Donnell at Burt's Union Services was a real gentleman! I had called asking if they could get me in for a car battery replacement that morning and he was quick to recognize my voice as soon as I arrived. Before we started he was able to check my battery to see if it even needed replacement & thankfully I didn't! He seemed just happy to help despite losing out on a business transaction in that moment. As a female customer at an auto shop, I was so grateful for honesty! He got a tip from me & any future auto business I may need!

One of the few places left for full service gas, auto repair and safety checks. I always have a great experience visiting them.

Went to full service side Attendant was friendly helpful checked everything I need it , and he even let me know that my tires needed to be changed . When i got home looked good at my tires and i see all the crackes he was telling me aboiut . I wish I would have thought to look or ask for his name . I'll go back there for sure I have knee problems so it's hard for me to check and fill my tires . Thank you

Probably the best, fastest, and easiest place to get your vehicle checked out. Darnell is extremely helpful and will get you in and out. Might want to call ahead for an appointment time. Darnell was alsl quick for the return to finish the safety check. Just ensure you get back by 1600 hours since that is their cutoff for each day.

Something old fashioned about a car joint with lots of young guys, and they help out my mom who goes to get full service gas since she's handicapped and has a hard time getting in and out of the car, although she can drive.They're always very nice, they check the oil and stuff each time.We also come here exclusively for safety checks. We brought an old car here for someone else to get the safety done because we went to Midas who wrote us a long list of things that were wrong, asked $6K to fix it, and we weren't sure if that was correct. We drove straight here and Uncle checked it out, he said most of the things were nonsense. He did offer to fix the thing that was broken for much less, but it ended up being that it was a bigger fix than it appeared. They called my mom, they spoke to me, they spoke to my friend, they held the car till the end of the day since I was at work, and we weren't sure when they could come and look at it. They allowed us to take the car to decide what we wanted to do - it was a CIRCUS for me, and after all of this, they never charged us a dime.We brought my car here later and they remembered us and asked about the old car. Got the check done in about an hour. I suggest going down early, and at the beginning of the month, so they dont' run out of stickers. Less than $30 cash, in and out! I needed my car's annual safety check and Burt's Union Service was close to work, cost efficient and had availability for a same date appointment. I arrived at 1245 to ask about getting my safety inspection and the attendant said they had an opening at 1315. I left to kill time at a local starbucks and came back, promptly 30 minutes later. Another attendant had me grab my insurance, registration and last year's inspection. While I was looking in my glove box, that attendant disappeared. I walked up to the office and stood around for 10 minutes before deciding I'd waited long enough. I left without service. I would also add that there were no less than 6-7 people working, scrambling around cars at the gas pumps doing what appeared to me to be full service work on the cars coming in for a gas fill-up. The only reason I'd give this a 2 was for proximity to post (fort shafter) and price.

Excellent service and very funny staff. Took my vehicle even after hours of business. Listened to my custom vehicle issue, immediatelly addressed it and fixed on the spot. Would definitely use them again because of experienced and knowledgeable staff and caring about each and every customer even if it means that shop services are closed for tge day. 5/5

Had a slow leak in my tire and would go there once a week on mondays to get gas, was told minimum gas to put in for full service was $10. I always put $10 gas just to get the full service of checking all fluids and putting air in my tires. I would pay for brake fluid or oil, and gas whenever I needed, I understood that their prices was $4.30 a gallon for regular unleaded for the cost of the service. However, a month went by they shunned me, and pretended to check the air in my tires, all the while trying to distract me saying how nice i looked. He said my air was fine at 35 psi and this was after 2 weeks of not putting air in my slow leaking wobbling tire. So I knew he didn't check my tire. After I left drove a block down the road to work and i checked it with the tire gauge. Mind you these are heavy duty truck tires which max psi is 50. It was only at 25 psi. So i had to ask a coworker to pump and check all my tires which he did and had to put air in all of them. I haven't gone back since and never will.

Full service is great! Check your oil level, wiper water and tires for proper inflation but the gas was $6+

Debbie K.Burts Union Services best service station. Fast friendly service. All the employee are very friendly & polite excellent customer service. If you want the best service Burts Union Services is the go to place. That's where we always go.

WOW!! There not to many service stations that pump your gas, check your tires and engine then clean your windows and other services in FULL SERVICE SIDE. GREAT JOB GUYS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Best place to go when you are lazy to do your own checking of your car. Check air in tires, oil, water for wipers..etc.
