Best service ever! My tire blew causing me run into a curb and destroy my rim. I called up Nelson who sent over a tow truck to pick up the van first thing in the morning. I received a call a few hours later that my van would be done in a couple of hours and would be ready for pick. The rim was replaced along with the damage control arm. The vehicle runs perfectly. I was able to make all of my appointments today while the van was being repaired. Easiest thing I did all weekend. Big Mahalo to Nelson and the auto squad for the awesome customer service and customer experience. Can't recommend these guys enough!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

My husband is an electrical contractor who was hired to do work on their new shop(COMING SOON!!). He noticed that the environment was different from other shops he has worked in. Starting from the top to bottom, Nelson and his crew are a new breed of auto professionals. Not only were they courteous and honest with the many clients that they have, they were the same way with each other. My husband noticed that they were patient with each other during repair issues, especially complex ones. All ideas and suggestions were evaluated, and no idea was laughed at unless it was meant to be funny. Morale is strong, and respect, integrity, experience, and knowledge are things that strong leadership nurtures and instills as values. My husband does not give credit where it is not due, so it has to be a special place. Try Auto Squad and see what industry leaders like Nelson are cultivating to provide the best to us all. Dropped off my truck to repair the clutch bracket. Three months ater Ansen calls me back saying that my truck had to get outThey needed the space. So they billed me$700.00 . My truck clutch bracket was not complete. I trusted Ansen to take care of my truck . Got a bill of $700.00 and a truck with no clutch repair done. Shame on Auto Squad for not completing my truck and slapping me with a700.00 bill for a job that's not done. So I had pay the bill because they were going to put mechanic lean on my truck. Thinking that I couldn't or wouldn't pay.Regrets for ever trusting Auto SquadTHEY SUCK.

I signed up for the auto care bronze membership at $69 a month and I sure glad I did. The membership program provides you with really good service features available only to members. In the short 3 months that Ive been a member I have been able to take advantage of the following benefits.1. Free safety inspection. I had to renew my registration so the free safety inspection came in very handy for renewal.2. Free synthetic oil changes. Ive gotten 2 so far.3. Free towing. My water pump broke and I needed to be towed from Kapolei to town and it didnt cost me a dime.4. Free alignment. My alignment was in bad shape and due to the membership program I was able to get my alignment free. A value of $150.5. Free car wash. After the service was completed my car was delivered to me cleaned inside and out.6. They have this feature called RAM credits meaning you get disounted labor rates when you bring your car in for service. i brought my Mazda 3 in as the waterpump broke. The mechnics time was free due to the RAM credits and I paid for parts only.If your looking to get value out of the membership autocare membership is the way to go. Certified mechanics, friendly office staff and you back on the road quickly.Thank you Auto Squad and Auto Care. I am very happy I signed on for the membership.

Auto Squad was nothing short of helpful and patient. My AC has been broken for over a year, something about a cracked something, (i have no idea im a 23 year old girl lol) and since it was quoted 3 grand to repair it, i took it to auto squad. Alex and Ansen charged my ac and replaced the fluid, getting my ac running below 60�. they made sure I knew this wasnt going to be a permanent fix, but this was months ago and its still running cold for summer. i appreciate how quick and kind all the staff were, including everyone at the front desk. This is now my go to spot!

I had an outstanding experience with Auto Squad and highly recommend them to anyone needing to service their vehicle!My car broke down and after finding Auto Squad on Google Maps, I gave them a call. They sent their tow truck out immediately and began troubleshooting my car the same day. They called to give me frequent updates on their findings, parts needed, estimated costs, and estimated completion time. I feel they were extremely thorough and honest! Trevor, one of the employees, even picked me up from home in my vehicle to bring me back to their shop to settle the bill. Auto Squad is located in the Regal building, first door on the right.Auto Squad provided me with amazing customer service, has expert mechanics and technicians, and was extremely thorough and honest with their repairs. I will definitely use them again in the future for my automotive repairs (hopefully I won t need too many!)

I was recommended to this shop to help with my older luxury car for diagnosis and repair. Their experience and expertise helped with a quick diagnosis. Looking forward to bringing any repairs needed in the future. From seeing all the cars in the shop, they can fix just about any make of vehicle especially high end specialty cars.
