Went in for a safety inspection with no appointment. They were able to inspect the car after waiting just 15 minutes. The headlight was out, so they were able to get a replacement light in 15 minutes and install it for $30 - parts and labor. Overall, very quick and efficient service.

Scheduled an appointment for an analysis and see if my AC can get repaired. Dropped off my car and the worker said it ll take 3 hours. Waited 2 hours, came back to check on the car. Car was still sitting in the parking lot and the guy who was going to work on my car left. Called him up and said he did not have time and that it would take another 3 hours for him to come back. They had my husband's vehicle for a whole weekend. Fixed the issues supposedly, and we picked it up this evening in the pouring rain. The road was flooded, so we had to fight traffic to approach from a different direction. He picked up the car and parked at a subway to get food. When he tried to start it again, it was completely dead and now will not start. Trying to call the shop, they rarely answer and have no voice-mail set up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Awesome place to get your car repaired. They even do safety checks! Mr. Mau and his team are highly experienced and know how to fix any automobile problem. Located 2 blocks from Nimitz Highway on Ahua street it's easy to find. If you need a mechanic go see them and tell em Sam sent you!

These guys were very helpful. All I needed to know was what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost me and how urgent is it.They looked at my car right away Gave me an estimate and were willing to fix it. All tho I declined having it fixed they refused to charge me for the front end inspection on my car and we're very sympathetic to my situation.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Walked in telling them the compressor was bad and they did absolutely nothing and charged me a $45 dynastic fee to tell me the compressor was bad. I ALREADY KNEW THAT!! Then the guy started to argue with me about it, All I wanted to know, was how much it would cost to fix it. I could have gotten a free dynastic at AutoZone if that's what I was looking for! Then tried to charge me $1,200 to fix it!! Yeah right buddy! The compressor is only $160 brand new! Never coming back, will share the horrible experience with everyone I know and will meet that has any sort of auto problems.

I needed AC fixed. The owner (Mau) replaced AC compressor and then calls me to pick up car stating "It still doesnt work. I dont know how to fix. Come pick up car and pay me $700 for labor." So You are telling me that your only job in this world is to fix air conditioning in cars but you dont know how? They dont even have a computer there with a database of vehicle repair manuals. They dont have digital diagnostic tools either. This war has only just begun. You have no idea.

Had a Window Motor Replaced, turned in Car at 0800 and picked it up at 1430. Sure Labor twice as much as Parts but I'm a Happy Customer!

Bad customer service, I got belittled for not knowing how to replace an A/C compressor (of course I don't know! That's why I came to you!!)..I would recommend going to Polar Auto A/C or Mike's

Gate is closed many times during the week and they do not answer their phones. When are they open? Sitting outside at 1130 on a Monday, gate closed.
