Came in on quick notice with a flat tire and through inspection found out it was a bent rim instead that caused a leak. I was quickly served and swapped to a spare wheel. Despite taking up their time, they didn t take payment from me and even gave me some advice on possible new rim options.Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. 100% will be my go-to spot if I ever need any help with my car.

Awesome guys. Right to the point no hidden fees or aggressive upselling. Slave cylinder blew up, called got a super fair honest quote by the book and had my car towed in. These guys were done in an hour or so. Will definitely be back in the future if i need more work done.

Brought them a project and didn t know it. But they put everything into it. Great people and tremendous work. Definitely telling all the guys if they need somewhere to go, that first auto repair is the place to go

Jon was so incredibly helpful. He was very professional, took the extra step to find the best deal for parts, and educated me along the way of the repairs. I saw him last month for a dead battery and damaged alternator. Unfortunately, my radiator cracked and I was again stalled a few weeks ago. He immediately could take my car in and repaired the parts that day. Mahalo for your service.

I was driving by a couple of days ago on N. School St. and happened upon first auto repair. I drove in and a pleasant sales manager named Johanen Gabriel greeted me and walked me into his office. The office was surprisingly clean and welcoming.Mr. Gabriel talked me through the options for my oil change and gave me a quote with a discount. I also discussed an issue I had with my car windshield nozzle, which he looked into for me.In less than an hour, I received a call from him regarding the completion of my oil change.First Auto Repair not only gave me a great deal, but fixed my nozzle for free.Johanan had exceptional customer service and I implicitly recommended his business to anyone reading this review.

I needed a shop to change my oil at the last minute . First Auto was accommodating to my schedule . This shop is clean and modern. Jo and Justin are awesome . Prices are great too! Did i mention they were super quick too. If you need a shop for maintenance on you car this is the spot .

Took our truck in to do an easy change of the overdrive shifter arm/ should have taken 15 min to change/ waited 1hr & they didn t put the ignition back in properly & my chime sensor is not working properly/ was told it wasn t their fault & that the truck is old & it was a switch/ there is no switch/ it s a black wire that they didn t reconnect properly/was working properly when we got there/ you can go on you tube & see what they did wrong/ going to a good mechanic to fix the chime properly & will have to pay again
