They are ok. I think it's best to know your car when living in Hawaii so when you go to some places like this, you can filter the BS. I brought it in for a problem and it wasn't fixed they charged $600 and said they will call me back after investigating the issue.Update.This shop called back and scheduled a time for me to bring my vehicle in. They worked on my vehicle, without charging me. It's running great now. Be patient with this shop, they will take care of your car.

I had check engine light on and it was because my ignition coil was malfunctioning. Ted and John is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to european cars. When your Mercedes/BMW/Audi is having an issue, look no further than these guys. European Garage provided excellent, timely, and most importantly honest repair on my 2011 Audi S4. After the initial inspection they quoted me at a $2700, when doing the work they discovered that some of the ordered parts were not necessary and got the job done at $1900. They could have installed those parts but instead they called me and recommended that I didn t replace the additional parts. There are not a lot of honest garages anymore but this is surely one. Will use again if my Audi needs repairs in the future.

John and Ted are honest and amazing mechanics. Wonderful customer service every time. Service charge is reasonable. Best on island!I would recommend them to everyone !

Great place! They are trusted by people who know cars and classic cars. I almost don t want others coming here because I LOVED driving in and getting fixed without an appointment ahead of time. I will give them all my business.

I did not use this business, but wanted to write a review about the type of people who work here.I was searching for parking for 30 minutes so that I could get my g/fs car out of the tow yard next door. I asked if a space off their premises was legal and they offered to let me park my car at their business.I had to drive her car into town, then uber back to get back to mine, about an hour. I was super stressed out as it was getting late and these guys helped me out more than they know.People just don't do this sort of thing anymore and it is greatly appreciated. All around nice people, plenty of Aloha here.If you have a car nice enough to be serviced here please kokua. I am hoping to get some good karma for these guys for their help!Big Mahalo to these guys!!!!
