The young man that helped me was respectful and honest with me. That's hard to find that in a young man these days. He sincerely cared and felt bad that I had to upgrade to a tire double the price because it was the last 2 in my size. Courteous from start to finish. Suggested a place I may want to wait at besides their waiting area, nearby, which I did. He even let me know when he saw me return "not to worry", my car is almost done.According to my receipt, his name is Joshua. Our business will be going there much more often in the future.Jan Wong's Drapery Shoppe

Ryan checked me in and was very efficient and professional, he took the time to explain what was recommended on my vehicle; the wheel-alignment technician was quick and did a thorough job! Waiting area in lobby is clean and well lighted. Thank you Ryan and technician.

Very accommodating. They were up front about the tired they could order, and suggested other sources. I ordered online Nad had them mount and balance the tires at a reasonable cost.

Came here for battery change. The service was so quick. It took about an hour. It's much faster than the dealership.

Made an appointment to Align my car. They found a problem with the control arm and they were able to change it quickly and do the wheel alignment.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! IT IS A WASTE OF TIME. These kids do not know what they are doing. I scheduled an appointment here online and they said it doesn't show. I just needed an oil change and my tire patched from a nail stuck in it. They said it would take a couple hours or more. There were no cars in the garage and there are 5 people that I've seen around the shop.

We were in town on vacation. My rental car developed a low tire. Opened the trunk, and no Jack was able to add air at a gas station. Pulled up maps and started calling tire shops. Everyone appointment only. Firestone said, "Come right over, and we will see want we can do. We went next door to McDonald's for breakfast. Before we had finished our meal, they we called to say it was fixed. Good people

I don't normally score 10 for service unless there is some exceptional warrantying circumstance. The service this time was very good and I was very satisfied.

Got a screw in my tire this morning, and I took it to the Firestone Store. My front tires were getting worn, so I just replaced them.2 new tires, installed, and a Front End Alignment. Done in Less than 2 hours, and I didn't have an appointment!! Just drove in, and they took care of my car!!If you are planning on keeping your car for a few years or more, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you get anASA Front End Alignment for it!They cost more initially, but it's GUARANTEED for the Life of your car, as long as you own it, you can go to ANY Firestone store, and get a Front End Alignment, FREE!!!Very Much worth the initial extra money!!!

BEWARE IF ORDERING TIRES ONLINE AND HAVING THEM DROP-SHIPPED TO FIRESTONE FOR INSTALLATION. They do not all sizes of tires. The Manager there said that they do not have the proper equipment to mount lower profile tires. "We can still do it but your rim may get scratched or damaged". Of course I didn't agree to this and ended up having to put the tires in my trunk and leave.Such a limit in services (low profile tires are not at all rare) is already bad enough from a National Tire Shop. What made it all so worse was but they didn't tell me this until I was there for my installation appointment. Why didn't they work with Tire Rack ahead of time so Firestone wouldn't come up for installation for low profile tires? Also when Firestone received my tires, why didn't they let me know they couldn't install it. Instead, they completing my reservation both online and on the phone. After all, they had my tires for over a week before my appointment day. Or at the very latest, at least when I had checked in that morning and not after waiting an hour when my car actually was going into the repair bay for installation!

They have some of the cheapest tires around. However, after having four tires replaced, I noticed a tire sensor error showing on my dash. I took the vehicle back to Firestone Dillingham (where I had them installed) and they said the sensor was "broken". I told them that the sensor was working when I brought it in, to which they responded saying that I would have to pay to have it replaced.I would advise that you buy your tires else where, actually I wouldn't go there for anything period. This is a very poor business practice, and seems very dishonest. If you bring your vehicle in for service, it should come back in better shape than when you bring it in.Service: Tires

Cheapest price I found on the island for the tires that I needed.I was able to get next day appt and they were very flexible with me arriving a bit late because of the tow delay. There were only 2 men running the entire shop with the phone constantly ringing. It was def a lot for them too, but they still did it with grace (even though it would always take a while to get them on the phone, they would always pick up).The warranty you can find better at other shops when you buy new tires, specially if a set. If I could have waited Sam's Club would have had the best prices and warranties. But this shop was able to quickly help me and solve my problem.Service: Tires

I usually do not leave the reviews but if you have some car issues and you are thinking to go to this fire stone location, please change your mind. I had a flat tire and my tow truck told me they take cars without appointments so that was the only option. I ve been trying to reach them for hours on the phone but no one answered. They fixed my tire in one day and I was able to pick my car up the next morning but when I picked my car up it wasn t starting and the battery was dead. I asked them how is it possible that I brought the car to fix the tire and I am picking it up with the dead battery. Instead of apologizing or making up for this problem that occurred while the car was in their service, they offered me a brand new battery for $210. I obviously declined the offer. They started my car with jumper cables and I drove home. Later that day it died again. FYI - I had this car for about two years and I never had any issues with my battery before. Only after I brought it to this dealership, it broke, and now I need to replace it. Also, while I was waiting to pick up my car, I could hear their phone ringing during the whole time I was there and no one was interested to pick it up.

Appointment setting was easy with a phonecall. Employee assisting me with receiving my car in the morning was very clear about what was going to be performed on my car. I was given an update a couple hours later with what was and wasn't needed for my car. Got my car at 330pm the same day. Car was aligned, repairs made, and brakes replaced. Cost wise I saved, at the least, $600 if I had done it through the dealership. Very happy. Car is operating great. Thanks Firestone.

Had an oil change and alignment. Very friendly competent staff. A little slow due to staffing, but that's the times we live in. Expect to spend twice as much time, but there are many places to eat and drink. Recommend this place.

Few weeks ago I scheduled for an oil change. After arriving on time the employee tells me it'll be another hour in a half til they get to it. So I tried to cancel and go somewhere else but the guy tells me 50% off if I reschedule so I did. Again, 1 week later I show up on time, they directly took my car in and got started. 2 hours later it was completed and my family and I left. None of my fluids were topped off, none of tire pressures were checked, left wondering why does a 20 min oil change take so long?

I m glad there s no character cap. Here we go.So I ve gone to this location because they were the only shop that had the size I needed. Fortunately for me, it was priced right. I must say, it did take long. Dropped the truck off at 2:30 and I left at 3:30. One hour for 2 tires? Well, the tech that worked on my truck was non stop moving about. Battery on a truck outside, tires in 2 cars before me. Drive it in drive it out. Man was on the move. When my truck was next I watched the whole process. He knew he couldn t get it in the lift because it was too heavy. It s a 1/2 ton with a loaded service bed. So he raised it with a Jack and supported it with a jack stand. Did it one at a time. It was a little confusing what I needed done. But he got it accurate. Torqued the wheels down on both sides and even checked the tire pressure on the rear tires which he didn t replace. Lowered the vehicle and moved on to the next. When he noticed me inside waiting to pay, he asked if I wanted the alignment check. I declined cause I knew my alignment was good. He spoke with a very courteous tone and presents a good vibe. The cashier was also very polite. Tried signing me up for the credit card. There were some issues and he was very polite to apologize for the wait. Got me cashed out with my papers and was on my way back to my last job.The cashier that greeted me however did not do so good. He was professional but did make me feel like I was beneath him. Tone and vibe was way off. Unfortunately for him, I am certified in tires and know just as much as he does. However, because he was professional, and he didn t really do anything other than make me feel a certain way, I still have this experience a 5 star. I don t feel comfortable eating someone on feelings. It s professionalism I look for.Overall, they did well. I know everyone isn t going to have the same experience. But sometimes you gotta look at the situation at hand. For me there were only 2 techs. And they both were working very hard.Firestone are tire specialists. They provide additional services which are great. However it does prolong the wait times when added services are presented. As for up selling, it s expected. The way you deal with it is by politely declining. Don t fell like they trying to rip you off. It s now always like that. Thanks guys for geting my work truck back to work. Last minute notices with a short wait time. I will be coming back for tires definitely.

Very good service. They took my car even though they seemed booked up. Jess the sales Manager was really great. She was handling walk ins phone calls and still was extremely helpful, courteous and funny too. Pricing was fair and they seemed to have good options. I will be back thanks to a well run operation. Great communication and service. Thank you!

They tried to overcharge me for things I didn't need as a single mom. Furthermore, they didn't properly shut my hood. I could have been killed on the way home. What is their response to this? The store manager calls me and states he will give me one tire at cost! Are you kidding me? How can I trust this will be at cost? They already tried to rip me off. I have taken my vehicle to Firestone for years against everyone's advice. Please everyone do NOT go here. There are mom and pop shops that are truly honest. These people aren't.

Upon arrival my experience was great. I was lucky to meet a really nice customer we talked the entire time we waited to get our services done. As for my initial service it went well. Tires were put in correctly with no issues. As for my brakes I had them bled and had new brake fluid put in. That didnt go too well. But it was an honest mistake. I have a sports car (370z) which requires the brakes to be cross bled so that air doesnt get into the master cylinder. I'm assuming that wasnt done the correct way so my brakes werent engaging as they should. I came back explained my situation and with no attitude or hesitation I was helped...Genuinely. theres a difference between just getting your customer in and out and actually caring. I personally want to thank Raj a senior mechanic/technition who fixed the situation and even went on a test drive with me and took his time explaining to me the ins and outs of suspension and brake info that I needed to know. I would definitely recommend to come here to get your vehicle worked on. It's a chill environment, nice customers, friendly employees, and there is food all around you. ***ima need my boy Raj to get that pay raise or like mechanic of the month. Come on manager we can make that happen good workers are hard to come by! Thanks Raj!

Before I went to get my 4 tires installed I have my wheel alignment done 2 days before. I went down on my appointment date and in the afternoon, checked in they get my key and start, 30 minutes later after my car being uplifted for them to put my tires they came back to tell me my alignment is off and they could do it for and additional 96 dollars. Now remember I have done my alignment 2 days before even driving on the road my wheel is straight not pulling to the left or right. I did told them that I did my alignment 2 days ago, they said there is a difference between doing alignment on worn tire than doing it after putting brand new tires on, now I am not a mechanic but I understand how you can trip my alignment and pretend that it was off just for additional dollars. By the way They gave me blue print of my alignment but I also have my blue print from the other shop that did my alignment, long story short they did not bother to reset my alignment I ended up driving home with my wheel pulling to the right. I felt sorry for the shop that did my alignment because they did it again for free. Like somebody mention when it comes to safety check they really good to make sure ur tint is not illegal, or check your lights, wiper and signals. Why not make money for being a trust worthy company or business but not by ripping of your customer. For customers to trust your work you make alot of money because they will come back. Also don't take favoritism on customers like only the ones you know you did honest job on their car. Just like love, you cheat on me or you being dishonest I'm leaving you to find another one. I pretty sure you're all aware of this right? Well that is why the one star.

Am not recommending their services. They won t keep your car as good as expected since you trust them to know what s best. After alignment, you need to check where wheel adjustments were made left of rubber boots twisted. It s not the first time but the second time when alignment done really twisted rubber boots to almost torn. Gotta watch out, test drive yourself and inspect any repairs or adjustments done beforehand and do your own quality check.

I took my car in for an oil change and safety inspection. Everything seemed fine until they finished. They told me that when they rolled the driver window down for the inspection, it would not go back up again. Now I'm upset because they've broken my car! The window was working fine the day before. They didn't offer any assistance in getting it back up again. When I went to get in the car, I put the key in and pulled the window switch and it rolled right up. They tried to roll the window up with the key off, so of course it didn't work. But do they not know that most cars with power windows require the key be on?? How is this something these people don't know? Be wary of going to a Firestone. They apparently hire some pretty dimwitted people, so they are almost guaranteed to make a mistake of some kind.

My partner visited this location today. He d had a dead battery and wanted it tested to see if he needed a new one. The rep recommended literally $1000 worth of unnecessary tests and repairs despite my partner s explanation of the issue. Thankfully, my partner didn t cave, but the rep tried realllll hard on that scam.

Craig K.I went there first to buy four tires. Also tire and alignment warranty. They should do so many courtesy check. Lately they ask if I want to do the courtesy check. When the job is completed they park the car anywhere even if I waiting for the car. One time they parked the car by McDonald Handicap Stall also the parking break was pulled so tight I taught I couldn't release it. If wasn't for my warrenty I wouldn't go back.
