First off I would like to give a huge Mahalos to Aj Hurgo for making my first time buyer for a motorcycle the smoothest possible!At first I wanted a 2024 Honda Cb300r. As I m still a beginner rider. He sprung into action and was getting ready for the sale, till I told him if they had any MT03 in stock, which he kindly said Of course! I apologized because i saw he got things ready for the sale, and said not a problem at all! Get what you really want and the 2024 MT03 was the one. Aj was not pushy on anything! he was super helpful and made sure safety was a priority. he s the man you should see when you go to Cycle City! Mahalos again Aj! And cycle city CHEEEEHUUUU

Recently brought a 2024 Yamaha R7. First bike ever. AJ Hurgo is the go to guy you would want to help you get a new ride. He is always professional, good communication and helps as best as he can to get you your dream motorcycle. AJ was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to offer advice. Responded to my texts in a timely manner and made the purchase process easy and comfortable as a new rider. Pick up day, he showed me everything about the bike, explained what I need to know, and took the time to put tabs in the owners manual with important pages for quick reference. Great buying experience and stoked to be riding.

Recently picked up a ninja 650. First bike ever. AJ was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to offer advice, have me sit and feel all of the different types of bikes, and discuss the pros and cons of each type. Responded to my texts in a timely manner and made the purchase process easy and comfortable as a new rider. Pick up day, he showed me everything about the bike, explained what I need to know, and took the time to put tabs in the owners manual with important pages for quick reference. Great buying experience and stoked to be riding.

Came in from mainland and we wanted to get some shirts for family and friends....and Me and Cheryl. We were in just before closing and Shaena and Brandette helped us they even took time to fold the clothes for traveling back to Utah.We would definitely be back with customer service like that....WAY TOO GO LADIES...

I highly recommend Cycle City. Their whole crew was spot on from the start.I wanted a bike that just came out from Honda. The Youtube scuttlebutt was, be prepared to wait for it. I called CC from outer island and was put in touch with AJ. He was very kind and professional from the start, and I was amazed Cycle City had the bike I was looking for! After making my decision, AJ quickly set the wheels in motion. The paperwork was delivered the next day with everything tabbed and in order. Totally walked me through the process and provided a prestamped return envelope!AJ was quick to respond all of my many questions, never a glimpse of impatience- I had a lot of questions as this is my first brand new and off island bike.He texted me photos from start to finish, packed the bike on a upgraded pallet so I could reuse for personal reasons, all with free packing and delivery to the docks.Truth is I had called a few dealers before CC. Not only did I not have to wait for what I wanted, I paid less and had a great experience. My bike showed up at the docks in perfect condition a few weeks after starting this process with CC. Bravo AJ for all your professionalism and spot on good work Also, a nice shout out to Avery, the parts guy who found and order and shipped to me the little bit of extras that will make this bike mine.We plan to purchase my husbands next bike from CC being it was such a positive process and we know we will be in great capable hands from start to finish with the Cycle City team!Much Aloha, the Martin's.

Just bought a 2022 Harley Davidson Iron 883 @Cycle City Hawaii. It was a good experience, customer service was great. AJ Hurgo made the buying experience easy and simple. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Overall the experience was great.

AJ Hurgo is always the guy you would want to help you get a new ride. He is always professional, good communication and helps as best as he can to get you your dream motorcycle. We are always welcomed and greeted by the staff as you walk in, making you feel very comfortable. They always help as best as they can with what you need. I will always definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Always a 5 star visit for us.

I was very excited to finally get back on a motorcycle. With only a year of riding experience, I felt like a newbie buyer, but AJ was extremely friendly and helpful, even giving me a quick refresh before I rode my new motorcycle off the lot. He was extremely patient and went above and beyond to get me set up! 10/10 can recommend!

My brother AJ s knowledge, recommendations, and help was invaluable. AJ was able to get me back into riding on a Yamaha supersport in no time. Even after the Honolulu shop sold their last bike, he arranged to ship the same make/model from their Maui office. Seamless process for the family and I after recently arriving on island. Thanks!

2013 ninja has been im shop well over a month. Appointment was made over the phone for a drop off in late February. When I arrived to drop the bike my appointment couldnt be found. New appointment was made for the following Monday and the bike stayed at cycle city. Bike was dropped off for shifting issue and to bring into safety inspection compliance. First issue was fixed after less than an hour of diagnostic. Service rep advised that he would call after diag with additional information. After receiving no call on the scheduled service day I called up to get the info and ask about pricing on bringing the bike in safety compliance as this was something we spoke about on initial visit. Was told an estimate needed to be put together. Several weeks later I still don't have an estimate and my safety inspection expires at the end of this month. It's April. I've been calling in about once a week and have had to remind the service rep what I asked to be done on at least two occasions.

Had a great experience with Cycle City yesterday! Came in with a low budget and AJ helped me figure out some affordable options. Ended up walking away with a sweet 95 VFR! Staff was friendly, efficient, and there to help.

Recently got a 2024 Yamaha R3 and AJ was super helpful! He answered every and any questions I had. Showed me everything i needed to know about the bike before i took it home. Will definitely go to him again when i decide to upgrade!

This has been the best dealership that I have ever been to! All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Aj helped me throughout buying both of my motorcycles. Had a smooth purchasing experience with AJ Hurgo at cycle city. I loved the variety of bikes in the store too. AJ was pretty cool and gave me some tips for riding in Hawaii. Overall, it was a good day and I m glad to be back on a bike again.

I can honestly say AJ made purchasing my new bike easy and seamless. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different bikes that he was able to help me decide which bike was best suited for me. This is the second time I ve bought a bike on island and it definitely was easier this time around than last. If you re in the market for a new bike do not hesitate to go see AJ. He ll definitely get you right. I know for sure where to go for anything motorcycle related!!!

I just got my license, cycle city helped me get my first bike. Aj Hurgo was a great help. He gave me all my options but wanted to make sure I got what I wanted initially. Very informative since I was a new rider. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me very good advice since he s an experienced rider. Will definitely keep going back for all my motorcycle needs. I got the 2023 Yamaha MT-03

Called about price for Honda Rebel. Their website says $5k, but lady on the phone confirmed out-of-the-door price $7,8k. When I asked why price is 50% more than on their website, she got really irritated and said that registration/safety and dealer fees added. That's laughable. I understand that we are on the island and everything is more expensive, but not with 50% added price compared to advertised price.

My experience at Cycle City has been awesome! They carry a nice selection of Harley-Davidson's, sport motorcycles, and even all-terrain vehicles for off-road adventures on the island that I may have to come back and buy one day! I like that their facility always appears neat and well presented. Front desk staff is friendly and always good energy when I've visited. One of my favorite things is the pool table overlooking the showroom! Very cool. Would definitely recommend this business for motorcycle needs and even just to visit and check out their cool toys

First thing you notice is how much Aloha the employees provide in assisting. My interaction with Sales Manager A.J. Hurgo was professional, accommodating and courteous. I purchased a Wicked Thumb E-bike and excited to hit the beach area of Kailua. Cycle City has a huge retail floor and inventory so hele on down.

I wanted to get an XSR700, but Cycle City ended up selling the only one they had in stock 2 days before I went in. However, after speaking with AJ, he was able to find one and have it sent to their dealership. It arrived about a week later and the rest was history.AJ was very helpful throughout the process. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I definitely recommend seeing him for any questions or purchases.

I have been to Cycle city for a multitude of reasons and from parts to repairs and purchasing a new bike I have always been giving what feels like the golden treatment. All in all great place! Everyone that works in the parts department has always hooked me up with exactly what I need, and AJ from sales is a stellar dude with a wealth of knowledge to help you find the best bike for you.

I had a great experience with Rich at cycle city in Honolulu. I live in maui and they took care of all my shipping details and even helped me get my motorcycle insurance! Highly recommend, great experience, will definitely work with them again!
