First I just wanna say they are freaking AWESOME!! I was very satisfied on what they had to offer. Since the first car that I was interested on wasn t on my budget. Shaun had gotten me approved on the actual car that I never thought I would have. Thank you so much Shaun for getting me approved on the car that I wanted and for knowing what car I was into without me having to even tell you. I also wanna appreciate Ryan for the great conversations, patience and for going over and beyond in getting me to their place. It was such a great experience. I was so glad they were the ones who helped me out because I was so comfortable with them and I didn t feel pressured when I was asking any kinds of questions. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY FIRST DREAM CAR COME TRUE! I will never forget the experience I had here. I absolutely recommend this place! See you guys again!

If you come here to buy a car ? Then you need to see Mr John Cron ! This man will go beyond to make sure you re taken cared of! A Genuine Man that won t jst sell u a car but make sure ur taken cared of from when u walk in until u leave.

After seeing a few Mercedes sedans, I was losing hope that I would find one I liked within my budget. Then I found Auto X-Change. They had 3 models very similar to what I was looking for so we went in for a last minute visit. Josh helped us find the vehicles, some at another location, and ensured all our questions were answered. These vehicles beat the quality of others I ve seen, hands down, and I ended up purchasing. Josh was extremely helpful during the whole process. He s an easy going guy that didn t pressure us at all and made the experience really awesome. If you want a breezy car buying experience, I would 100% you recommend having Josh help you out. The owner, Phil, was also super helpful as well. Would def do business with them again. They even delivered the car to my job, full tank and all!

Had a great experience with them. Bought a used car. The description, price and condition was accurate. They took the time to help me get the best rate, fix a broken sunroof at no extra charge and even helped me get to and from the dealer! Thanks Sean and NG! I would recommend auto x change plus they have an awesome showroom of fun cars and nice team!

Just got done working with Josh on sales and did a really good job answering my question and such. Phil was able to get me to the price number I wanted and very happy with the over all experience. If your reading this review read the rest of them and understand that not everyone is going to be happy with their experience, I am very happy and will do business with Auto XChange again.

If there was a way to provide a negative rating on here I would. What started off as a great experience has ended with absolute resentment for a business that lies and does business the way Sam Lin does with the people at this dealership.I purchased a 2008 Maserati that was supposed to be in good shape, had a limited 30 day warranty and verbal agreement that would fix or buy out the car, with attached phone recordings. And they still have not fixed my car.Initially the car was a trade in from John, one of the salesman that works at the dealership. While speaking to that salesman about the car I asked if there was anything wrong with it and the salesman, John, just kind of chuckled and said no man nothing at all. Well that turned out to be a lie.As I opened the hood of the car I noticed that the coolant reservoir had been replaced. I asked about it and they said that it had a crack in it and they replaced it. I should have thought more about this than I did, as I have a1964 Ford Thunderbird that has the original coolant bag in it and hasn't needed replacing yet.I had the car for about 3 days or so when it over heated and I had to have AutoXchange tow the car back to the shop for "repairs". I got it back about a week later and after the 4th day, it over heated again, and was taken back to the shop. Its has been in a state of "repair" ever since I have purchased the car in 2019. I have literally driven it less than three weeks total in that time.After a couple weeks of calling about the repair they told me that the car needed a new motor, I said fine and asked if it was a new motor, they lied and said yes. Turns out it was a used motor, new to that car and had a "variator" or camshaft issue. Not only did they put in a motor that doesn't belong in that car they put the cut out a structural brace and tried to reweld it. Originally the car came with a 4.2 "blue head" engine. They put in a 4.7 "red head" but didn't replace the ECU, which will cause problems and they didn't replace the cooling system which you can see from some of the videos sent by Kyle at the Maserati / Ferrari dealership in New Jersey @ WideWorldMaserati, and he's mentioning the swollen hoses. They are swollen because the coolant system on a 4.2 isn't made for the extra pressures of the 4.7.So, anyway back to the car when it was in Hawaii. I was told by Earl, the guy that was handling my car issue for AutoXchange, that the car had been fixed and was ready to ship to me in New Jersey. When it arrived, I heard the same noise that it made when I dropped it off at Auto Xchange. I knew they lied again and had not fixed the car. I called Earl back, very upset and he said they would have it sent to a dealership here in New Jersey and have them fix it. Since then, Kyle has provided an estimate to Earl and myself. Since that time Earl has stopped taking my calls and no one from the dealership will respond. I have tried repeatedly to reach out to the owner Sam Lin, who owns the dealership and the first repair shop they took it to in order to "fix" it called Dynamic Motorsports.I have been lied to multiple times. Not only have they continuously lied to me they even tried to sell the car twice while in was in their shop supposedly getting repaired! I have the Carfax to prove it! They tried to sell it to buy me out of the car and Im sure would have found a way to lie about that as well. They told me the car was fixed before I authorized them to ship the car from Hawaii to here in New jersey, at my expense and once it got here I could see that it hadn't even been worked on. While they had it they swapped the motor out with the wrong motor and destroyed a structural brace that now makes the car unsafe to drive.I purchased the car in Hawaii while there for work and now I'm living in New Jersey. I have been dealing with this since the end of 2019.

I recently had the pleasure of upgrading my old car here at Auto X-Change. Ryan and Shaun are the best and they really helped me with the entire process!! Ryan reminded me that we need to treat ourselves from time to time so, that got me behind the wheel of my first luxury vehicle!! I had a great first experience there and I'm sure one day I will be back!! Highly recommend this place!! Thanks guys for all you help and great conversations!! I'll see you next time!!

The staff at Auto X-Change were amazing! Shortly after purchasing our vehicle, I informed Sean Kohagura, of an issue I was dealing with. The customer service was outstanding and promptness to make sure that everything was in order and taken cared of exceeded my expectations, I was very impressed. Purchased a 2018 BMW 330i from salesman Shaun early July 2023. I got a price within my budget and in record time. There were a few issues (i.e., cracked front windshield, replace tint, passenger air bag sensor, coolant reservoir and sensor) that needed to be taken care of, at no extra charge. John Cron, was so kind to assist me in getting those issues scheduled for repair and provided me with a loaner too. He was very patient, understanding and kept me informed throughout the process. Repairs were completed within a week s time. I will be recommending friends and family to Auto XChange.

I needed an affordable car for my daughter who just moved on island. They had a very large number of options for her to choose from. They found a nice car that she liked and were willing to work with her to help make it work in her budget.

I was sold Audi A7 and not even a day into having the car the suspension would not inflate and the car sat for two weeks . After the Auto xchange came to a conclusion that it would be better to take me the car and put me in a 2015 650i bmw I test drove the vehicle and things seems ok after signing paperwork and driving off the lot I out the lights to auto and a warning popped up saying that the head light had a malfunction so I immediately hit up the sales person and they spoke with the manager and they said they would fix the issue for me without a cost because they knew they sold me the car with a jacked up head light . The next day the check engine light came on and they and took the car in they told me that it was module and that they would fix all my issues free of cost I would call for months and they would say they still waiting on the parts . Fast forward it s time for me to PCS and now I can t ship my car with the check engine light on which been on for 6 months so I reach out again and was told there s nothing they could do for me because the people who promise that they would fix my issue no longer work there but no worries the crooks basically did what they did before and reset my check engine so that I can ship the car got to GA took it to bmw and they found 5 things other than the jacked up head light wrong with the car I paid $700 in diagnosis only these people should not be in business they are getting over not only on people but service members they should be ashamed of themselves

Horrible. Found out they Sold me a car the same day they got it from previous owner. They let me off the lot without its safety done also. Was expired a year ago. (Didn t know I shouldn t have bought it without the safety,since other states doesn t really do that) Also car was inop after 2 months of driving it. Had to take it back to them to replace the battery & charge me $900+. After 2 weeks it was inop again because it was the steering lock, not battery related.

Super friendly staff!! Their show room features many top end models, definitely check them out if you're shopping for a vehicle. Ask for Dave, he's an auto X-Pert and patiently showed me all the features of the car I was looking at as we took it around the area. Great overall experience!

Excellent Customer service and Top notch Vehicles! My salesman, Paul, and the manager Sean went over and beyond for me when they found out. I had no transportation when I got on the island because of a mixup with my job relocation they actually let me drive the Mercedes until my financing and the paperwork came through from the mainland. I absolutely recommend them!!

In October 2021, my son bought a 2018 Volkswagen Jetta SE from Auto X-Change Inc for approximately $19,900 plus taxes and fees. Auto X-Change Inc provided a clear title and NO evidence of any significant damage to the vehicle.Recently he tried to sell the vehicle and was advised by a local dealership the Carfax report states there s Structural Damage to the vehicle. CCONFIRMED! The entire Carfax does show this damage was reported on July 21, 2021. The Carfax report shows the vehicle was then purchased by Auto X-Change Inc on July 26, 2021.This means Auto X-Change Inc knew the vehicle had structural damage and didn t disclose this information to my son (the buyer), to Pentagon Federal Credit Union (the Lien Holder), or to Geico (the insurance company). FRAUD!My son made four attempts to contact Auto X-Change Inc, once by email, and three times by phone. He received a hostile gentleman on the first call, a voicemail on the second call, and gave my call back number on the third call. This is not only a safety concern but it s fraud. FRAUD!!!

I just wanted to express my Thanks! to NG, and Josh for such a great car-buying experience at Auto X Change. Initially speaking with Josh whose professionalism, thorough knowledge, and patience in understanding my automobile needs. Once I decided on a vehicle of my choice Josh and I took a test drive where Josh fully explained the history of the car to me, including but not limited to performance, cost, availability and financing. I was sold on the vehicle after the test drive and speak with Josh. I was introduced to NG then to discuss financing. I again was pleasantly impressed with how NG, Josh, and the staff at Auto X Change have a uniform approach to customer satisfaction. NG provided financing options and was genuine in confirming my absolute satisfaction with the vehicle I chose. NG communicated the full lifestyle of the financing process and was transparent about what to expect. I made the purchase and was extremely impressed with my buying experience at Auto X Change. All,Just based on my experience with this dealership, I do not suggest buying anything. The short story is that this organization lies about their cars, does not know the details of the cars they are selling, and only wants to make a profit. They are willing to work for you if they have the cars available or are able to use their mechanic to fix the issues rather than give you your money back. I feel cheated by the owner and his staff. This organization lack business ethics and was quick to give me cards to promote their business to other military members.Long story, I purchased a 2015 BMW, and the organization was quick to sell, dropping the price by 2,000 (26,000 originally). I purchased the car as is and included a clean title. However, after a 20ish mile drive, there was smoke permeating from the hood. I inquired the matter to the seller and was told oil remnants was the cause. After 4 days of owning the vehicle, the same issue was occurring. I immediately took the vehicle to a mechanic and was told the smoke is due to a missing gasket. They would need a month to 3 months to fix the issue. I immediately drove to the dealer, and worked out getting a new car with the owner. I was told at first that I would need to pay an extra $1500 for the newer car, but I told them no chance. I was then given an 2016 BMW for the same price as the 2015. After a week elapsed with the second car in my possession, I inquired about registration. I was previously told that everything included the registration would be taken care of by them. After I reached out, inquiring about the registration and inspection, I was told I needed to go to their mechanic for inspection then drop off the documents and non-resident form to the office. This was my breaking point, and told the dealer I did not want this car. The dealer told me to contact his financial manager, who was expecting my call. Upon my conversation with him, he offered me one free service at their mechanics shop. The cordial convo went sideways upon this offering. I told him that I didn t want the car anymore and told them to take it back. He pulled the signed contract gig and said you can sell it back to us if we want to buy it. I inquired about this and have received zero response.

5 stars isn t enough so here is 5 more for a total of 10 out of 10 for my boy Ryan and Shawn. I ve had the pleasure of buying 2 cars from Ryan and 1 from Shawn. They will do anything they can to get you behind the wheel of your dream car and can proudly say never led me wrong. Honesty, Respect, Honor just a few of the qualities that will surround your experience when working with them. I could write a book on the positivity these guys radiate, but I will do you one better and tell you this ~ give them a call and have a conversation with them about what you want and let them work their expertise.

last week I was in the market of a luxury car. I searched Facebook marketplace and came upon a Mercedes-Benz E3 50. I messaged the dealership and with quick response they answered all my questions online first thing the following morning the sales person Ryan made a phone call to me ask me a few questions ended up heading down there after work he made my buying experience the best I have ever had in any dealership. I ve purchased many cars from many different dealerships this dealership by far has been the best. The next night I went to work and mentioned to my coworkers that I just purchased a car from auto x-change one of my coworkers went 2days later and purchased his Audi and had the best experience with Ryan as well. I would totally recommend this dealership and my sales person Ryan to my family and friends. Aloha and have a great day

Ryan gets 5 stars because he deserves it. He helped me purchase my 2018 Audi A4 Quattro Tech Premium Plus; the best car I ve ever owned. I came in and he was very helpful and gave me space and room to view vehicles I was interested in without being pushy and trying to shove a sale down my throat. I will definitely call him up on my next shopping spree.

Really happy with Ryan and Shaun at Auto XChange. I went in to view another car but it was already sold. I saw a different one that caught my eye (2015 Mercedes GLK350 4-Matic) and because those have very good reviews, I gave it a serious look and ended up buying it instead. The guys were very transparent; they provided the vehicle history and maintenance records for the work they did, and hooked me up with better than expected financing. The car itself is in nice shape, runs great and is exactly what I needed for my two professions. I'll buy another one from them in two years.

Had an amazing car buying experience. Zero pressure to buy something you don t really want. That s the best part. They do a great job at figuring out what s best for you. Sean was superb with showing me the full inventory on to lots of he had to. I test made it seem like he had all the time in the world. When we finally found something they did everything to get the numbers right where I wanted them. I definitely recommend them to everyone I meat.

Place is great. They have great selection of cars. Just make sure you check everything about the car before any purchase. My experience here was great especially with Ryan Shinjo. If you do check this place out make sure you look for him. This guy will do everything he can to get you what you need and you re looking for. His customer service for someone doing a sale is exceptional.

I was on the market for an m4 and happen they had one so Ryan showed me the car took it on a test drive I did not have a question because Ryan had all the knowledge in the car business he knows his cars by heart I just wanna say thank you for having a hard worker like him looking forward to buying another vehicle soon

First let me start this review by saying there aren't enough stars in the world to do this dealership, and its employees half the justice it deserves. Shaun (Manager) finally a car dealership manager who actually cares and LISTENS when you talk. Went in for a Bentley Continental GT, but I told Shaun I have actually always wanted a Mercedes S Class, and just so happens they had one in stock. What makes a great salesman is someone who actually listens, and Shaun was very honest about how he felt I would like the S class better for reasons that actually would benefit ME and not just the dealership. Cmon, any car salesman would keep laser focused on the Bentley, because well it's a bentley. I owned a 06 flying spur so it wasn't just randomly going at it. I left with the Benz S Class, and it is the best car I have ever seen, driven, and I am so glad Shaun actually listened and cared. Next Sean (Sales Consultant, who actually is a car wizard) is seriously the best car salesman hands down and I say that because I have never been assisted by any salsman in any field that has the knowledge he does when it comes to what they're selling. In his case I guarantee he knows every single year, make, and model of every car brand that ever existed. A living car owners manual. Don't believe me, go ahead and pay him a visit if you're in the market for a new car. You wont regret it. I still text/call him if I have a question on my vehicle I purchased and I will get a reply faster than opening the manual itself or doing a google search. Lastly, Finance Manager, Ng. This guy turned water into wine. For someone with a couple of tickets (sorry) and who got turned away by almost every single car insurance company. Even the unknown ones in the mainland. After meeting with Ng, I walked, or should I say drove out the dealership with FULL COVERAGE insurance, at a tremendous rate. Lets just say the guy is too damn good at what he does. I will say it again if you don't believe me, like I mentioned . IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW OR USED CAR GO TO AUTO X CHANGE AND SEE SHAUN, SEAN, and NG, and then you can write your 5 star yelp and/or google review, because the service was that damn good, you wouldn't be able to help yourself from doing so.

Greatest car buying experience!Don t believe all the negative reviews. Ryan Shinjo was very helpful with our first Mercedes-Benz purchase and there was no pressure on buying the vehicle. Shaun the finance manager was quick and thorough with the paperwork.I will be back to buy another car from these guys!Big Mahalos to Autoxchange Hawaii
