We had a great experience here twice! We bought our Jeep from them back in October of 2020 and it was a great deal and easy transaction.We loved our Jeep and when it was time for us to move we decided to sell it back. Stephen assisted us when we took it in and he was great to work with. Friendly, easygoing, and incredibly fair. I highly recommend them for buying AND selling(Stephen, I still think you should buy the Jeep to take your dog around the island!)

So fortunate to have such an awesome team! Left with a car 1 hour later. Jacob was able to pull up the car I saw on the website and it looks better in person! Car was much bigger too. They offer local financing that s below market. They also work on the cars themselves. They were efficient when it came to working with my bank. They handled everything for me.

I was dreading going to a dealership to buy my first car after doing a lot of research on the car I wanted and watching videos on how to negotiate prices with car dealers. I made an appointment and when I arrived I met with Jesse. He was very welcoming, helpful and had the car ready to inspect and go over its features. There was no rush and he allowed me to take my time to check every inch and answered any questions I had. The next person I spoke to was Ryan who assisted with pricing and financing the vehicle. I had a pre-approved loan that he looked at and even assisted with trying to get a lower rate that was offered to me. When going over the pricing of the vehicle they didn't try to add any kind of services or extra fees and all they cared about was trying to help you get the car car you wanted. Everyone here at Aloha Auto Depo were very nice, friendly, helpful, straight forward and very easy to work with. They truly care about trying to get you in the car you want and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be coming back to see Jesse and Ryan for another vehicle in the future.

Fastest car buying experience I ve ever had. We love our Honda Pilot! Although you have to make an appointment beforehand it allows for a personal experience. I was able to see two vehicles, test drive the one I liked, go over financing, and be done with the purchase within 3 hours total. Jesse and Ryan are great guys! Lots of Aloha in their service. They detailed the car and did the warranty inspection too :)

Very easy process. We were pre-approved through our bank and were able to put a deposit down to have Aloha Auto Depot reserve the truck for us. Once we got our check from our bank all the paperwork was really quick. Friendly service from everyone all around.

Out of the 5 cars I've bought over the years in different places, this was by far the best experience I've ever had. From the start, Stephen was incredibly kind, helpful, low pressure, and patient (including staying well over an hour past closing while I was being indecisive). He even took the time to help me get a software update for Apple CarPlay which wasn't an easy feat, and was responsive and flexible through the entire process. Everyone I interacted with at Aloha was friendly and helpful, and I ended up with the perfect car for me for a great deal. The open air showroom / office is a nice plus for the fresh island air. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to buy another car so I can go spend more time there!

I am a repeat customer for a reason. Just picked up this super unique, sporty, reliable Japanese SUV thanks to Keala at Aloha Auto Depot.Right-hand drive, 4x4, super-low miles, and an unbelievably friendly experience.They were very fair with my trade-in too!Highly recommend these guys for your used car needs - they ve always got cool stuff at their lot!

They sales agents are great however the finance manager is shady, he ran my credit for a vehicle I never inquired about. I received a letter from a bank stating I applied for a vehicle I never even heard about. Go else where.

Jesse helped me with the purchase of a 2018 Kia Soul was more than happy to do it virtually because I live on another island. However, he failed to disclose that there was sun damage on the hood of the car and did nothing to compensate or resolve the issue after I received the car and saw it and contacted him about it. I also had them replace a piece of the molding that I noticed was broken when on a facetime call with them. 4 months later I am having to replace the same part because it is already cracked. Upon requesting my local body shop to replace it they found that they could not remove the piece that Aloha Auto Depot installed and I had to go to a professional glass repair place because they feared that if they removed the "gunk/putty" used would crack the windshield. I am frustrated that I am having to fix items that were part of the sales agreement or disclosed during the sales cycle. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership if you are not on Oahu and can personally inspect the car you intend to purchase.

1/2 of the reason I decided to buy my car was because I liked it. The other 1/2 is because of the customer service. Stephen was very personable and didn t make me feel uncomfortable or pressured which is so common in the car buying process. He was also very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at made suggestions about possible alternatives I may be interested in. I would definitely buy from here again!

Best customer service ive ever had purchasing a new vehicle .Stephen did everything perfect . I had some definite hurdles that i honestly figured would kill the deal but Stephen worked it like a wizard abd got me the car and the monthly payment i was looking for . I will always go back to aloha depot if i an ever in need of a new car in the future and highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for purchasing a new vehicle. Quick and painless . Then entire staff at alohaauto exceed expectations and then some . Like i said the best experience ive ever had purchasing a new ride . Thanks again brother , you are the man .

They were reasonable during negotiations when I bought my truck in 2020. 3 years later and its running great! Plus when I moved back to the mainland I needed the bill of sale for some paperwork. I lost it while moving. A few years after I bought the truck, and they were still able to find a copy and email it to me in less than a half hour.Conclusion- Good vehicle that was marketed HONESTLY.And outstanding customer service!

I went to Aloha Auto on Sunday this week and they let me know that they are currently between locations in Kalihi and kakaako. It is a transition period so they explained that it is by appointment only, and they would bring the car (I wanted to see) to my appointment the next day.I got multiple confirmation texts and calls, which seemed a little excessive for making an appointment the day before, but at least I knew for sure that they would be ready for my time. When we got there, we were greeted right away and started talking with Jesse.Our sales person Jesse was very nice and helpful. He took my drivers license photo and let us take the car for a spin. When it came to making a deal, he was very responsive to my requests so we were able to settle on a very reasonable number, since the car only had one key, and a couple dings and scratches I wanted fixed. For reference, I bought a 2016 BMW convertible, and it already had a good pricing. They gave me the deal I had asked for, as I already had gotten pre-approved for money from my bank. On top of that The dealership sent in for my tags (registration was to expire at the end of the month, so there s $350-$400 I would have had to spend) and offered me the phone number for their key guy, so I wouldn t have to get a fob made at BMW (another $500+).Also, while we were there, a woman came in and was returning a rental car. One of the dealers then drove her to the airport. I thought that was great! She said the price was very good, about $350 for the week with airport pickup and drop-off. I might look into using that for visitors that come stay with me.Before we left, one of the guys went to put a little gas in the car for us, since it was almost empty. We signed paperwork and were in and out in less than 2 hours. Probably closer to an hour. Very quick process, and nice people. I would definitely go to see them again!

I had the most memorable car buying experience at Aloha Depot. The salespersons here are genuine, honest, and upfront with their knowledge and experience. I bought a 2014 Lexus GS 450. It s clean, runs well, and priced appropriately. I highly recommend this establishment!

Keala hooked me up with a 2010 Toyota Rav 4 in August last year after I moved back home from the mainland. He was able to get me a good loan from the bank and made sure I was on the road in no time. When I had the car serviced at the shop he hooked me up with a VW Jetta for the weekend. Super stoked with Aloha Auto Depot! Mahalo nui

The purchase of my used GMC Sierra Truck was probably the best experience I ve very had purchasing a vehicle, new or used. There was absolutely no pressure from salesman (Keala) he was awesome, they fixed the issues that I found prior to purchase as they agreed they would. All together a very positive and unexpected experience compared to past dealings with car sales people, EVER. The vehicle inventory seems to be selective, so the chance of a junker being on the lot is very slim.I d give this place a 5 out of 5 for all around reasons.Mahalo Keala

Painless car buying experience. FyI the office parking is tight and the lot with all the cars is down the road right off of waiakamilo right by the big wave mural.Ryan, was great. Willing to work within our budget and help us quickly close as our children were with us. I think Paul was the other guy there helping out and just great customer service overall.Def check this place out for your car buying needs.
