Tried to schedule an appointment with Ashton. After my calls haven't been answered or returned for 2 days. I finally texted him thank you but you don't seen reliable and I don't want to work with you. He finally replied and said, "I don't feel like working with you either because you seem like an idiot." Super rude when I was very patient in trying to get my window done. 0 stars. Would not recommend to anyone.

I called needing my windshield repaired. Gave me a lower price from when I called around. He was also able to schedule same day. He met me near my job was prompt and fast.. even had a warranty!!

His communication is great, he showed up early and got straight to work was in and out in 45 minutes and my new windshield fit perfect with no issues and a good seal. 100% recommend also gave me a cheaper quote than his competitors. Don t think about it if you need a windshield just call aloha auto glass.Service: InstallationService: Installation

After an unfortunate incident and a smashed rear window for a 10 year old car. I contacted insurance and the big names, they all quoted me my deductible or for the part alone $1700.I gave Aloha Mobile Glass a call after a week of dealing with insurance and getting no where.He answers he has the window in stock says he can be there in an hour. Window installed stellar work and unbelievably time efficient and his prices at least in my circumstance shocked me compared to competitors.After two weeks of a nightmare, he solved the issue within two hours of me giving him a call.Can't reccomend his services enough.Mahalo again Aloha Mobile! I called for one of my customers who needed help. He was busy & I told him my buddy really needed the help.Ashton was in town & showed up in Kailua in 1 hour. He gave us a great price & did the job in 35 minutes.He professionally removed the window, removed the old rubber, cleaned all the surfaces &installed the new windshield & the new rubber.Great guy, Great service!Thank you Ashton @ Aloha Mobile Auto Glass.

Ashton came to my house was able to replace my windshield very quickly. Has alot of experience and did a better job getting the fitment done right vs the last shop that did it. And the best part of all it was the right price. I've honestly got a good deal out of this one thanks Ashton.

Ashton came to my place of work to replace my windshield. He arrived early, it took him less than 40 minutes to complete everything, and he was super helpful and patient in answering all my annoying questions about how windshield replacements work and why the hell Hawaii law makes you replace your windshield even for small cracks. Also, when I first called and left a message with him, he got back to me within 15 minutes, and he also replied to my texts immediately when I had questions about payment. I was also happy to find out after he finished and gave me an invoice that the install comes with a lifetime warranty.Just as a reference, I was originally referred to Ace Auto Glass, who I'm told does a great job and has excellent customer service, but it wasn't feasible for me to drop my car off before work and pick it up later that day. They also quoted me $20 more than Ashton charged me. So if you are looking for convenience, a good price, and great service, I'd say you can't go wrong with Ashton!

AMAZING SERVICE...Ive used Ashton twice, on my lifted truck, and 4 door luxury sedan. He came out same day to take care of my truck and on scheduled time to do my other vehicle. He is prompt and professional, provides a warranty, gets back to you with quick replies via text/and or call, and is CHEAPER than the competition. This is my first review on yelp or Google reviews, and it's because it's much deserved...this guy does a great job and there is nothing negative to say about his operation. This review is completely unsolicited, in hopes that everyone that reads this and supports local business before the "other guys"....keep up the great work and service braddah Ashton/ Aloha Mobile Auto Glass!

Asked if he could fix my window while I was at work and Ashton was on time and replaced my back glass with one I provided. His service is quick and he did an excellent job, seals, fitment and all. Highly recommend, si yu us ma �se Ashton

I RECOMMEND YOU go to Ashton for a fast respond and last min fix on your auto glass I tell you he was really the best I don t know what I would have done im was stuck in a problem and didn t know anything about cars or where to get it fix but he was really the best at communicating and letting me know the price and there is a warranty for my replacement and could do it on the same day which was really nice, helpful for a fast service when nobody else could see me till the next day which I really needed it done on the same day which I really do appreciate it a lot it saved me big timeMuch Mahalo for the help Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement
