This shop is so excellent. You can tell they care as they are putting their profits into new office space downstairs, a new rolling front door for security, and so many more upgrades. The shop is so friendly, kind and nice and they worked with me to find parts for my 1989 560 SL. I was able to find the part myself ( much cheaper) and they installed it for me. Excellent all the way around. This is my "go to" shop for all my mercedes needs.

We ve been going to Benz & Jag specialist forever. They ve provided excellent service with fair pricing for our previous 2 Mercedes and now our Jaguar. Jeff and his team are courteous, professional and are exceptional technicians. I highly recommend any Jag or Benz owners to reach out to them for any service or repair issues.

Jeff was really nice and thorough from diagnostic to recommended services needed on my mom's Mercedes. My mom just came from grocery shopping and forgot her lettuce and bread and B&J staff were nice enough to refrigerate them til we picked up the car. Thank you Benz and Jagz!

After I replaced the A/C Evaporator on my 2006 CLK-350, I found my instrument cluster was dead. Not being familiar with the electronics of the car, I took it to them to run a diagnostic program . I was quoted a fair price. They performed the diagnostic, troubleshot, and fixed the problem. The repair was timely and at a cost I expected.I have also used them to perform periodic "A" & "B" service on my car, and have been very pleased.Service: Electrical

I thought the fuel pump was out on my 99 Jaguar so i bought the pump and had the car brought there. Turns out it was just an issue with the intake hose so it was a much cheaper fix! They are honest and very good with these cars. Couldn't recommend more! This is the ONLY shop i will use for my Jag

Excellent service with Jeff and Stacy.They fixed the fuel pump and ac on my GL450 on separate occasions. They were fast efficient and reasonable.Will recommend and keep using.

After what was a VERY questionable repair experience at the dealership I , new to the island car repair scene was at a loss for places to go until a relative recommended Benz and Jag Specialist and Jeff. It's not often in today's world that one feels CONFIDENT of honest competent and fair treatment in spite of my naive want to believe it can happen...well Jeff embodies0 just this!!I have E320 wagon which has 240k plus on it my first of 2...Love the car but im realistic about age and wear and tear. I AM ALWAYS CONFIDENT when leaving with Jeff that he will either repair it honestly and or tell me when to give in and let go . Confident there is a special place in heaven for the Jeff Ls of this uncertain world! Thanks Jeff
