These guys are courteous, fast, and professional. Had 4 cars ahead of me and I was out of there 20 min later. Tried a place before them, and was told 2.5-3hr wait with 4 cars ahead of me. This will now be my go-to spot for myself and to recommend. Thanks Great People!

In and out in 5 mins. Just make sure to have your registration, hawaii car insurance and your old safety inspection at the ready. These guys are the real deal. Their name absolutely represents them, GREAT PEOPLE!

wanted to see why this is only 5 stars... but it wasnt. 1st time going here only b/c i live close... one guy prob fell off the wrong side of the bed and was grumpy. other guy was efficient. got the job done. liked it b/c of location but wont go back again... one thing... tricky getting out... just back up slow and watch out for cross traffic...

My sister found Great People for a safety inspection and indeed they were great! In and it in less than 10 minutes (and that was because we talked about about all their cool license plates on the wall). It was clean, I didn t have to get out of my car and they were very polite.Definitely going there when my next safety is due!

This my first time here and it was great. The man helping me was super nice and helpful. The wait was short though the parking is a little tight, they re service moves pretty quick so it clears out pretty quick.

One of the few commercial safety check stations. I wish there was places closer to Aiea but it s still better to go to town vs Kapolei.Rick is the owner and he is always there to help. The safety check price is pretty reasonable and fast.Located on Queen Street closer to ward avenue. If the flag is out then he is open. There is a white camper outside.

These two gentlemen were absolutely awesome!! I was a walk-in no appointment required. They were so kind, friendly and fast, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I was even offered an ice cold drink. Top notch service, highly recommend. Thank you Great People!!

The fastest inspection ever! I was thinking it was going to taken an hour but it took like 5-10 mins. The two gentlemen were very helpful and kind. They offered to install my new plates once I got them and even stood out front to ensure the road was clear for me to pull out. Will definitely be coming back for future inspections! Thank you!

Amazing service! I went for a safety inspection, didn t need an appointment, and it only took a couple minutes. The gentleman there were extremely nice as well. I will definitely be coming back.

The sweetest and friendliest men in the business. They both really are Great People. I drove in at 830am on a Saturday for a safety check and was out before 845. No appointment needed and I was able to use my insurance app on my phone to show I had one. Great way to start a Saturday. Highly recommend.

Fastest safety check I ever got (and on a saturday)! Their name, Great People is fitting because not only are they both great people, they were friendly, quick, and efficient. When it comes to safety checks nobody else can even compare to these guys!

The name of the business is factual. These are great people, and in my opinion the best place to get a state inspection, hands down. Ive never had to wait, the process is quick and painless, and these guys are so friendly! They have state inspections down to a science. You simply pull your vehicle into their little bay and they go around your car quickly and efficiently. The inspection area is decorated really cool with antique phones, fire alarms and license plates from everywhere you can imagine. The process is so quick, you barely have time to take in all of the cool stuff and its time to go.This is where I will go for all of my future inspections. Truly great people!

Best vehicle inspection place on Oahu!! Went in at 11:30 AM on a Saturday and was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Very efficient and kind, would recommend for everyone needing a vehicle inspection.

These two men are terrific. My son went for his drivers test and we realized someone stole our safety check sticker so we were quite upset. Called the nearest safety inspector Great People took us in right away and got it done in less than 10 min. Friendly and understanding! THANKS SO MUCH!
