What an amazing Texaco! The staff was helpful, polite, and professional. Nani has worked there 16 years. She makes great Bentos & sandwiches!!! The facility is well stocked, clean and well lit. I had no problem fueling up my jeep. I would recommend this Texaco to any of my friends! It is the number one Texaco on the Big Island by far!!!

After dealing with airports all day, I needed something to eat around 11 PM. I drove by this gas station thinking it was closed because they have 5 orange cones placed DIRECTLY in front of their only entrance. The cones are there for no reason and the management of this Texaco simply expects you to know that they are open despite 5 large cones blocking the entrance

I don t think it deserve a starGave the cashier 25 bucks and he put my gas for 10 only. I went back in and ask why and she said I gave her $20 while she didn t handed back $10 for change. Asked her again for $15 dollar back, she can t because she have customers and she have to count her cash register! Called again today and she asked if I already talked with the manager..isn t it supposed to be her to takenthis matter to her boss? Then hung up because she is the only one working! What the hell!

I was at this station to get 20$ in gas and pack of smokes. Used my debit card. No gas was put on pump. When I went in they said I already pumped gas. Not nothing was put on pump. Went back in told try again. Then they wanted me to swipe card at pump. I call this fraud. For product then payment again.Given stink eye from cashier. 3d time problem at this station. Will NEVER buy from Any Texaco again.

I was refueling with gas at this gas station in Hilo travel on July 2016.. First I had to pay $ 40 in cash. After filling machine has been filled with oil show a $26. I went to the counter and asked for change to employees returning. However, female employees said "to $ 40 were all injected. Change can not," I was the first time, it is self-refueling in the U.S. I could not do more to blame are not familiar with English. I lost 14 dollars. "Bad fat female employees." Go to hell!

Very rude Lady There! Im born and raised in Hawaii...and she is not what the front Lady to represent hawaii and People Of Hilo. If I was the Owner I would be very dissapointed in the myself for hiring someone to represent my business.Hope she has a better day tomorrow and have a lil more kindness twoards people. Also didnt give me the code of bathroom til I reminded her I bought A Water there and food. That was before I told her about vacuume.That

I get coffee here frequently. Always clean and well stocked. Staff are all friendly and pleasant. Very busy location sometimes.

Came in today to buy my disabled friend cigarettes . Was told I couldn't use her DEBIT CARD with her pin code and had them write my name down like I was a criminal for it.

Car wash made my car covered in some nasty black grease and the lady wouldn't give me a refund. She said my car probably always looks like that lol, she's a toad

This station sucks. The owner will not allow the restroom to be use after 1200am, due to it just being mopped and the restroom is closed. This station is not customer friending.
