Andy s is the only motorcycle shop I d trust. They always try to fit me into their busy schedule and are honest about prices. The overall bike servicing and new tires I got from them a year ago were great, and a recent repair by Andy was fantastic.

Found them using Google maps and used previous reviews..So very happy I did. Friendly beyond words. Not only did they happen to have exactly what I've been searching for a month for, but loaned me the tools to install right there.Wouldn't even accept my attempt to over pay. I was just so grateful to find a helmet box that I could try before buying.I mentioned my birthday had just past and it just opened up even more aloha!I will be returning to them first and foremost before searching elsewhere for any of my needs!Stop in and say hello to the awesome family dogs if for no other reason. :')

I am a retiring military officer with 21 years of honorable service in the Navy. I asked to be a part time helper at Andys Motorcycle Shop for both experience and to make a little bit of extra money. I have no experience in a shop and was looking forward to learning.Andy is quite frankly one of the worst human beings I ve ever encountered, my belief system wants to believe in the best intent in everyone , instead I left (while on the job ), which I have never done. He s a sad and angry individual who I pity.As far as his business ethics go, he has no work ethic or respect for customers , he routinely talks down to them I urge you to take your business elsewhere. Your respect and money is too valuable to waste on someone without baseline emotional intelligence and compassion /respect for others .

Went in for a flat tire. He had told me to come at 12, but when I got there he was working on changing a minor part on a friends bike and didn t touch mine until 2. Finally finished mine around 3 but at that time another friend came in carrying a tire. He left my bike on the stand, went and worked on his friends tire for another 10/15 minutes. When confronted about why he wouldn t finish my bike before doing another customer, even though the work was done and mine was just on the stand making me wait, he said That s not how I operate and continued chatting with friend #2. The whole time he was extremely short, constantly interrupting answers to things he had asked, etc. I will ask the corner crackheads to fix anything motorcycle related before going there ever again. By the way, his shop is not located where it says on google, but he never mentioned that when I had called ahead of time. Terrible business, extremely unprofessional, the only reason there is even 1 star is I had a good chat with another customer while waiting.

Had the rear tire on hand for my touring motorcycle and replaced it on the same day with no appointment. Also assisted with troubleshooting a sticky throttle. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be bringing my motorcycle back when it needs work.

Tried for months to be level headed and ended up getting cussed out for being patient and understanding.Andy had my bike for 5 months for a fairly simple job after I got rear-ended on the H-1. I gave him plenty of time, never even checking in for the first two months. Called a couple times over the next three months and he always told me the same thing, that the bike would be ready in a week or two and always a new excuse. My favorite was "I wasn't working on it because I thought you were on vacation" because I told him I was fine with waiting an extra week to get the bike back completely done instead of waiting and returning it after a part came in.After another couple weeks, I came in and he told me he'd have it ready my Friday and that he'd call me. It was about half an hour before he closes, so I gave him a call just to check and see if I should still be expecting it. He didn't answer, so I figured he was busy and I'd just drop in real quick for a ten second conversation to see if I should be expecting the bike that day or not. When I got there, he came up to my car and said "I said I'd call you, didn't I? This is the problem, I tell people I'll call them and instead they come here and waste my time. Now instead of working on your bike, I have to waste my time talking to you."He then proceeded to cuss me out and ranted for a good five minutes until he stormed off, ignoring me.After picking up the bike, I genuinely felt unsafe because of his anger towards me and how it might have affected the work he did. I also had to bring a friend with me to pick up the bike because I felt unsafe coming back to shop alone. But nothing happened when I picked up the bike and so far it seems that the bike is in good operating condition.Big mahalos, AndyLooking forward to your sarcastic response that you've already given the other low star reviews.

Andy s motorcycle shop in my experience is one of the best shops here on island. When I started riding the other year I shopped around to find a honest and fair priced shop. After calling around and experiencing another shop I found Andy s. He gave me his very blunt straight forward expert advice on the services I was needing (which I appreciate), tires, a bent shifter etc. Andy even went to the extent of doing a service free of charge. Simple service but when most people look for any reason to upcharge. He did not. That earned my trust and my business.Great customer service!Getting tires on my 2021 R1 done as we speak. Called, got the quote, rolled up this morning and took me right in. I even overheard him while on the call squeeze a last minute customer in and thanked him for his service I believe he was serving in our armed services. Andy is a solid guy!

So I believe in Supporting local small businesses. Cause I m a small business owner myself.Called Andy s for a price on a front tire, said he had one left in stock. He set it aside and took me in the very next day! Fair prices! He double checked my inner structure of the rim and spokes to make sure it was in good conditions Explained extra knowledge about my bike to me! He s simply a great genuine guy! He even got my wheel done in a matter of minutes. I was in and out!! I will definitely be back. Mahalo Andy! Wish you the best.

People recommended Andy's to me on FB. Called him up little after 1pm, asked him for tires and if he does walk-ins. He took me in before they were starting to close shop for the day (little bit before 4pm).Had a nice chat and you can tell he had a passion for bikes.Definitely will bring my bike back for tires again and for a chain and sprocket install.

I used to be Andy s regular customer. I spent over $1000 on his services. I believe the quality of his work is not the same as it was before . As of today , he is understaffed and he is not doing great job anymore. Andy is not doing appointments the first come, first served rule is supposed to be in place . However, Andy himself violates this rule. On 07/01, I stoped by Andy s shop to fix my bike. I was first in line and I expected to be serviced first. I waited for 8 hours and Andy literally wasted my time. He prioritised other customers who came after me . Andy didn t tell me that he couldn t service my bike , he didn t tell me to come next day, he just didn t care. When I inquired about why other people were given priority, he got mad and returned me my bike back . Andy inconvenienced me and he didn t even try to fix he situation. Normally , if you run a business and you somehow inconveniences your customer, you would try your best to make things right. It looks like Andy is not aware about this basic rule . Guys , Andy can change a tire / oil ..but he be aware that you will his least priority , if you need real repair that requires knowledge/ skills and time. Also, Andy provides bad customer service. He gets angry very easy and he doesn t know how to talk nicely to his customers. Conclusion: if you need to change oil / tire , you can try your chances and hire Andy. However, I would not recommend you to deal with Andy, if you need to diagnose and repair your bike .

Andy's is the best place I've found on the island. He is customer driver and eager to do what he can to provide great service! They are super busy over there but will always do what they can to get you in and out same day. If you have a job that will take a while, recommend you drop off and pick up later (or schedule a legit appointment). You can trust Andy and his crew with your bike.2014 HD Dyna Street Bob had tires installed, brakes flushed and pads changed, and new spark plugs installed... Prices are hard to beat as he will compete with any other offer to win your business.

Andy's the man. He help me out with getting a new tire on my bike in no time and was extremely informative and kind. Not exactly sure why there are many poor reviews but my experience was great and I plan on returning when the time comes.

If you want to be talked down to with extreme attitude, this is your guy! Bottom line, take your business elsewhere. Read below if you want to be entertained on my engagement.I called Andy the day before, stating I needed my new motorcycle tires mounted on the wheels, no dismounting of old tires required. He was polite and said too easy, about $35 a tire. So I showed up the next day, went in his office by mistake because I didn't see the customer window and was told to go to the window, no issues. I said Hey, I spoke to you yesterday about mounting new tires. He said no, wasn't me. Ok, no problem. The guy I spoke to told me to bring them in today. He said with attitude, where are that? I replied, in my car. Well, go get them then. I should have walked out right then. But I gave him a chance and brought them in. As I was returning with the 2nd trip, I again stated, ya so, the guy I talked to yesterday, was then interrupted with that was me. So, why did you just lie and say you didn't talk to me on the phone? He then asks while looking at my rear wheel rotor, is this a right side? I replied they're non directional tires and immediately he starts go off like an idiot. Needless to say I grabbed my wheels and tires and said I don't need your service. His response was you think you're smarter than me as I continued to walk out while he grabbed my last wheel on the ground and tossed it out of his garage. This dude has serious attitude issues. The customer is apparently not right and he obviously doesn't need paying customers. A real POS!

I called to see if they had the tires I needed in stock and to get an idea of how much it would cost to purchase them and have them installed. Needless to say I don't think they wanted my business. The employee on the phone was extremely rude and refused to give me a quote for both ride in and bringing in just the wheels even though he asked which I preferred. Being a small business owner myself I always place my customer or prospective customers first and treat them with respect. That was not my experience with this shop unfortunately. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is easily the best shop I've ever been to. The customer service is truly exceptional. I'm usually apprehensive when taking my bike in for repairs, but even as a new customer Andy made me feel like a long time friend. If you want to pay inflated prices, feel unimportant and be disappointed with the work, go visit another shop. But if you want prices that are fair, quality work and service with aloha, Andy's Motorcycle Shop is the pace to go.

They were quick to help me out with getting my bike serviced with new brake fluid and a new rear tire. All the work was done within a half hour. The staff was professional and very helpful. It is especially important to note that this level of quality service was provided while they were in the middle of moving to a new location. They have certainly earned my business as a future returning customer!

Andy is very personable and was super helpful with working with me and my bike individually. I felt he genuinely cared for the well being of my bike, ensuring not only customer satisfaction but my safety as well. I was immediately helped and I look forward to working with Andy for anything my bike needs in the future.

Visited a week ago for new tires. Excellent customer service and these guys know what they are doing. No complaints about Andy's, best price I've found, and great to chat with. A+ for customer service, as you will find out when you call!

Amazing Service! My front brake wasn't working and they worked me in right away and got it fixed on the spot. I have an older model and it is often hard to get parts or even to find someone willing to work on it. They were able to improvise to make the parts they had work. Fixed my horn too. Had the parts in stock. They noticed my starter wasn't working and fixed it at no cost. I was very impressed with their knowledge and experience and the personal attention to detail. Great job guys! Thanks. I will be back!

Andy was very helpful with my tire problem and even when it was closing time. He also took time to educate me on what to look for on my tires.

Andy is always willing to take the time to explain things to me so I can make the best decision on my bike that fits my desires. His shop has always been there when I needed to get my bike back up and running. To me, Andy is more than just a motorcycle shop owner/mechanic, almost akin to family with the way he carries himself. Extremely trustworthy in my book. Highly recommend, just keep in mind he gets pretty busy so best to go down there and speak face to face, and he will make time for you plus it helps him to actually see your bike to figure out what may be ailing your baby.

Hard to find good shops when moving so often. I've been to 4 different shops on the island and Andy's is the best when it comes to labor cost and work. I havent tried comparing all the parts prices with everyone else but it's safe to say his shop is the best. I got an amazing deal on a set of tires and when I told another shop how much I got them for they thought I was lying. If you are tired of getting told what you dont want to hear, and feel like you aren't getting a great deal, just call Andy and you will know that's the shop to go to. I was speechless the first time I talked to him on the phone.

I had access to my own personal shop before coming to the island so i was not use to paying for shop fees, labor, etc. I knew things were going to be more expensive on the island but i was not expecting the prices i was being given by most shops. Andy worked with me and gave me a really great deal on the tires i needed and he actually had them on hand. I rode in and rode out in about an hour. the staff is friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I'm not going to stay on island forever but while I'm here Andy's MC shop will be my go to.

They came highly recommended and now I know why, this place rocks. They are very friendly and was willing to listen to my description of the issue and addressed my concerns. I did some comparison shopping before chose Andy's, most other places won't even touch older bikes. Andy's did not even bat an eye and they were able to diagnose and fix my 1982 Honda Goldwing...

Extremely helpful, amazing prices, and even stayed open for an extra 20 min while I rushed from the other side of the island to buy 10WT fork oil so I could finish an upgrade. Thanks Andy!!! I ll definitely come back when I need anything!

Was recommended here by my brother. Service to my bike was unbelievably quick. Prices are definitely unmatched, but even with low prices you get quality work from Andy and his crew. Will surely be back for all my motorcycle needs. Thanks Andy for the great service!

Recommend by my coworker to see Andy and glad I listened. The guy knows his stuff and goes the extra mile to meet your bike needs. I'm having a hard time remembering a place, in my 30 plus years on this Earth, where I have gotten better customer service. Will be going back for sure if not only because of the reasonable prices but to return the loyalty.

Love Andy's!! I took my bike there to get an oil change originaly per recommendation of a friend. They not only did the standard oil change but also changed my foot pegs free of charge (I had the new ones with me). Very reasonable price. This time, I had to get a timing adjustment. The receiptionist called me and said "Andy wants to talk with you, hold on." He got on the phone and asked me very detailed questions to help diagnose the problem. He took my bike out again to ride it and has a detailed report waiting for me when I go to pick it up tomorrow. The staff is great - local so you do have to understand that - but great. They take very good care of your vehicle. The are slightly difficult to find the first time (hence the lowered appeal) but are awesome. They do have two dogs that hang about during the day but both dogs are friendly as all get out. I highly, highly recommend Andy's (especially after going to several other places on island).
