service and quick turnaround. Mahalo Stacey,Karl, and Joey. Further solidified my loyalty to Jiffy Lube. Mahalos again!

I went to Jiffy Lube, I just bought an old work car. I asked to have an oil change; a tech said he coulda if they had filter. They had filter. He wanted odometer reading. I let him know the display is ineligible during day,I can make it out at night sometimes. I showed him a picture of what it was two days ago. He AND his store manager said they would not change the oil with out the exact mileage, due to liability. I think they are making up rules .

After I arrived, I confirmed that my car would cost $110 to change the oil. I did not request any other service. After changing the oil, I found that they had changed the filter and some parts that I did not order. So I checked the bill and found that the change. CaBin air filter costs $50 . It only costs $5 anywhere. I did not pay a single dollar more than the $110. The truth is they have an unreliable staff

Service advisor was very informative explaining the full process of what services would be provided during my visit, and provided an accurate gauge of the expected duration for the visit.
