Five stars down to two.Long story short. I used to bring my cars here. You can trust them to do whatever is best for them, but I no longer trust them with my cars. I had a nail in my tire, I have the tire hazard protection plan, I was already told what to do from Mopar, so I called , they checked my plan set my appointment an told me I would have to drop off my truck because its a process using a insurance/warranty/plan , ,trying to keep it short appoint. Came and REY PIANO helped me and told me , my warranty/Plan was expired, (lied) , explained numerous of times .. then he tells me the plan denied my tire with nail.. so I paid it , Called Mopar the protection plan to see why it was denied ( because i called them before taking it there , they said I have to take it there to be covered) ... They said it was never called in , REY PIANO lied he rather you just pay upfront because they don't want to go through the process when using insurance/warranty/Protection plan... So dirty.. i only went to this place because it would be covered... Shame On you.. my advice , if you are coming to this place under insurance/warranty make sure you make that clear ,They'll tell you anything to skip that extra process.Service: Tires

I had great service here!Brought my Jeep in to get some much needed maintenance, and even though things took longer than I expected, I was kept up to date every step of the way by my service rep, Victor.Excellent communication and friendly & competent staff.
