Luckily I haven't had to go there in quite some years but still the best professional and quality work around then and now. Scott Tanaka did a great job with the estimate and was done in no time!

They re friendly, helpful, and professional. It was worth it to wait about two months to get it fixed, there was other places available which my insurance asked me if I don t want to wait to fix my car. Fortunately I decided to wait, they replaced my front bumper and side plus the headlight and it looks like original brand new car when you purchased. My advice is don t try the rest, because Aiea collision center the best out there.Thank you for making my car as good as brand new.

I was very satisfied with Aiea Collision, Kahai Street. From the beginning, talking and meeting with the office people, asking a question to the technician, to picking up my car, they were very cordial and considerate. Everyone there was friendly and professional.I was very satisfied with the work done replacing my front electronics in the dash was all back to working condition.I will definitely go back to Aiea Collision when I need them.Service: Body & Trim

Aiea Collision Center provided amazing body work on my truck after a minor vehicle collision. A very professional and reliable company to deal with, I felt relieved leaving my SUV in their hands! Easy to communicate with, takes extra steps to go above and beyond services and accommodates even when they are not required to. Appreciate the high quality workmanship, it s as if my SUV didn t even have the accident it was in. No need to search for another body shop ever again and let s be real the 138 5 star Google reviews say it all, this is a place you can trust with your auto needs. I was very skeptical/distrustful of getting my car worked on anywhere in Hawaii, but the reviews of this place were what ultimately won me over. And I am happy to say they were all completely correct! My car turned out absolutely gorgeous and I was impressed with the customer service and how easily they worked with my insurance. The only thing a little annoying was that it took a month to get my car in the shop, but from what I understand that's how it is across the island lately and not their fault.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I scraped my back door and took it to Aiea Collision for repair. From the very beginning, Scott was very courteous and professional. He gave me an estimate on the repair, and gave me a date when I could have it repaired. They completed the repair ahead of schedule. More importantly, they did an excellent job and perfect paint matching. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The Service is phenomenal!!! I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and my car was done in 5 hours. Initially I was told the job would take 1-2 days and Wow it was completed in just a few hours. The work is Top Notch and I recommend Aiea Collision to Everyone who needs repair work and painting!! I am very satisfied and I say to the Staff, Awesome Job!!!

They were great! I needed my car fixed asap and they made it happen. Didn t take long for them to get all of parts, a week. Then, got the car fixed soon after. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs excellent service all around. The car looks even better than it was before the collision. ;) Thank you, Aiea Collision Center.

Took awhile to get the car in, but worth the wait. Great work on the my Mustang GT. I think their Team is the best in the business. The shop was clean, all bays working but orderly and parking lot was without clutter. I was quickly greeted in the parking lot, checked off, directed to the office where they checked me in, validated my contact info and and I was on my way. Got a call within 24 hours and said the car was ready. Just as efficient getting the car back. Could not tell where the damage was and they were right on with the insurance estimate. Bring your body work here. No disappointments. Top shop for sure. Tom

Had to wait over 6 weeks for appt but I figured that must say something about the quality of work they do. Plus they were moving. New location is a little harder to get to and less convenient for me however the staff is amazingly great. Friendly happy (even after their big move) and informative. And they were quick! They had my car done early (2 days early)! The only reason I didn t give them 5 is I just got the car back and haven t had a chance to see if everything is working ok.No pressure friendly what more could a person ask for!

The costumer service here is great which I find very important. Even as a woman not knowing anything about cars, they do not patronize. The lady in the office even gave me a tip about how to pay for the damage (use a cc to get rewards points).The job on my car was well done and very quick. I only had to miss my car for 1 day.

2nd time I've had my truck repaired by Aiea Collision, both times were the other parties responsibilities. The first time the other parties insurance company was very helpful and efficient and arranged for the repair estimate and a rental car (I think very highly of this insurance company). The staff at Aiea Collision was very friendly and helpful. The second time I had to wait 3 months before getting a confirmation from this local island insurance co. Thanks to manager Scott's follow-up and his staff, it took less than 3 days to have my truck repaired. With their partnership with Enterprise rental car, the total experience was actually very pleasant, which was my experience the first time. Great Job!!Have already recommended both this company and also the insurance companies!!

Brought my vehicle here after a minor collision. From start to finish I was extremely impressed over the quality of service I recieved. The office staff was very professional, communicative, and made the entire process completely painless, including coordinating my rental car dropoff/pickup. The mechanics also did a perfect job repairing the body damage, I cant even tell where it was! The work was also performed much faster than I expected, compared to body shops I have worked with in the past. The wait time for an appointment during busy months is quite long, however its definately worth waiting for if you want the repairs done correctly.Highly recommend and will be bringing any further work I need to Scott Tanaka and his staff!

Staff friendly and helpful.Explained what I needed to know aboutmy car repairs and auto insurance.They also inquired if I needed to rent a carwhich I thought was nice of them.My car was ready sooner than expected.I am pleased with their workmanship.My car looks brand new. Mahalo!

They did a great job on my Chevy Silverado 1500 that was Tboned on the rear passenger door to the bed and rear fender well. You would never even know that panels were replaced. They finished before their estimated time. Would totally 100% recommend!!

Thank you so much for your service. Spoke with the owner and him and his team were very friendly and their service was phenomenal. I went in for an assessment appointment and it took just 10 minutes for Scott to come down, take pictures and I was on my way. I received an email with the break down costs within an hour. I made my repair appointment and Aiea Collision contacted Enterprise Rent a car and made the arrangements for a loaner. The loaner was waiting for me on the day of drop-off and when I went to pick up my truck, I just had to leave the loaner at the repair shop and Enterprise came to pick it up.My truck repairs were suppose to take 4 days and it was completed in 3.I cannot say Thank you enough times to cover my satisfaction with the work done on my truck. Aiea Collision is FANTASTIC !!!

Took my car into aiea collision through my insurance company, staff at aiea collision is very professional and does great work. My car which had minor damage was done in 3 days work was excellent and haven't had any problems yet. Staff is also very friendly, great business 5 stars

Mahalo to Scott Tanaka and his staff at Aiea Collision Center. They did an outstanding job, delivered ahead of schedule, and their price was VERY reasonable.I had a replacement body part for my vehicle that needed paint. Paint match can be tricky when there's metallic flake in the color. Not only did they match the color and flake, they also did an incredible job with the clearcoat.10/10 would recommend! I chose to get my Toyota minivan fixed at Aiea Collision because that is the place that the Toyota dealership uses. In the last year I ended up using them twice because I got hit in two separate incidents. In both cases I was not disappointed. From start to finish my experience was fantastic and my car now looks like new. One thing to note: you would think they were located in Aiea due to their name, but they are actually off of Kalihi in Sand Island. Highly recommended.

Our claim and repair was handled in a very professional manner. There was excellent coordination with our Insurance Company, repair schedule and the rental car arrangements. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs auto body repair.

Really great experience with this auto body shop. Quoted me 5 days but it ended up taking longer due to a specialty wheel we needed, but everything looked great! Good customer service and really nice managers.
