My service advisor Kyle was very professional and did not make any promises he could not keep. He kept me informed through out the day. Excellent customer service. Aron the technician was also great at communication. Kept me updated as well through out the day. No complaints here. They go above and beyond to keep the customer informed.

Beautiful place to dream for a few minutes! They carry new Lamborghini and Bentley in addition to Ferrari. Also have some classics in the back of you are lucky enough to go inside!

I came into the dealership to inquire about the California T on their showroom floor. The young man working that department was extremely rude by blowing me off. Did not want to answer and questions, and avoided me all together. Regardless if someone might be a admire, or possibly a customer... you treat everyone the same. I was happy to see the new Roma... The unprofessional sales guy couldn't even tell me about that either. Get a life dude.

terrible experience, very rude staff. I called twice about a ferrari 488 rerady to purchase, i was told i would get a call back in 15 minutes, never happened. I called back 3 hours later and they said, we will get back to you when we free up. Are you kidding me? Maybe this dealership is too proud to do business. I will be reporting their lack of service to ferrari corporate which is fiat chrysler now anyway.
