***THEY LEFT US STRANDED. EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY'RE ON THE WAY. ***Saturday night, I had my suv stuck in the sand and needed help getting out. I called this company, and they said a driver is on the way and will call and be there in 40 mins. 1hr pass and no driver and no call. So I called again, and they reassured me that a driver is on the way. Another hour goes by and still no help or call. I tried calling a 3rd and 4th time but they stopped answering my calls...Ended up waiting for 3hrs..Not even a call back from them saying they can't do the job..***DO NOT TRUST THEM, EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY WILL BE THERE***

Hawaii kai towing saved my day, my car starts smoking in the highway, they arrived fast and after a quick diagnose just add water and send me on my way. 5 star
