It can be difficult to get in as they are very busy but they are busy for a reason. They do a great job. I definitely trust them to do the job right. It s best to call and make an appointment ahead of time.

Great service and honest. Lex Brodie s told me I needed an alignment and said it was super off. That s it. Went to Wheel Alignment Hawaii and explained what they told me. Bunnie was really nice and checked the alignment for me. She actually took the time to explain the numbers and showed me my wheels. Turns out my alignment was only off slightly but all the numbers were in the green. Will definitely return again for service when needed.Service: Wheel alignment

My tires were falling apart and I needed to get them replaced and aligned. K & J got my tires installed same day and I walked over to Wheel Alignment Hawaii and was able to get the new tires aligned as well. Service was done fast and owner/operators were knowledgeable and friendly and they called me right when the work was done. My car now drives straight and tracks like new. The last alignment at a different place wasn't done this well, there was still play in the steering wheel, so I found Wheel Alignment Hawaii, and I'll come here from now on.

Definitely recommended as the most reliable alignment shop in East Hawaii! I've taken my vehicles (mostly 4x4 trucks with lifts) to various places around the island and always had trouble with the steering wheel crooked or the vehicle still pulling to one side. Wheel Alignment Hawaii has always been able to get things right the first time, they have fast turn-around time, and they are reasonably priced. I recommend them to my friends too. Aloha!

Customer service poor. The lady had a hard time with herself due to my smooth beautiful chocolate caramilized complextion. The client before me was rescheduling their appointment for the same service as I. She offered the client an appointment for a couple hours later on that day . Client declined because they wouldn't be able to come back same day. So, they reschedule for next day.As I waited, I thought okay. I could do couple hours later? The lady mood changed once it was just her and I. She try so hard to not ignore me, she didn't want to serve me. I kinda got that and was uncomfortable too. She finally was over herself and asked me what sevice was I in need of. She quickly responded appointments are booked for next 3 weeks. Not realizing the client before me was offered same day appointment for later on that day. He was requesting same service as I which he declined. I didn't argue or asked about the appointment for later on that day. We both understood I wasn't welcome due to the color of my skin. I thanked her for her time and left. Again, I took my money to Firestone where I was welcome and got great service. I'm not bitter at the lady. I feel sorry for her that she has issues to deal within herself.

Wheel alignment. Was impressed with this place, from the first contact to driving off.Update; I'm now very disappointed with this place. I went back because the car was not driving correctly and she charged me an additional $180.00 and it still isn't right.AVOID.

Called 5 times on different days during business hours, nobody ever picked up. I left 5 messages and only got a call back 24 hrs after the last message. They said the wait would be 2 weeks...also, they're closed on weekends and after 5:00 on weekdays, what auto repair shop is closed for the times that working people can bring in their cars?.... This is not a well run business, they could do so much better with proper administration.

The best auto shop ever. Hard working staff that always gets the job done. Super happy and satisfied each and every time. They are the best in Hilo, Hawaii.

Have tried to use this place three times. They have been nothing but rude even when we showed up at 9am to see if there was any way they could get us in. Snappy, irritated, told us not to waste our time getting alignment done without even seeing our car. So ridiculous.

Bunnie and Lambert are outstanding. They fit me in despite there tight schedule. I liked there service so well I had them do my entire front brake job.

Had some new tires put on my car and walked over from k/j tires to ask if I could get my car aligned and Bunnie was so nice and gave me an appointment for the same day:) Super 5 Great customer service

I take my car here for my Safety checks and my Servicing and whenever I have problems. I love their reliable and honesty service! Don't forget to say hi to friendly "Hatchi"....
